The atmosphere of the meeting that morning was so cold. All Marketing Managers and their staff from twenty-three branches of the company gathered in the room. Evaluations are held once a year, to improve their performance.

All Marketing Managers sit on the row of seats on the left side of the CEO chair, while their staff on the opposite side. Face to face.

Tension is evident on all the faces of the meeting participants. Their CEO is known to be meticulous and very assertive. At least they cause problems, do not expect their presentation to end easily.
