Sapphires

It was an unforgettable day for him. It was like a very sunny day and a sudden storm.

Like a lush and yellowing green rice field. There was no wind and no rain, beset by flash floods that spent the whole without waste.

Sapphire is picked up by a person completely foreign to her. Didn't get his mother who usually picks him up, his sister and brother.

The school said her mother could not pick her up. He had to go with the person his mother had asked for help to pick himself up.

In the car there is Callista and Keanu. The car rolled and they were taken somewhere. Very nice and comfortable hotel.

They say their mother has business. They had to wait there until their father came home. 

Keanu refused to be there. Start crying and whining to go home and meet their mother.

Not drinking and eating anything. The person begins to feel overwhelmed. 

They were brought back into the car and after arriving. The house looks very quiet. There is no mother at home. 

Christina said that mom went with someone. A moment ago. Didn't leave any messages. Someone he never saw at all.

"Your mama's like you're having business with someone I've never seen before. I don't know what they're talking about. Your mama didn't say anything and just left." Answer Christina who is cleaning the kitchen and preparing to go home. James is in the cage.

The strangers leave them to James and Christina until their father returns home. They haven't seen their mother since.

They started to feel uneasy because their mother did not show her nose. 

Christina and James accompanied them until their father arrived home. 

Dad's face is not as usual. Looks very sad. His eyes look red. 

Sapphire and Keanu begin to fuss over asking for their mother's whereabouts while Callista chooses silence and helps persuade his two younger siblings.

Callista helps her father take care of Sapphire. Providing food. Comforted him. Persuaded him.

Their father focused on Keanu who kept crying looking for their mother. 

No one could persuade her to eat or drink her milk. Or stop the crying.

Their father could do nothing but persuade and hug Keanu patiently.

Their father said that their mother should take care of their grandmother who was hospitalized and could not be visited by anyone.

Sapphire feels her world is collapsing. Feel the unparalleled sadness and pain.

He wanted to see his mother but could not. His heart misses his mother who now knows where she is.

Where's mama? Why is there suddenly nothing? Where should I go to meet him? Mama what's my fault? Until you left us all? I promise I won't bother Keanu anymore and will obey Callista more. Go home, ma! Please!

No matter how hard Sapphire cries and prays begging her mother to come back. Still nothing happens. She still lost her mother.

"Cal! We're looking for mama yuk!" Take it one afternoon when they come home from school.

Keanu is still in the hospital. Erna picked them up from school.

"Where are you looking?"

"Where only. I miss him so much. Don't you miss him?"

"Of course, I miss him a lot too. But we don't know where to look. Better not add to the burden of papa's mind. Just pray."

"I've been praying and still mama doesn't exist."

"I can't wait, Cal! I'm going to see mama!" Sapphire tears run down the river.

Callista hugged her sister. She felt her mother's departure made her an adult overnight. Be patient with all Sapphire trees. Replacing the position of his father and mother against his sisters.

"We must be patient! Because we have no choice. If we could meet Mom, we would all do it. If you cry. It's not impossible but it won't allow us to meet Mama. You better switch your mind. If you miss Mama, you can pray for her."

Sapphire cried in her brother's arms, "If mama leaves because I like to fight you. I promise I won't do it again!"

"Mama left because she had to take care of grandma. It has nothing to do with us. We better pray that grandma will heal quickly and mom can be with us again. Maybe mom can take grandma to live with us. If Grandma's cured and out of the hospital."

"Well, Cal, how's Grandma doing?"

"Possibly yes. If it gets treated and mom can't go anywhere. Besides taking care of grandma."

"Cal! I want to eat a cake that mom likes to make."

"Which one?"

"Cake sponge."

Callista brows you tube and seeing how it is made does not seem too difficult. With Erna's help, Callista managed to make the cake Sapphire wanted.

"Thanks Cal's! I feel like my mom is here." Sapphire tears melted from both sides of her cheeks.

"Me, papa and Keanu are here. You don't make papa sad. If you knew, you wouldn't be able to take care of grandma."

"You're right Cal! I shouldn't be spoiled! I see you so strong!"Sapphire wiped her tears with the back of her hand.

"I don't want to burden mom and dad. You can too. You're getting big. Mama will definitely come back if she can overcome the situation of grandma. You better pray that grandma gets well soon and mom can get back to us soon."

Sapphire continues to eat. Her tears keep melting. The cake reminded her of her mother. Her mother's smile expands when she asks to make her favorite cake.

Her merrily-looking mother made cookies while singing. Cut the cake and move it to the plate. Kissing and hugging her said, "Here's your cake, baby…."

Sapphire's tears are getting worse.

"Why are your cries getting louder? The cake's not good?" Ask Callista.

"Mama.Always hug and kiss me while saying this is your cake, baby…."

"You don't mind me hugging and kissing? I act like a mama?"

Sapphire nodded her head.

"This is your cake, baby." Callista kisses and hugs Sapphire.

"Thanks Cal's! I feel better."

"Your welcome."

Sapphire felt Callista could replace their mother. At least everything becomes lighter with Callista.

A time like this, she felt grateful to have an older sister like Callista. 

When their mother was still there. They often argue. Disturb each other. There are times when they can be good friends. Especially if you are playing together. Callista really does not like if Sapphire does not comply with the rules so inevitably if you want to play with Callista. He must follow his orders.

At a time like this. Sapphire feels grateful Callista often adjusts to him. Precede all that is in his interest.
