30 Minutes had passed, Tyno waited in the operating waiting room while occasionally going back and forth. Alfan who saw his captain riled up could only sigh resignedly. As if remembering something Alfan looked at Tyno in surprise.

"Captain called Lesma?" alfan asked doubtfully.

Tyno sat down with a rough sigh, "Even though Budhe hasn't arrived yet. You know what you have to do" he said, staring straight ahead.

"Althyno!"

The shout of the person calling out his name made Tyno stand up and before he stood up a punch had already landed on his face first.

"Lesmas!" Alfan immediately restrained the man who was about to hit Tyno once more, "This is the Hospital!" he said while holding the man called Lesma.

"Lesmana!" Budhe came over and immediately pulled Lesma's ear, "What the fuck are you!"

"Lesmana!" jolt Budhe, "Stop! Stopit! If you hit him again, I'll hit you!" threaten the woman who makes Lesmana screech and stay away from Tyno and Alfan.

Tyno was grieving slowly then held his cheeks that were still flushed due to Lesmana's punch.2 hours passed and Aly came out with Arif. Tyno sneered to wonder why Arif who is a special doctor of the lungs also participated in the operation this time.

"His family?" call Aly who also glared in surprise when he saw the bruise on Tyno's face.

Budhe and Lesmana were already in Aly's practice room. Tyno and Alfan were waiting outside Aly's room and at that time Alfi came to submit a report belonging to Mr. Galang. Alfi smiled as he looked at Alfan and glared in surprise when he saw the battered Tyno.

"OK, your report" said Alfi who put the clipboard on Aly's desk, "I'm sorry"

Aly nodded then sighed softly, "Luka Mr. Galang we've dealt with, but I'm sorry to say this. I and Doctor Arif agreed to say that Mr. Galang is in a coma now" explained Aly who looks calm.

"Koma?! How can?! You said that my father's condition wasn't so bad and could come to his senses soon after the operation! Now you say coma!" exclaimed Lesmana who protested with the circumstances of Mr. Galang while Budhe still looks shocked by the words of Aly earlier.

Again Aly sighed, but now it sounded heavier, "Some tried to kill him" said Aly, to Lesmana and Budhe's surprise. Aly opened his computer and showed the results of the operation, "There was a new wound on the right close to the pancreas, fortunately the wound was not deep. But the old wound on the left became deeper by 3 centi and almost hit his kidney" explained Aly who then turned the monitor and looked for another image.

"Moreover, it seems Mr. Galang fought back and the attacker hit his left chest. It caused a leak in an artery in his lung that was injured by the gunshot" Aly said, turning his monitor back.

Lesmana suddenly kicked off the table and walked out of Aly's room. Budhe was still crying.

"You don't worry too much, we will help Mr. Galang until he is healthy again" said Aly, who tried to calm Budhe down.

Budhe nodded slowly, "Thank you Doc. The doctor tried to save my husband" Budhe said with trembling lips.

Aly nodded, "It is my duty to help the patient. While we put Mr. Galang in the ICU to facilitate other handling" said Aly who looks calm while holding both hands Budhe.

Budhe nodded slowly and smiled gently.

Brakes.

The sound of hitting the door made Aly and Budhe reflectively look at the door. Budhe who seemed to know that there was something behind the door immediately walked quickly towards the door.

The door opened and Tyno fell down just then. Aly glared in surprise and approached Tyno whose face was already battered.

"Lesmana! I told you, don't hurt your brother!"

Aly was silent for a moment then looked at Tyno curiously, "Brother?" muttered Aly while looking at Lesmana and Budhe who were still trying to calm her down.

Lesmana and Tyno quarrel until separated by Hospital security. Lesmana and Budhe chose to go home and handed Mr. Galang to Tyno. Now Tyno was in Aly's private room. On the small table there is already antiseptic water and red medicine as well as gauze and small hansaplast.

"Ihss" groaned Tyno as the cotton that had been wet with antiseptics pressed against his wound.

"Gosh, I haven't pressed the tablets" Aly said as she placed the small cotton wad on the edge of the antiseptic water container.

"You think it doesn't hurt?", Aly sneered and pressed the antiseptic cotton against Tyno's wound, "Alys!"

Aly was silent for a moment then looked at Tyno and closed Tyno's wound in silence, "Who do you call me?"

"Alys?"

Usually Aly will be angry when someone calls his little name, but strangely now Aly feel comfortable. Aly sighed and cleaned up the tools, "You can return the favor, why are you silent?"

Tyno put on a faint smile then smiled gently, "If I fight. There I'll get angry and he'll be lying on this Hospital bed" he snobbed while changing his seat to cross his legs.

Aly looked back at Tyno sharply, "Arisakti huh?" ask her with sarcastic tone.

Tyno fell silent and changed his seat again, "This Hospital and the Center where I work. Group right?", Tyno did not answer he just looked at Aly expressionlessly, "I guess, Althyno Dharma Arisakti, right?"

Aly smiled obliquely, "You know what kind of trouble this two families are having?"

Tyno finally smiled and chuckled softly, "And I make sure I, Uncle Galang and his family, don't get into that matter"

The two became suspicious of each other. Aly let out a rough sigh and then threw his phone at Tyno, "That's the CCTV footage in front of Mr. Galang's room"

Tyno noticed Aly's phone, "Your phone is potato" Tyno said.

"Sorry okeh" replied Tyno with a nosy smile.

Aly just sighed violently and looked at Tyno who saw the video on Aly's phone. The wrinkle on his face changed with a look of disbelief. Tyno put Aly's phone on the table in front of him. She looked at Aly still with a look of disbelief then sighed violently and pulled her hair hard.

"****! I miss the class again" said Tyno softly while looking down.

A coin spun in the air then fell into place in the palm of a man's hand. The man opened his palm and the picture of the head was on top. The man smiled faintly and then looked back at the other man's movements and disappeared into the darkness of the empty building.

Arif stared at the Police building and sighed harshly, "May I be right"

Aly's phone that Tyno put on the table suddenly shook making Tyno who was thinking surprised and reflexively saw who called Aly.

'Babes?'

Aly immediately grabbed his phone and slightly moved away from Tyno, "Hallo is Bim?"

"I have to tell you about this. The police stopped the investigation"

Aly was silent for a moment, "Who's revoking the investigation?" aly asked in a cold tone.

"I don't know either, but AKP Heru said, the brother of one of the victims. Since your reports can't be retracted, they just stopped the killing, the kidnapping's still ongoing"

Aly tightened her hand, "Thank you Bim" said Aly who turned off her phone connection. Aly turned around and changed her facial expression, "I have business, so I have to go" she gently pushed Tyno away.

Tyno let out a sigh of resignation and stood up, "Alright, thank you for treating me. I left first" she said, then walked out of the room.

"Babdz? A familiar call" Tyno muttered with a wry smile at the end.

Aly and Atha take Sebastian and Bernando to the station. Sebastian who still uses a wheelchair pushed Aly to the platform.

"If I come here again, will you accompany me for a walk?" sebastian asked with a hopeful face.

Aly raised one of her eyebrows, "If I'm free"

"Okeh I think yes" Sebastian said in a pushy tone.

"Hahaha don't force, because I will also definitely come" said Atha, who gave Sebastian goosebumps in fear.

The sound of the departure was heard and made Sebastian and Bernando rush into the train. As the train of Aly's path stared intently at Atha.

Sebastian was speechless as Bernando said that the man was stronger than him, "If Fox didn't come, I guest I will lose"

"Wow, a Bernando admits his treat, it means that man is really fucking strong"

Bernando could only sigh in annoyance with Sebastian's taunts, "Who is that man? Why He protecting Aly? Aly isn't the type of talking a lot" Sebastian chimed in as he glanced at the windshield of the train.

"Maybe that man likes Lady Alyssa, until without realizing it, he has protected her" Bernando replied as he prepared to sleep.

"Or maybe he just wants to protect what he should be protecting" murmured Sebastian as he stared out the window.
