The Roof You Promised

The Roof You Promised
Section 48 - Don't Talk To Me

Gumilar sighed then took a slow incision on his temple.

"Not to worry. Father will meet Herjuno so that this misunderstanding can be cleared up." he looked at the look on his daughter's face.

"After all, the attitude of Herjuno we can understand. Anyone would be very angry and disappointed to find such a test result, especially in your bag." Gumilar tries to give understanding.

Aurorae rests her back on the back of the sofa. Strongly save divorce subpoenas from the court.

"This misunderstanding must be cleared up. But not now, Dad. I'll just get a divorce."

Everyone was shocked. Staring at Aurorae in unison, asking for an explanation.

"Rae, listen." Dea's gonna talk.

"I've thought carefully, Mother. It's not Mas Juno's fault, it's not mine. But as a husband, if he doesn't believe me then who?" Aurorae cut fast.

"Rae, getting divorced is not that simple. There are children among you." Dira holds the wrist of Aurorae.

"I knew. But Megumi won't give up, and Mas Juno won't let go of the woman either." Aurorae. Take a deep breath. "I don't know what else Megumi will do in the future" she said, holding back tears.

"I'm tired. Dad, I told you once that I can stop if I'm tired? You're gonna take me back, right?" this time he looked up at Gumilar with teary eyes.

Gumilar moved up, approaching Aurorae who was sitting across the table.

Hugging her daughter tightly with a soft grip on the back of her head.

"Stop. No need to force it. And don't worry about the twins, just think about your own happiness. You can be selfish." There was no doubt at all in Gumilar's remarks, making Aurorae also more confident in his decision.

Dea and Dira could not speak anymore. Aurorae also asked them to keep a secret about the evidence gathered by Gumilar.

The brothers can only support and pray that this decision is the best.

Megumi's. Again the woman.

Mumbled Dira in the heart.

Megumi stepped on her gas pedal violently. It had been a few days since he had restrained his anger, but this time Herjuno had already crossed the line.

Megumi parked her car right in front of Herjuno's office building.

He took a deep breath and grabbed his phone. Calling Herjuno says if he's outside.

Herjuno walked out of the building in a hurry. She knew Megumi was upset. And Herjuno would most not like it if Megumi brought her frustration by approaching him in an office like this. He did not want to be the subject of the people who saw his wife coming.

"What was so important until you came here?" Herjuno asked annoyedly after getting into the car on the bench next to the steering wheel.

"If you don't want me to come, then go home!" Megumi squealed in annoyance.

"You're really outrageous, Mas. Not loving me is okay. Enough of me you've treated unfairly, Haidar please don't. Even if you already have two children from Aurorae, don't forget Haidar! I beg you." Megumi was sobbing in her place.

Herjuno. "I'll be home later. Drive carefully!" he said as he got out of the car and passed into his office building.

Since dropping the talc on Aurorae, she returns home to Megumi and packs a few pieces of her clothes and stays at the hotel for a few days.

It seems that to this day, Megumi does not know anything about her filing for divorce with Aurorae. His first wife was upset that Herjuno had not been home for more than a week, thinking her husband was busy with his young wife and her two babies.

When he got out of the elevator he passed Dea who was going nowhere. The woman just glanced at him a glance and passed by him just like that. Dea did not even try to hide her upset look at all. Herjuno saw it clearly.

"Dea." Herjuno finally turned around, calling Dea before the staff got further and further away.

Dea looked over, without answering. Just stared at Herjuno from where he stood.

Herjuno grunted softly. "If there's no urgent work, come to my room."

After saying that, Herjuno passed by without waiting for an answer from Dea. That's an order, not a request.

Dea followed Herjuno into her room. As the man sat behind his desk, Dea stood up.

"Did Aurorae tell you everything?" ask Herjuno without further ado.

"Sorry, sir. About what?" His voice was gentle and polite at all, but his sharp gaze did not soften at all.

"About us being divorced." Herjuno answered casually.

Heard without burden. Making Dea upset overflowing want to be vented.

"Ah, yes."

Herjuno.

Ah, huh?

This woman really.

"What do you know?" Herjuno was getting upset.

"Everything. About you divorcing Aurorae without hearing any explanation, and about the results of that DNA test. I know everything." he replied firmly.

Herjuno laughed. "It's good that you know all about the truth about those two babies. So don't spread the rumor that I'm the bad guy who dumped them."

Honestly, Herjuno was afraid that everyone would hear what was happening. His wife gave birth to another man's son? Ah, her pride is hurt.

"The two babies?" Dea laughed cynically. "Thank God you let them go, it's better not to have a Dad than to grow up with a Dad like you."

Herjuno. Her lips were already open wanting to talk, but Dea quickly cut rough.

"If there's nothing urgent about work, please don't talk to me." Dea slightly lowered her head for a while before actually getting out of there.

Leaving Herjuno who was glaring full of anger and clenching hands firmly.
