After Althyno and the women ran away, the order stopped Tyno. Alfan and Afrizal prevented the Soldiers in front of the secret tent.
"Whose subordinates are you?"
Afrizal looked at the man who was blathering. Afrizal's gaze signified his dislike of the man.
"You better shut up, Bara"
"What cares about me"
Now Afrizal and Bara were looking at each other with sharp eyes.
"Why aren't you still there?! Stop the Captain and the Doctors!"
Tyno sighed as he watched his subordinates split apart just because of that command. Enraged by the circumstances, Tyno tried to separate Afrizal and Bara while taking ht from Bara's pocket.
"Captain?!"
Tyno raised his hand the sign Bara had to stop, "Commander" Tyno was silent for a moment, "If we don't do this, the sky will be gone" Tyno explained at Bara's ht.
Everyone there was silent, they knew that even though Tyno was cold and hard on them, he was still one of the people who would come forward when they had problems. Bara tightened his grip while looking the other way, considering the fact that Tyno's nature made his heart shake for a moment. Revenge and guilt are growing. Not because of Tyno's care, but because Tyno's words just to make a shield so that Aly does not get in trouble.

As Bara was about to retake his ht, Tyno spoke again.

In front of the tent Aly saw some soldiers who were like divided in two. Aly took off her gloves and mask and threw them into the trash bin in front of the tent which was special medical garbage.
"You're divided because of me?" aly asked with a smile at the knot that made the soldiers there blush, except for the 3 men.
"Be quiet. After this you'll have to come with me"
Aly looked at Tyno confusedly, "Where?"
"Center"
"Ho?"

"Came on?" feeling called Aly turned around while drying her wet hair from a shower, "You took a gini night shower?"
"You why here, this is a special place for women" said Aly cold.
"I want to have…"
Aly raised her hand, "Enough, Arif. Enough about your bullshit" said Aly who left Arif alone there.
Arif clasped his hand tightly until his nails paled, "Fuck!"
"It's over?"
"You like to be surprised!" aly growled while squeezing the wind with anxiety.
"Why? Surprised?"
Aly looked at Tyno who was smiling nosily, "Cih"
"Come, shall we walk?" tyno said, extending his hand.
Aly immediately looked away leaving Tyno and her hands hanging, "Haish women are hard to understand" Tyno muttered as he looked at the sky.
"Yes baby" Tyno paused for a moment, 'Haish mouth!'
"Call me again, I cast your mouth!" threaten Aly when they're in the car.

Aly POV
When I arrived at the refugee camp in Central Lombok, I walked by Tyno while looking around. My gaze looked at a Doctor and a woman in a dirty headscarf. The doctor was like trying to give an understanding of medicine, but the woman seemed to refuse.
"Wait" I said, patting Tyno on the shoulder and heading towards the Doctor and the woman, "What's wrong?"
The doctor looked at me confused, "He had a broken hinge and I tried to fix it, but he kept refusing to be anestated" the doctor explained in an annoyed tone.
"Excuse me, are you speaking English?" the mother didn't answer she just gave me a piece of paper. I was a little surprised and whispered to the Doctor, "She is pregnant"
The doctor put the injection and stuff, "But it's going to hurt" said the doctor as he shed a few tears.
"He's your patient, that's your choice. We're sorry" Tyno said, pulling me away from them.
Okay now I agree with his words, "Eh bentar. Make my words should be!"
While the one in the bluff just laughed a little while continuing to hold Aly's hand towards the army commander's tent.
'Familiar comfortable feeling'
"The commander, Captain and Doctor you requested are here" the soldier in front of me reported.
"Well, get back to work" said the army commander.
Brakes.
The sound of the table breaking made me slightly tiptoed in surprise. I glanced at Tyno who was only holding back his laughter.
"You crazy?!" the jolt of that person again made me again, "Why are you guys moving on your own without your consent ha?!" jolt that guy.
A few seconds later I stared at the army commander's strange, "But a moment" cut me off as the army commander was talking to Tyno, "What did you say? Your consent? I'm sorry but I'm a doctor and at my place there's only the Captain, and the Captain agrees. So, that means you have no right to ban me" explained I who tried to clarify the situation earlier.
"But I'm the leader here!"
"But I don't care" the commander of the Army and almost all the Soldiers even Tyno opened his eyes in surprise. Okay I was also surprised by the thoughts of the soldiers and the Commander of this Army, "I'm a Doctor, the approval of the surgery on the patient is done by the family. At that time the closest family was the Captain as the superior there" I continued, folding my hands in front of my chest, "More a Doctor does not need orders from anyone. If he could, he would. It's related to a person's life, not a superior order"
All the words in the minds of the soldiers around me who heard my words were like praising my courage against the commander of this army. 'I can't read his mind?' I thought as I stared at Tyno who was staring intently at the army commander who was still speechless with my words.

The table breaking back surprised me. I held my chest which was still pounding.
"Doctor, please come out first I want to talk to the Captain"
Aly POV end's.
Aly nodded and walked out of the tent. After looking around, Aly finally chose to wait in the car that she and Tyno were wearing. When the distance between the car and himself was 2 meters, someone patted his left shoulder.
"Yeah!" aly shouted while covering his face and upon opening it a middle-aged man laughed softly.
"Gosh it's true you, how's Alyssa?"
"Uncle Iwan? Uncle here?"
"Hahaha, Uncle just stopped by to check the situation and it turned out to be very bad huh" replied the middle-aged man named Iwan.
Aly laughed incessantly, "You're Medical here?" asked Uncle Iwan who was smiling gently.
Aly shook his head slowly, "I'm in the East"
"As usual, always take risks" said Uncle Iwan with a gentle gaze, "Alyssa can I ask for something?" Aly tilted her head with a face wondering, "Do you want to go back to the Central Hospital? We need your strength and ability. We also need a Senior Doctor there. Uncle will give you the Zakra position later, how?" tawar Pamab Iwan was begging.
Aly's grasp tightened. She's upset. He is like a tool used when needed. But that grip faded as he recalled about Zakra. Aly nodded not answering. She's worried. His pride or his humanity, which one should he choose?
"What's wrong, you can answer when you've chosen. Ask Bima to give me your message okay?" Aly did not answer him, "Uncle excuse me first yes" Uncle Iwan patted Aly's head for a moment and left Aly who was still unmoved.
Aly's grip tightened again, 'Junk! Basic human trash!' screams his mind while taking a breath to hold back his frustration.
