Episode 6: Mr. Frederick arrives

Elena sat on a wooden bench watching her son Leon play with his friends in the park, suddenly her vision darkened, a big hand closing her eyes. Elena smiled knowing who this man was.

"Fed" he said excitedly releasing Frederick's hand. Elena smiled "Son't you home yet? How was your job?”

The man named Frederick returned Elena's smile and invited her back to sit "I miss you and Leon. My work is also done" then the fed saw Leon who was running cheerfully "Rey must be sorry, Leon grew into a handsome boy is also smart" he again saw Elena who just smiled.

He sighed, Fed knows it's tough but no matter how Rey is Leon's father and this boy deserves to know who his father is, and Rey deserves to know. She may no longer know her friend after the years she's been through abroad, but if she takes on Rey's position, she may be sad. The unknown child had already grown that big.

"Elena?" call Frederick.

Elena turned around "I know brother, from the beginning I had no intention of hiding Leon, back then I was just scared of my son-"

"I know" replied the Fed stroking gently Elena's brown mane.

"Did Brother Valerei call you? from the last time he called I couldn't reach him anymore" Frederick heard and nodded. "I've sent Nola there, so don't worry."

"Hindu uncle? Hemm?" Fed kissed his puffed cheeks and wiped Leon's sweat affectionately and painfully.

"Let's go home, Leon has to take a bath, the smell of cute kid" said the Fed jokingly teased Leon. Elena who saw the interaction between Fed and Leon smiled, if Rey would also be as sweet and warm as this.

He hopes when they meet, both Rey and Leon will be happy.

"What cooking?" Fed stands behind Elena with Leon in her arms.

"Your favorite, eat" he said and took Leon "Here's the same mommy, let's eat first."

"Mommy, can I be the same uncle?" his funny face melted Elena, finally he just shook his head a little, he knew very well Leon was very close to the Fed.

As mature as he was in his attitude, if it was to Frederick and Valerie, there would appear a spoiled nature. Not always but sometimes.

"Hu’um" the Fed replied as he nodded. His mouth was full of food, it had been a long time that he had not enjoyed the home-cooked meals that Elena had made, for the Fed there were only three people whose cooking he so longed for wherever he went, one of them is Elena.

At nightfall, Frederick is in his room waiting for a report from Nola, the bodyguard he orders to spy on Lee Seok Hoon and look after Valerie if she is off duty at Seok Hoon's residence. He also doesn't know why he should investigate his former best friend. It seems like a habit that is hard to change.

Her phone was ringing loudly, she picked up immediately. Nola began to report what happened at Seok Hoon's residence. Nothing is as special as before. Then she reported Valerie who lives in her apartment and hasn't been out until now.

Before closing her report, the woman across the street said she could not report regularly for a month because she had to take part in training at Darren's security training command center. Frederick agreed, he didn't want the spy he sent to be caught quickly. Well, he knows that one day Darren/Seok Hoon will definitely notice his movements. In another country, Nola, a bodyguard with a double identity, hung up after a routine report. He looked at the small notebook that contained the actual report. What he reported just wasn't true except for the matter about Darren. She is also shocked to learn that the woman she had to guard secretly was the wife of her boss' former friend.

Before leaving she saw all the information about Valerie along with the photos belonging to the woman. When meeting with Valerei being surprised was the first thing, it was fortunate that he was used to controlling his expression so he was not caught. It was possible to report everything to Frederick but he chose to keep it and lied.

If he asked why, he didn't know either. His lies were just stirred up when he called Frederick. For that unclear reason, he would find out slowly. In the future he only needed to report separately without even bothering the two.

Morning arrived, Elena was busy in the kitchen with a lot of ingredients. He was thinking about what cooking he would make for his favorite second breakfast. Also a thank you for Frederick helping to take care of the fussy Leon due to his nightmares. At dawn, he was busy calming Leon down until morning.

His hands were deft, he started by slicing an onion. Choosing to make vegetable and meat sandwich ala him. Do not forget sausages and eggs, being the best companion for breakfast. The most important addition is milk. The mother can be angry, if the child is not given morning milk. Fed once fired his waitress for not giving her son morning milk, as a result she got scolding from Valerie until night. The experience gave Frederick and Elena goosebumps. Trained to hold his shoulder he walked into the forest, where he met two women who helped take him to the clinic, one of whom was Valerei. The meeting made him finally friends.
