Ekgita POV

"Ummm" you know when I do light streching on my big bench in my practice room. I work at the Army Hospital in Jambi. Here I work as an Internal Medicine Doctor.

"Doctors are okay, right?" ask Nabil who is my mainstay nurse and my secretary.

I looked at Nabil who was also looking at me worriedly. My heavy breath breathed. Nabil looked back at me worriedly. I smiled and leaned my head with my hand.

"Do I look okay?" Nabil gave a small nod, "I'm fine, calm okay" I replied as I took off my Doctor's suit which was my practice hours, "Ah yes Bil, you know Alyssa?"

Nabil paused for a moment and gently struck his chin with a pen, "The doctor from Purwokerto?"

I nodded slowly, "You have the phone number?"

"No, but I have the phone number of Dr. Arif, Doctor Aly's friend"

I sneered at Nabil's reply just now and smiled nosily, "You have..who's number?"

Nabil slapped his lips and grumbled indistinctly. It is his habit if he is depressed. Therefore, he was among those who were not good at keeping secrets.

"Later I will send Arif's number" he said in a hurry to get out of my room.

But before he exited my room, I prevented him from being mocked, "Arif? Don't you have a doctor?" my ledek who managed to make her blush in embarrassment then she ran out of my practice room.

I laughed happily because I managed to harass someone. I leaned back on my oversized chair again, then opened my phone. The first thing I saw from my phone was the wallpaper I put up with a picture of me and him. I stared at the phone and closed it rough.

"Why did you leave me and get me? Why, Miko?!" I murmured as I looked up at the ceiling.

Flashback 3 years ago.

A horde of soldiers was doing a long march in the middle of the forest. When they reached a checkpoint, an exhausted soldier carried his bag and nearly fell. Fortunately, at that time another soldier swiftly grabbed his body and took over his cement bag.

The incident was seen by Ekgita who became a checkpoint guard. When the soldier carrying the two bags passed in front of him, Ekgita immediately prevented him.

"You crazy? You're tired too, don't be a hotshot" Ekgita said with a flat face.

The soldier did not answer and passed Ekgita just like that. Ekgita chuckled wryly and grabbed the Army's wrist.

"You're ignoring me?"

The soldier looked at Ekgita and sighed softly, "Let go. Even if I'm exhausted, I'll stop not help" said the soldier who then completely passed Ekgita.

Ekgita turned around and looked at the soldier annoyed.

1 week later, the soldier was eating his lunch in Mess's canteen with the rest of the Army. Just as he was about to feed his spoon, a table shake made him undo his intentions and see who was interfering with his lunch.

"That was you" that person was Ekgita, "You are the right person" Ekgita said, looking at the soldier's nametag, "Miko"

Now they're both behind Mess, "So what do you want?"

"You have to help me"

Miko let out a heavy sigh, "You mean?"

"I'm your boss!" reprimand Ekgita who began to grow angry with the behavior of the man in front of him.

"You want a priest, I don't care" Miko said indifferently.

Ekgita began to feel indignant, "I want to ask for your help"

"What help?"

"Be my fake boyfriend" Miko screeched and then intended to leave Ekgita, "I don't want to be matched"

Hearing that Miko suddenly paused for a moment and turned back to face Ekgita, "Well, what should I do?" said cold.

Miko was standing in front of a hospital building. He put his hands in the pockets of the trousers he was wearing. Jambi air is hot making him lazy to wear thick clothes. Even what he is wearing now is only a short-sleeved shirt that is only covered by a black shirt patterned red box. He looked at the Hospital with a lazy look as well, but as a woman walked up to him a faint smile was plastered on his cold face.

A woman who has been 3 months gives color in her life. A woman who is full of coercion according to him but so gentle and childish in fact.

The woman who is none other than Ekgita smiled tilted and then played Miko's cheeks to look smiling, "Well, this is just a smile"

Miko shook her head and threw Ekgita's hand away from her, "Keep away" said Miko.

Ekgita opened her mouth and beat Miko hard, "It's so bad you're with a woman ha!"

"Ah sick Ekgi!"

One year passed.

Ekgita sighed during her practice hours. Nabil looked at his doctor worried. He has been so for 4 months. Since Miko got the task, Ekgita became a lot of silence and more attention to the necklace Miko name that was entrusted to Ekgita. Nabil is not confused with the relationship between the two. Romantic but sometimes Miko looks like an ingredient to Ekgita's annoyance alone.

Nabil let out a sigh of resignation and looked out the window and saw a man standing looking at Ekgita's practice while wearing a black umbrella. Nabil grinned trying to observe who was staring at them then turned his eyes to find out who was stalking them.

"Dok, it seems like you have to go home soon" said Nabil, who was still focusing on the black-robed man, "Some are waiting for you" he continued, staring at Ekgita and Ekgita also looking back at Nabil.

Ekgita dragged her big chair and saw the black-robed man as well. Knowing who it was, Ekgita hurriedly took Miko's bag and necklace and ran out of the Hospital.

"Miko!" call Ekgita who jumped into Miko's arms. Make them both end up wet.

Now they are in a cafe. Miko was still carefully listening to all of Ekgita's stories. Miko's face also begins to change, which is usually cold and flat now prefers to smile and sometimes also talk more.

"So what's your job?" ask Ekgita while sipping her hot chocolate.

Miko smiled as she stirred up her coffee, "Lumayan, my Captain is also good"

Ekgita was speechless at the Captain's words, "What is your mission Captain this time, the new Captain?"

Miki stared at the astonished change in Ekgita's face, "What's the matter?"

"Why did you refuse him?"

"Because I don't like him" replied Ekgita ketus, "And added now my lover right you!", Miko sighed resignedly, "Why? Not brave with Tyno?"

"Continue?" Ekgita kicked down the table and stood up, "Listen, if you meet her tell me I'm your lover, remember!" said Ekgita who then left Miko alone in the cafe.

Miko picked up Ekgita as usual in front of the Hospital. Ekgita ran slowly towards Miko and as usual hugged her. While in the car Miko looked at Ekgita who was tying her hair and who was stared at began to feel uneasy.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" ask Ekgita who began to feel uncomfortable with Miko's gaze.

"What's wrong, just don't like it"

Ekgita scoffs and then hits Miko's shoulder softly, "The weird base"

"I want to talk seriously" Miko said in a serious tone.

Ekgita looked at Miko confusedly, "What's wrong?"

"I want to be with you forever" Ekgita gets confused seeing her lover.

Suddenly Miko stopped and came down just like that. The astonished Ekgita can only see him following the direction where Miko is going. Miko opens the door for Ekgita and pulls Ekgita's hand slowly. They stopped in the middle of a beautiful garden. Ekgita looked at the place amazed.

"How did you find this place?" ask Ekgita who is still amazed by the sight he saw.

Miko smiled then squatted down one leg, "Miko?" Ekgita looked at Miko in surprise.

"Will you marry me?"

3 Weeks later

"Miko what?!" exclaim Ekgita who echoed in his house, "Om serious right?!"

"Ekgi, calm down first son" said Mother Ekgita who tried to calm her only child.

Ekgita takes her mother's hand off her shoulder, "Ekgi, don't believe Om"

"But indeed Miko suddenly disappeared son. Therefore, Om chose to cancel your marriage" explained Miko's father while trying to explain what really happened.

Ekgita throws a vase of flowers on the table, "You bad guys!"

Ekgita cried and ran towards her room. Until nightfall Ekgita was still crying behind the door of her room. Then she looked up to show her puffy eyes. He walked out of the room and approached his parents who were in the living room.

"Ekgi, I've said no. Tyno is the right choice" Ekgita's father said without seeing his daughter.

"Dad, don't talk about it first" her mother said softly.

Ekgita did not answer but instead offered a pamphlet UN members, "Ekgi would like to nenangin themselves there"

"You're crazy!' jolt Ekgita's father while throwing the pamphlet away, "That's the battlefield of Ekgita!"

"Tanoa Father's approval, Ekgi will leave" Ekgita broke up who immediately left Father and Mother in the living room.

End flashback.

Ekgita looked at the photo on his phone and then came back crying, "You are evil, Miko" said Ekgita who embraced the picture on his phone, "I still love you very much.Even to this day" Ekgita's crying increasingly heavy, "But.my disappointment is greater than my love"

During Ekgita's cry, someone opened the door of Ekgita's room a little and could hear all the aoa she said. The door closed slowly. Miko walked firmly with a cold face leaving the Hospital. A drop of tears fell when he reached the place where his car was used. His body slumped in his car samoing.

"I'm sorry first" said Aly who immediately ran away leaving the loby.

Arif intends to chase Aly but considering he must be prepared to take shifts makes him undo his intentions, while Tyno also wants to chase Aly but in Dhita's prevention by wrestling again on Tyno's left arm.

Arif looked at Tyno angrily, "Captain, into my room now" he said in a furious tone, "And don't bring the maggots"
