Chapter 43. Punishment

When Rendy came out of the school, she looked around her, making sure of the circumstances around her. Two people acting suspicious. They always paced back and forth near his car while glancing at Rendy who was standing not far from him.

"Do you want me to drive you home?" bargain for a moment while walking closer to Rendy.

Seeing that the man dared to approach her, Rendy immediately ran to where the mother-mom crowed who happened to have not come home because he was still waiting for their child.

"I called my mom to pick me up" said Rendy, who pulled her phone from her bag, calling Kanaya immediately.

"Yes, Rendy? Have you come home, mama soon arrive in front of your school." said Kanaya who was already in the middle of the road.

"Well, Rendy wait for mama here. Quick well, there are two suspicious people here. They always glanced at me while thinking something." Rendy told Kanaya in a whisper.

"What's? Okay, mama's coming soon." said Kanaya who stuck the gas motor.

After the mother finished talking, they went to her son and left. Rendy was alone, the two people looked happy. When they got back to Rendy, the teachers came out of the school. Their actions were also stopped.

Not long after, Kanaya came on her motorcycle. Rendy immediately climbed up making the two people immediately get into the car chasing after her. "Hurry up and catch him! Don't get away." said one of them gave orders to his friend who was driving.

Kanaya stuck gas continuously almost making Rendy seem to want to fly. "Hold tight Rendy! We have to get away from them!" shouting Kanaya.

"Ready, Ma!" reply Rendy who further tightened her embrace to Kanaya.

When they were in the T-junction and the lights happened to be red, Kanaya smiled cynically. Kanaya immediately drove her motorbike to the side of the road, passing red lights made people who walked shocked and surprised. The car chasing Kanaya can't catch up anymore. The two of them could only curse inside the car while waiting for the lights to change color.

"We made it!" randy shouted happily. Kanaya also returned to advance his motorbike at medium speed while heading to his cafe.

"I'm pretty dependable too." praised Kanaya when she and Rendy arrived safely in front of her cafe. The two of them then went to meet Riani who had worked to serve customers.

"Sorry just arrived, Riani. You look tired working alone, here I help you." said Kanaya who took customer orders from the hands of Riani. Kanaya quickly brought it to the customers who were already waiting inside the cafe.

"Well, Rendy, you change your clothes and help mom. Today a lot of customers, record what they want to order!" the orders of Kanaya who turned her head looked at Rendy.

"Okay, boss." said Rendy who ran into the locker room to change her school uniform to her daily wear.

Rendy then goes out to help Kanaya serve the customers. One of the women came and sat in an empty chair. He kept staring at Rendy. "Boss, I'm already inside the cafe. Our target is visible. What am I supposed to do?" said the woman while holding a headset attached to her ear.

"Wait for the right time, when the boy is very close to you. At that time, get him out of there as soon as possible. Understood!" azal's orders from across the phone.

"Okay, boss." replied the woman while looking through the menu of Kanaya cafe.

Rendy then approached him, wanting to take note of his order. "Excuse me, what do you want to order?" asked Rendy with her innocent face while carrying a paper and pen.

"Come closer and see for yourself the sweet child" said the woman still let out her smile.

Rendy, who did not think anything was suspicious, began to approach the woman trying to see the menu she pointed at. When Rendy's head reached, the woman got up while holding Rendy and ran out of the cafe. Unfortunately, he failed to come out because in the face of Gilang and Reyhan who honestly saw the action of the woman.

"Down my son or you can't see the future tomorrow" Gilang said, suppressing his words.

The woman was nervous and afraid, she was caught in front of Gilang who was famous for being so cruel to people who dealt with her family. He then twisted his mind, trying to free himself from before Gilang.

"I'm sorry, I just want to run carrying a child. I didn't mean to kidnap her" said the woman, who tried to hide her nervousness.

"really?" said Rendy while folding both hands.

"really?" tanya Gilang imitates Rendy's style.

"That's right, right now I'm not lying. I just want to hold a child" he said, hoping to convince Gilang.

"Reyhan, you know what your job is, right?" gilang's lyrics towards Reyhan who was standing next to him.

"I understand!" reyhan said for a moment while smiling cynically at the woman making her even more nervous and fearful.

"Follow me if you're innocent" said Rendy, letting the woman follow her. With slow footsteps, the woman followed him despite her doubts. When they got to the front of the car, Reyhan immediately pulled her in and took the headset from the woman's ear. "It's done with the phone time. Now, I will accompany you to a place that amazes you." Reyhan said, taking the car himself to the warehouse where the torture was.

There, there were already Gilang's men waiting. "You guys quickly sort this woman out and find out who gave her the order." Reyhan said, unwilling to delay any longer.

"Wait a minute. You said you'd take me to a place that amazed me, why come here?" ask the woman who panicked.

"What's your purpose in coming to my little boss's cafe is that the place is here" Reyhan said with a flat, cold face.

"But I explained what my goal was. I just want to..."

"Tell that to yourself, because I won't believe you." Reyhan cut off while giving orders to Gilang's men to begin his torture immediately.

"I'll tell you who told me to. He is Azal from the Clady group. I only had orders to bring the boy before him" he said, explaining that he could be released, but Reyhan had not changed his mind at all. In fact, the woman's explanation didn't really matter to him.

"Do you know who you're dealing with? Maybe Gilang has not taught Azal a lesson, it does not mean that you are all free to do so and want to hurt his family. Gilang just waiting for the right time." explained Reyhan while raising his hand to code for Gilang men to immediately greet the woman with the rope they had prepared.

"It's a punishment for you" said Reyhan who left there as soon as possible.
