Arif runs towards the Medicube and meets with Alfi.

"Alf to mess drugs, there are patients there" said Arif who immediately opened the medicine box and looked for Ekgita's anti-venom, "Bring this up"

After he arrived at Medicube, Arif immediately grabbed an injection on a equipment trolley and injected anti-venom into the infusion Ekgita. The loud noise from the ECG made Arif glare in surprise.

"Dok, the patient had a heart attack" said Iza who checked the ECG device.

Arif is trying to pump Ekgita's heart. Miko who saw that became even more worried.

"Why is he breathing like that?!"

Arif who is still doing CPR becomes upset and encourages Miko, "This is not your part. Nabil take Miko out!"

"No! I will stay here" exclaimed Miko who refused Arif's orders.

Arif looked at Miko, "Don't hinder us. Sir" said Arif flat and cold.

Miko looked at Ekgita and then came out of Medicube with Nabil. Arif asks Lilis to replace him, while Arif takes another shot. But just as he was about to inject the medicine, Iza shouted again.

"Patients have heart failure!"

"Krishna!" exclaiming Arif while pointing at the Defibrillator. Krisna who understood immediately took the two electric irons on Arif, "Voltage 1. It's shocking!"

There was no significant reaction, and then Arif caught a glimpse of his watch which showed the exact 10 nights, '"Voltage 2, shock!"

'Come on Doctor Ekgi. Aly gave up her life for you!' thought Arif while preparing for another surprise.

"High voltage, shock!"

Miko heard the loud sound of the ECG machine instantly becoming limp. He fell on the ground, a drop of tears escaped and started flowing. Nabil who sees Miko can only pat Miko's shoulder gently. Alfan had just arrived when the ECG machine was still sounding loudly.

Alfan stared at the room Ekgita was in, "Doctor Aly risked his life for you Doc. Go back"

"Ekgita.." Miko sat down to meet her legs and stroked the back of her hand, "You have to be strong" she muttered with a shaky shoulder, "I love you"

Nabil looked at Miko grudgingly and Alfan tried to calm Miko down by stroking her back slowly.

"Dok, the pulse is still there even though it's weak!" lilis.

"High voltage!" arif said as he swiped the two iron pedestals and pressed them back to Ekgita's chest, "A surprise!"

Miko looked up when she heard the ECG sound returning to normal. Miko immediately stood up and went into Ekgita's room.

Arif heaved a sigh of relief, "Thank God we're on time"

Miko entered in a hurry and saw Ekgita's condition. Arif looked at Miko softly and then patted her shoulder slowly.

"Your love is a strong man" said Arif and left Medicube, "Call Krishna or Ayda when Doctor Ekgita is conscious" Arif told Iza and Nabil who were outside Ekgita's room.

"Dok" Alfan approached Arif, "Captain is waiting for you" said Alfan who was then only taken by Arif.

Arif's eyes scoured every corner of the refuge. Until the last time he fell on Alfan who was in front of him, "Captain must have told you something else right?"

Alfan was silent for a moment because he was surprised by the aura of intimidation belonging to Arif, "I.iya, I'm sorry" said Alfan who then went away from Arif.

Seeing Alfan who was already away, Arif started walking towards the medicinal mess. When he reached the front door of the mess, Arif breathed a deep breath, then slammed into him violently.

"Arsa, I know it's still inside me, right?" murmured while pressing down on his heart, "If so." Arif was silent for a moment, "Help me, just this time" he continued, opening the mess door.

Inside the mess Arif saw Alfi who seemed to have just finished putting a rubber bandage on Tyno's hand. Arif breathed out once more.

"Alf come out" said Arif to Alfi who was immediately followed by Alfi, "Jaga Ekgita, if you knowingly contact Ayda or Krishna" Alfi nodded and really went from there.

After the mess felt completely safe, Arif began to approach Tyno and then forcefully pulled Tyno's shirt so that his body woke up because of the pull, "Why did you let them take Lysa?!" arif shouted that had been filled with anger.

"I'm sorry" Tyno said while looking the other way so as not to see Arif's eyes.

"I'm sorry? You think Lysa's a toy you like and then you leave when you're tired of ha?!" exclaimed Arif again with a face that began to blush because it held back his anger.

Tyno pushes Arif's body away from him, "Aly is not a toy!" tyno jolted back with an emphasis, "You think I'm not trying to defend Alys?!"

Arif's shoulders trembled slightly. He felt unable to support his body anymore. Arif chose to lean on the drug rack, "My brother they killed! They took away my only family!" Arif got up and put his hands together, "Please, save my brother's treasure"

Tyno was silent for quite a while and looked at Arif deeply, "They want us both" he said, patting Arif on the shoulder, "I'll report to the center first"

"It'll be a long time!"

"No. If they refuse, we leave" Tyno said with a sharp look, "Can you help me?"

Arif looked at Tyno suspiciously, "What?"

"I'll be gone for a while, Rabbit is here" said Sakti, who had just tied Aly to a chair.

Bara does not respond and Sakti leaves Bara with Aly. He sat down at the table and looked at Aly for a moment. He breathed heavily and walked out of the room.

A falling object made Bara become alert instantly.

Bara looked behind him and found nothing there. He only saw Aly who was still unconscious on his stool.

This time Bara's voice turned back and found a figure that immediately hit him until he hit the wall in the room where Aly was tied.

"Ohuk!" blood splotches came out of Bara's mouth, "What the fuck was that?" he murmured while cleaning the blood from between his lips.

Taps.

Suddenly Bara's body fell to the floor.

Bara coughed at the grip, "What creature was that?" he murmured while rubbing his neck because of the grip of the figure earlier.

He saw his blood and realized something. He walked over to Aly and bowed slightly, "Definitely sick huh?"

"Nngh" you're Aly who's starting to wake up. Several times he blinked his eyes, then his eyes unintentionally looked at Bara who was below. Aly pulled her leg tight, "Akh.." groaned Aly who felt her leg ache. He looked at his feet, and looked in wonder at the bandage that had been worn on his wound.

"Look, the sleeping princess is awake" said Bara, who got up and leaned her hand on Aly's bench, "Your voice?"

Aly stared intently at Bara, "Let go of me" he said in a faint tone.

"Hoho relax young lady. Let's talk for a while, until you spend your life's time" Bara said while sitting at the table, "I can ask?" he asked in a joking tone, "What do you like about the Captain?"

Aly did not answer. He chose to look the other way.

"You know" Bara approached Aly and brought himself closer and Aly, who made the distance between the two, was only a few pauses away, "You have accepted a dangerous person" her chirps then stood up straight and looked at Aly coldly with a fake smile.

"What do you mean?" aly asked who finally opened his voice.

Bara sat back down on the table, "The captain is from the special forces. You know the special forces' duties?" ask Bara who took his gun from his left side, "Dare to risk anything from the task given" said Bara who answered his own question, "You will know, you will know, when he leaves but then will not return" Bara said while circling Aly's body.

"Captain is also a mysterious person isn't he?" chirps Sakti who just entered the room.

Aly sneered at Sakti who had a terrible wound on her face, "What is your purpose in killing me?!"

Bara looked at Sakti who was leaning against the wall near the balcony door, "Because you're gone soon, let me open a secret" Sakti approached Aly and looked up Aly's face, "Kamila Dorri Kayana, you know that name?" tanya Sakti threw Aly's face to the right.

Aly sneers. He had heard that name before. Aly's eyes suddenly perfectly rounded, "Lian Garai Arisakti's wife?"

Sakti applauded, "Well guess what?"

Aly's breath felt choked if he connected it, "Mother...Tyno?" 

Sakti laughed with satisfaction at Aly's reply, while Bara smiled slantedly, "Ralat, Stepmother" Bara said.

"Let me tell you a tragic story" said Sakti who sat in front of Aly, "Kamila is your father's ex-lover, Axelsen. But Kamila, she's not pregnant with Axelsen's child. Your father got angry and left Kamila who was pregnant, and at the right time Axelsen in a match with your mother" Sakti sighed softly, "Kamila who met Axelsen to get mercy. But what he got was a painful insult from your grandfather, Aji Arikinan"

Aly screeched with half the story Sakti told.

"Kamila lost her baby when Aji threw her out of the Arikinan mansion" continued Sakti as she lit her cigarette, "In revenge she tricked Arisakti into marrying him. But when she sees Lian's wealth, Kamila is tempted to take all of her property, while taking revenge on Arikinan"

Bara stands up from the table, "Remember what happened 7 years ago when Aji lost one of his sons?" bara said as she tossed the finished cigarette near Aly, "It was Mifta and Kamila"

Sakti smiled happily, "Because Kamila promised a big wage, I'm with them" Sakti chanted while exhaling cigarette smoke into Aly, "And what happened 2 years ago, was that I was the originator"

Aly was increasingly surprised by all the red threads that gloriously connected. Aly's expression instantly changed, "Worthy" muttered Aly who was staring at Sakti in front of him, "You guys do deserve to be called trash" led Aly with a cynical face.

"Suck!" umpat Sakti while beating Aly's face until the corner of his lips bled.

"As for him, I will report to Mifta" said Bara who left Sakti who was still beating Aly.

The moment Bara left the room, his atmosphere instantly turned cold and slightly gripping.

"I want to ask" Sakti approached Aly, "Where is Mustika Segoro Kidul?" tanya Sakti who gripped Aly's face was strong. Aly silent a thousand languages, "Ah son of a bitch!" swear Sakti again while throwing Aly's face away.

A thin smile was engraved on Aly's face, "Devil huh?" aly said while looking at Sakti sharply.

"Oh? You know?" tawa Sakti just a moment ago, "How do you know? You're not an Indigo?"

A cynical smile was engraved on Aly's face, "Who said?" aly said that sounded disdainful to Sakti, "You're asking about Mustika right?"

"You mean?"

"I'm sure" Aly sighed softly, "You're weak to the point of depending on that Mustika" this time Aly really provoked Sakti.

"You want to die now?!" serami Sakti who intends to hit Aly again.

"Is this all?!" Bara continues to beat up Arif who continues to defend, "You can kill Gani, which means you are strong!" bara said, "Or are you just pretending to be weak, Doc?!"

"Excuse me Lieutenant, but I can't find the Captain anywhere" reports Sky who is also one of the special forces members, "Why are you looking for the Captain?"

Miko stared fixedly at Tyno's identity necklace, "Something's wrong. Tyno will only act when the precious ones are disturbed" said Miko, who then realized what she just said and ran towards Medicube.

"Miko?" call Ekgita while he's talking to Alfi.

"You're Doctor Aly's nurse, right?" Alfi simply nodded, "Where is he now?" asked Miko coldly.

"Miko you're scaring him"

"Jawab, where's Aly?" miko asked again this time it sounded more subtle.

Alfi kept silent while looking down, "Sakti took him" he replied softly but could still be heard Miko and Ekgita.

Alfi's remarks just made Miko and Ekgita surprised instead of playing, "Jaga Ekgita for a while" said Miko who ran out Medicube.

'Don't tell me he went alone!' miko thought as she ran and picked up her ht, "King on Bloody!"

"Bloody here, what's wrong?"

"Where are you?!" miko exclaimed as she stared at the ranks of the army jeeps, "True my guess. He's gone alone again"

"I can help you" said someone from the back of the jeep. A man with a hoodie covered his head and a man with a hat and all-black clothes.

"Who are you?"
