Chapter 25. A Flasldisk

Tonight felt empty for Gilang, he did not know where to look anymore. He had gone around six times back and forth to the place of the man he was looking for in that old boarding house, but found nothing there.

"Am I looking for him there again? Maybe the seventh time I can find the guy." said Gilang hope even though he knew it was in vain.

The car began to drive, at Gilang's own drive. Turn to the place where the woman who lived there six years ago. When Gilang arrived, the same situation he got. The door to the house is not open yet. He thought it would be like this. Finally, he drove his car to speed quickly in the moans of rain that fell making puddles everywhere.

Gilang did not care about anything, he still drove quickly even though the rain was getting heavier. Suddenly, someone ran and blocked his car until he was forced to break suddenly.

"Is he crazy?" said Gilang with a reddened face. He could've hit him if he hadn't hit the brakes fast.

Gilang got out of his car to meet the man wearing a brown jacket, standing in front of his car. "Hey, are you going to kill yourself? Why did you suddenly come and stop my car? I could hit you!" shouted Gilang with an annoyed face.

The woman then raised her head to make Gilang realize who she was talking to. "Who are you saying is crazy?" kanaya shouted back.

Kanaya then approached Gilang in a hurry. "Look at my clothes, because your car grazed the puddle so I'm soaking wet now" Kanaya said not to lose.

Kanaya just came out of the bakery, intending to buy her for Rendy. But suddenly a car drove quickly until it hit a puddle of water and Kanaya who was on the edge was splashed. Kanaya took off her umbrella and chased after Gilang. He took a shortcut to block Gilang's car.

"You again, you again. Why are you everywhere. Is there no other place for you?" gilang said it was still emotional.

"What's? Look who's talking. You're wrong here."

"I have to go, I still have a lot to take care of. There is no time to play around with you" said Gilang who did not want to extend his problem with Kanaya because he was having many thoughts haunting him today. Starting from the woman he was looking for to have to take care of Friska as well.

"You think I have time to meet you? You're so wrong to think that." Kanaya defended herself.

Gilang did not respond and instead got into his car, then returned to drive him away from where there was Kanaya. Earlier, Gilang glanced at Kanaya a glance before leaving.

"Uhhhh, you poor man. Already arrogant and stingy, now do not want to be blamed even though he was wrong. Apologizing is not. I want you to disappear from this world as soon as possible!" kanaya shouted as she felt ignored by Gilang. Kanaya then walked home while stomping her feet in annoyance.

At home, Rendy had prepared to serve food to her mother. As Kanaya promised, she invited Rendy to a big meal today to celebrate her birthday. Kanaya also intends to buy Rendy's favorite bread so that her son is happy. But go home empty-handed and soaked.

"Rendy, we're putting off a big meal. How about tomorrow?" kanaya said in a soft voice.

"What about this food, Ma. Later we mubasir." said Rendy with a plain and cute face. Kanaya at first glance feels sorry for her son who has taken pains to make fried rice, grilled fish, even juice to celebrate his birthday. Kanaya's tears fell, she couldn't bring the bread Rendy liked the most.

"It's okay. I can't make a birthday cake for my mom either." said Rendy with a happy smile.

"It's a shame, if grandma were here, she would have prepared everything. If you're going to have a birthday, I'm going to buy you your favorite bread and birthday cake!" kanaya said back excited.

"Yes, Ma."

The two of them then enjoyed a large meal even though it was only very simple. However, Rendy looks happy and enjoys it happily. Likewise with Kanaya, Rendy's presence in this world is able to make her life more valuable.

Next Day..

Rendy entered secretly in Gilang's apartment only armed with his laptop. He hacked a security system that used a password when opening the door of Gilang's apartment. That way, Rendy can press any button and the door is open. Rendy took a look at the contents of Gilang apartment, walked for a while to enjoy the atmosphere of Gilang apartment without realizing if Gilang was inside his apartment was bathing.

"Well, this is a robot toy. Why is papa collecting it, he's not a kid like me. I just don't have." said Rendy who was envious.

Old Rendy looked around, the bathroom door was open. Rendy quickly slipped her body under the table so as not to be caught. It was seen Gilang's feet stepping into the room. Rendy also realized that Gilang did not enter his office this morning. "I think he's gone to work" Rendy said in a slow voice.

Rendy rushes out then deviates a flash on the table before leaving. He wants to return the data Gilang company had stolen with a note about Kanaya.

'I hope you know who I am and who my real mama is. I'm sure after you see it, you'll definitely look for me and mama.' Rendy muttered while closing the door to Gilang's apartment.

Rendy returns to Kanaya's cafe on foot. The distance of Gilang cafe and apartment is close enough that Rendy does not have to bother taking a taxi.

Meanwhile at Gilang's apartment, Mizuki arrives. He entered quickly because the door of Gilang house was not in the key. Mizuki finds the flash in Rendy's storage, she takes it thinking it's Gilang's work flash. "He always strays important stuff in any place. If lost how? I'll also bother looking." said Mizuki.

Gilang came out of the room and was surprised to see Mizuki standing in the living room waiting. "Oh my goodness, Mizuki. You came early." said Gilang instantly.

"What do you mean it's still morning, huh? Look at the clock on the wall, already pointing at what number?" annoyed Mizuki.

"It's only ten." replied Gilang casually.

"Four ten you think it's still morning? Gilang, we have cooperation with ten o'clock clients. We are too late now." said the panicked Mizuki.

"Calm down, he can wait. Yesterday I told you that ten o'clock I'd probably be late." Say Silence lightly. Yes, if you are in power, you are free to come at any time.
