Lombok, August 7th

Aly who was listing drugs was shocked by the sound of a falling object and accidentally saw a soldier dressed in army clothes sitting limp on the ground close to the box containing important drugs. Aly approached the soldier, but his steps stopped as a heavy voice of pain stopped his steps.

"One more step you can die Doc"

Aly blinked her eyes, she was worried. But he stayed close to the soldier and squatted nearby. Aly looked at the blood seeping from his army clothes, as Aly was about to speak the soldier again interfered with him.

"Shut up" said the soldier, "Don't care…"

"No, I'm Doctor and you're injured" Aly cut as he touched the soldier's wound.

But the soldier pushed him instead, "Exit" the soldier snapped to his feet.

But his balance suddenly disappeared and would fall. Someone held his body back from falling. Aly took the soldier to sit in a plastic chair.

"I kept quiet after I treated you"

The soldier stared intently at Aly, but the one in the face was no less sharp. The soldier sighed and made Aly smile.

"Wait for me to get the equipment first"

The soldier saw Aly's departure.

"He was threatened" the soldier muttered as he undressed his soldiers and his black shirt. A bandage looks red with blood still flowing, "Sakti dammit!"

Aly sewed the soldier's wounds slowly and covered them with sterile gauze.

"Don't move much first" Aly said as he cleaned up the equipment when he finished, "This is a blood-boosting drug, so you don't drop"

"Thank you, Doc" said the soldier.

"Either. Excuse me first" said Aly who brought his equipment.

The soldier stared at his departure with a hard-to-read look, "****!"

The day changed, but I don't know if Aly was very alert. Like someone watching his movements. Aly shook her head slowly and went back to checking on her patients for a routine checkup. Since the earthquake, the casualties have increased. That kept the Doctors and Soldiers busy again.

"Doctor Aly" someone called Aly when he just finished checking on the last patient.

"Doctor Anji, what's wrong?" ask Aly kindly.

Anji's gaze riled up, "Can I be like a captain?" ask Anji lirih.

Aly blinked her eyes in surprise, "I mean?"

Anji breathes voracious air, "I love you"

Aly glared in surprise, "Ha?"

"Can I be like the captain who loves you?"

"Sorry Anji" Aly tightened his grasp, "But I.." Zakra's shadow loomed over him, "No, look at it" Aly stood up and smiled, "If you can make me fall in love with you before I come back, maybe I can think about it again" explained Aly who returned smiling, "But if not. Please forget me. Excuse me" continued Aly who then left Anji.

Anji was still speechless peeking, "But I better love you in silence" he muttered as he turned around and left the examination tent.

Aly was having dinner with her friends until a crackling made her uncomfortable. Just as he was about to turn off a call sounded.

"Beauty, this is Pearl. Mayday!"

Aly POV

That call? That's cue! I who was eating with the others immediately left without saying goodbye. I ran towards the Sky Care tent. When I arrived, I could see Lio, Cecil and Ekgita trying to calm the sky like yesterday. This time the target of the Sky was Lio.

I approached Heaven and snatched my necklace from Lio's hands. I pulled out a small knife and stabbed it in my finger until it bled. The blood flowed against the pendant and at that moment the sky fainted again.

"Sky!" shouted Ekgita who then checked her condition, "Ware" I checked her presence.

"No" said Lio, who was helped to stand by Cecil, "If you do that then you have to deal with our Commander" explained Lio, who was seen still having difficulty breathing.

I looked at Ekgita and Sky alternately, "You are the Doctor. You have to choose"

Ekgita was a little surprised. He stared at the ground of his footing long ago, "Cecil Lio, prepare the operation. Aly's coming with me"

"You can't do it" chirped someone from the entrance.

"You crazy?! You want to sacrifice your friend's life?!" exclaimed Ekgita who tried to hit the man, but was easily stopped by the man.

"You are crazy! You know if we operate it one more time, Heaven could lose his life" he exclaimed, to my surprise.

I saw the results.Health of Heaven that Ekgita brought earlier, "But if we take action now could-maybe his life is also lost!"

"Enough you two!" I said separating the two gender-different beings, "We have to do the operation" I handed Heaven's data to the man in front of me, "There's no time left"

"Ekgita is right!" snapping at the man in front of us, "He's not part of us!"

I looked around, right what he said. I'm nobody here. But if the sky is left then…

"I will operate it" I said confidently, "If we wait any longer, then the life of Heaven is threatened"

The man in front of me looked around him. His gaze stopped straight at Alfan and Afrizal. His eyes seemed to hint at something.

"Are you sure?"

"I need a definite answer from a doctor"

I looked at the man inside, "Captain sure"

Althyno let out a rough sigh and approached the table where there were several communication devices.

"Here is Big Boss" a rumbling sound rang out from that radio.

"Yes, Big Boss what's wrong?"

"I'm sorry. I'll break your orders"

"Huh?! Whatchu mean?"

"The sky needs surgery and once again forgive me" Tyno closed the call and handed it to Alfan, "Come on" he said, leading us to follow.
