The Substitute Heart of the Doctor

Iyas had just reached the courtyard of Aly's house when he was about to get out of the car, how shocked he was when he saw a terrible figure standing in front of his car. Iyas, surprised, jumped into the car again and turned his eyes to the other direction.
A few seconds later the figure disappeared, Iyas got out of the car and walked quickly into the house. But when Iyas was about to hold the door handle, his hand instead touched one of the organs of that monstrous figure that stood blocking the door. Feeling mocked Iyas stared at the figure sharply, and plucked a few verses which he then held the figure's neck.
"Armghhhh!"
"Don't..Disturb..We!" said Iyas who then threw the figure somewhere.
Iyas let out a tired sigh and went inside the house and looked at his hand, "Iyuhhh!" Iyas then ran towards the kitchen. He spewed out all his dinner with his friends, "Haa, my dinner was wasted" after saying that Iyas regurgitated his entrails.
"Om why?" atha asked when she saw his omnya still spewing out his stomach.
Atha took the water and gave it to Iyas. Iyas greedily drank the water to the end, "You!" Iyas jolted as he put his glass near the sink, "What kind of creature are you carrying ha?! It's disgusting!" irked Iyas.
Atha looked at the floor and seemed reluctant to answer, but she also knew how Omnya was. Atha let out a heavy sigh, "His name is Mr. Ruslan, he's security at the office where I practice".
Iyas was looking for something in Aly's medicine box, "Then?".
"He was found dead at about 9 pm, yes with the body that.om saw earlier" continued Atha while still sitting on the pastry bench.
"Keep why follow you? You're not the killer, are you?"
Atha turned his back to his Omnya question, "Have a son! Anyway if I kill people, I mending kill the acting of an ordinary security guard who obviously has nothing" Atha said as he rose from his chair.
"Yes, Om threw it away. But there's still a chance he'll come back" Iyas said, staring at the water running down the sink.
Atha looked at Omnya with a stern look, "Is he perhaps the victim of the infidelity?".
"Om also not sure" said Iyas who finally left Atha alone in the kitchen.
Atha looked out the glass door between the kitchen and the back mini garden, 'But my hunch said something was wrong from Mr. Ruslan's death'.

David who was in the patient tent continued to pay attention to each movement of Alfi who was busy taking care of patients as well. Every now and then David smiled little every Alfi murmured from tiredness.
Crack it!!
A clipboard managed to land on David's head smoothly and violently.
David stroked his head and turned to see who had hit him.
"Ayda! It hurts!"
"Do you want more pain?" threaten Ayda while glaring.
David pressed his lips and grumbled as he continued to stroke his head, "Well, don't bother me, now help me get some extra oxygen for the kids" Ayda ordered that David leave while continuing to grumble.
At the same time a patient entered to make Ayda immediately respond to receive the patient and began to treat his patient's wounds. As she was about to cover up a considerable wound on the patient's leg, Ayda realized that she had no bandages anymore.
"I should have asked David to bring a bandage as well" Ayda who was about to reach for the walkie talkie under the patient's feet, a box of bandages then appeared before her eyes.
"You looking for this?" a man in a vest with a doctor proffering the box with a smile.
Ayda looked at the man flat and grabbed the box of bandages she was carrying with her as she said, "Have we ever met?" asked the man who managed to make Ayda sneer in surprise.
"It doesn't seem" Ayda judes replied as she attached the infusion to the patient.
"Then get acquainted?" the man said while extending his hand.
Without even touching the man's hand and not even looking, Ayda got up and left from the man's presence.
"Bwahaha. He'd rather get acquainted with the patient than you" a mocking laughter sounded from the back of the man.
The man turned around and found two people of different gender were practicing what he had just experienced, "Naufal's father, after all he might be busy" a hijab nurse caught up with the three humans and pulled the male doctor's ear in his white coat, "Lilis you take care of the stock, you work too".
Both of them were directly following the orders of the nurse named Cici.
Naufal smiled slightly, "Thanks Ci".
"No probs" said Cici while leaving Naufal who was still staring at Ayda who was busy with her patients.
Elsewhere, Army and SAR units and other volunteers are still trying to find other victims buried in buildings. They are now trying to lift the rubble of the building by pulling together the mine.
"I beg you sir, my son must be near here".
"Sorry mom but we still have to prioritize the general thing, if you still want to monitor the situation can ask the information center".
"But sir.he's in the area.I beg sir.hiks.he's 7 years old".
A mother kept kneeling in front of a fully clothed soldier and the soldier also kept trying to get the mother to get up from her position.

The mother who was still crying pointed to the southeast where the sar team and other soldiers and volunteers had not touched her, "Mother must be tired. Rest in the information tent" the man said as he stood, "God willing I will find the mother's son" the man continued with a warm look.

"That's a Captain's promise"
Hearing those words, she smiled and cried, "This is her doll"
"Well, I'll find him and give him this doll" said the Captain with a sweet smile.
After the Mother had gone away, a woman dressed in army but wearing a doctor's suit stood in front of the Captain.
"You crazy?"
The Captain just stared coldly at the Army Doctor, "Just be quiet"
"Dad hear this, he'll be even more proud of you. There's what I hate about you"
"Hey! I also want to marry a human being like you"
"Althyno!"
Tyno continued to cover his face so as not to get hit by the woman in front of him, "Sick!"
Feeling that the woman would not stop Tyno was forced to lock his movements which even made their position a little ambiguous.
"Kap.ten" hearing someone's voice calling out to him they hurriedly let go of his grip on the woman and the woman also immediately stood up while staring at the other area.

Just walked about 15 feet Tyno stopped. Tyno spun around looking around and then paused for a moment and…
"To..long.please" hearing Tyno's voice for help immediately find out where the voice came from.
As Tyno lifted the concrete by himself and saw a hand waving Tyno's eyes glaring, "You guys! There's a victim here!" he shouted while continuing to lift the remaining concrete as he could. The rescue team, hearing Tyno's screams, ran straight towards Tyno and helped him get rid of the concrete. A nenel managed to climb onto the stretcher, "Let me also help, the others continue the search".
"Ready"
Aly who was checking someone's blood pressure surprised the rescue team who stretchered a grandmother, "Come here. Last state?" aly asked the rescue team who had brought a stretcher. But his eyes caught a pair of onyx eyes that were familiar to him, "Haish him again" Aly murmured.
The victim was carried into the bed, "It looks like there is swelling in his airway, plus there is a broken rib, and…"
"Hypertension" Aly said as she continued to check on the patient, "What's your name?" aly asked the volunteer.
"Rakes"
"You're great, I appreciate your knowledge" Aly said with a sweet smile.
Everyone there became blushing when they saw Aly's smile, including Tyno who saw it.
"Why are you still here? We have to work again" hearing that and Tyno's sharp eyes staring at them made them look down deeply.
Tyno looked at Aly who was still checking on the state of the grandmother.
"Alf, keep monitoring him and prepare surgery for his broken ribs after his tension drops" said Aly who immediately responded to Alfi by taking other medical equipment, "Do you want to be an earthquake victim?" aly asked, "There go".
"Your patient will have a heart attack when he knows his doctor is terrible" Tyno said.
"Go. The demon base of Lombok" furious Aly who walked over Tyno.
Feeling unacceptable, Tyno who wanted to protest already cut off because of the call at his ht. Aly who was going to the drug tent accidentally saw a doctor who was handling his patients who had indicated critical. Aly saw the doctor was so panicked that even he did not touch his patient properly. Seeing that Aly finally approached him.

Heart wave radar that sounds occasionally indicates the heart rate of irregular patients. With trembling hands the doctor checks the patient's pulse and blood pressure. Aly was confused to see the doctor's behavior.
"I have to how.." hearing the doctor's words made Aly more sure what was with the Doctor.
Tiiitttt.tiiittt.
Hearing the ECG that sounded loud made Aly move immediately and pushed the Doctor away.
With alacrity Aly directly above the patient's body pump the patient's chest to pump his lungs to breathe. As Aly performed CPR Tyno walked in and stared at the incident in silence.
"Alfi..or whoever please bring me extra oxygen!" yelled Aly who heard Iza who immediately asked David to bring him an additional oxygen tube.

Hearing the ECG returning to normal Aly heaved a sigh of relief and descended from the patient's body, "Give him enough oxygen" Aly asked Iza, "What's your name?" aly asked with a stern face.
"Anji" replied the doctor.
Aly let out a heavy sigh, "Listen, we are Doctors. A savior and a savior for them. If they see us panicking like you did, they'll be panicking too" Aly said firmly, "If I see you like that again. I will not hesitate to pull the doctor said from you" threatened Aly who then left him.
Aly to the information tent and change some info about earthquake victims in the mading of victim notification. Tyno followed him and stood right behind Aly while continuing to see what Aly was doing.
"You kissed another man" chirped Tyno who managed to make Aly jerk up to almost tear down the mading board which is the blackboard.
Aly clasped his hands in front of his own face, "Patience" muttered Aly who then looked at Tyno's annoyance, "You do like to make people surprised huh!" hissing Aly so as not to hear people inside the information tent.
"Because I like to make green kuntilanak surprised" said Tyno with a thin smile.
Aly snickered and was about to leave Tyno. But by the time he was about to turn around Tyno's left hand was already blocking him. Aly who was feeling stifled looked at Tyno sharply.
Within Tyno's head, the sound of the cat meowing furiously flashed as it stared into Aly's eyes. Feeling that there was an equation made Tyno have to hold back his laughter by pulling his lips inside. Aly who felt that she was on the ledek still stared at the man sharply mixed with annoyance.
"My name is Alyssa!" aly exclaimed in disbelief and immediately closed his mouth and bowed in apology. Again the voice of the cat was heard, this time like an angry but frightened cat. "What do you really want?!" aly asked in an annoyed tone.
Again the sound of an angry meowing cat was heard inside Tyno's head, "No, I just wanted to say.." Tyno brought his head closer to Aly's ears which only had a modest height, "You were terrible when scolding the Doctor from Bali earlier" he continued with a grin to accompany him back to his original position.
Aly who was really upset clenched her hands tightly to make her nails turn pale, and ended up on…
Bugh.
"Awww" Tyno moans as he holds his stomach in Aly's fist, "Are you a boxer?" tyno asked while slightly bowing in pain.
"Rather precisely the former thug" said Aly while kicking Tyno's leg right on his shin.
"You want to kill me?!" tyno shouted as Aly left.
As Aly exited the tent, Tyno straightened his body and stared out of the tent.
"Not bad, tease the green kuntilanak. But.." Tyno held his stomach and slightly pressed Aly's former fist, "Sick as well" Tyno chuckled with a slanted smile.
"He's healthy, right?" a fully clothed male soldier without a beret stared at Tyno in disgust.
"It seems not, from yesterday the captain was like that" Alfan appeared while carrying some wires in his hand.
"Hard as possible" another soldier appeared with a drinking bottle in his hand.
