A man walks into Aly's hospital room. Aly closed his book and took off his reading glasses.

"I didn't know there was a visit with the Nerve Doctor"

"Oh yes? Didn't somebody call me yesterday screaming?"

The man gave a wide grin, "Hihi right I was surprised you were in hospital"

"Ish move away from the pig!" the man fell down in front of Aly's bed.

"Damn it! Sick bego!"

Bima stood in front of the man with a haughty face, "Some face cares?"

"Damn it!"

"Whispering you know?" lerai Aly stared at the two sharply, "Are you really not working, Elvan?"

Elvan smiled shyly, "I'm just starting work again tomorrow"

"He skipped 2 weeks"

"I said it was time off, not truant!"

Aly twitched his nose because he was tired of facing two creatures with this far different nature. Bima was just met when he started working in the hospital, but Elvan, he was like Arif who was a college friend abroad. Elvan also has two different sides. When he becomes a Doctor and with women, especially Aly, he will be sweet, spoiled, and loving. But when outside of work and meeting people who are not familiar with him, he is like an eternal ice.

Bima laughed with the words of Elvan and then embraced it while walking away from Aly's room, "There will be a council meeting later, you come?"

Elvan chuckled softly, "Surely, for the sake of Lysa and the truth of Zakra"

"How are you doing, son?"

"better. Very fast treatment. The wound on my leg is closed even though it is not perfect" explained Aly with a sweet smile.

The man sat on the bench next to Aly's bed, "Where's your Mama?"

"Uncle here would like to ask you about the offer, right?" aly said with a sharp tone.

Uncle Iwan smiled gently in response to Aly's question earlier. Iwan is the director of the Hospital where Aly works, Harini Hospital.

"Uncle is waiting for your answer now"

Aly looked at his hand without answering Pamana Iwan's question earlier.

'They probably sent me all the way here because of the truth that I could unload anytime. But, we also cannot ignore our patients'

The Zakra words he had long forgotten flashed through Aly's memories. Aly's hand grips suddenly tightened.

"Alright, I agree" Aly said as he looked out the window, "But I want my position not as an intership or a final year Doctor"

"Of course, you want a senior doctor and a narrator, right?"

Aly nodded once, "Next year I'll be taking an S2 education in the US"

"I keep making you a doctor here"

"Even if I become the Director of this Hospital?" aly asked in a joking tone there.

"Hahaha, sure. Even if you become the chairman of the foundation once" Iwan said with a joke as well.

Aly laughed softly hearing Uncle Iwan's joke earlier. But what they don't know is that Zakra is there too, watching everything.

"Funny because it will be realized tomorrow" said Zakra while laughing softly, "Imagine it was already funny when the Chairman of the Foundation became Professor here"

In a classic big house a car comes in and stops in front of the big door in the house. Lian got out of the car while carrying her gray suit while loosening her tie. When he entered a teenage girl passing in front of him.

"Dad? Want tea?" the teenage girl was friendly.

Lian POV's

"No. Where's your mother?" I asked Kamila's daughter.

"On top of Leina's playing again"

When I got to the second floor I immediately saw Kamila, my wife and Leina my son with her. Not now do I doubt that Leina is my son. Given how depraved Kamila was who dared to deceive me and keep me away from my only biological child.

"Kamila" called me who was warmly welcomed by her by hugging me.

"You tired? Wanna drink?"

I shook my head slowly, "I have a business out of the country tonight. So can I clean my luggage?"

"Oh, my dear" he replied, who went straight into our room.

I looked at Leina inside, 'She doesn't even look like me!'

"Dad need something of me?"

'Even better than both of them'

I shook my head slowly and took off my grey vest, "May you ask for help?" Leina nodded softly, "Tomorrow are you coming with Zizu for a moment?"

"Zizu? Dad's manager?"

"Yes, just take a sample of my father's blood at the Hospital"

"Alright" he replied with a gentle smile.

I nodded then went into the room and saw Kamila who was busy packing my things. I took my towel and took my shirt off.

"You happy?" I asked Kamila without seeing her, "Playing with me?"

Kamila paused for a moment and stared intently at me, "What do you mean?"

Without answering, I went into the bathroom and prepared a bath.

"Arikinant. It's also funny if I trust them" I muttered that I relax my body in warm water, "I must destroy Kamila in order for me to be free of her"

Lian walked out of her house and put her things in the trunk of her car. Zizu also lowered her head when Lian got into her car.

"While at the Hospital, one of the Predators from Kian corp will accompany you" said Lian who then closed her car window and left Zizu there.

From the second floor Kamila saw Lian leaving by calling someone, "We can start our plans next week"

"You didn't forget all this pay, did you?"

"Sure, I'll send my son for bail"

"Good, I'll wait for tomorrow"

Kamila drank her red wine with her evil smile, "Receiving cooperation with her has nothing to lose as well as it turns out"

A photo taken by Kamila ripped her to shreds, "Look Axel, you'll be mine again after I finish Lian"

Refisa who heard Kamila's conversation earlier could only fall silent and ran towards her room. At that time Leina accidentally saw it and then followed Refisa.

"You why?" leina asked in a panic.

Refisa looked at Leina for a moment, "Trust one thing about this" Refisa took all her clothes from inside her closet, "You're not Lian's father's son. You're Mama's cheating son"

Leina pulled the hand of the rude Refisa, "You're so insolent!"

Rudely, Refisa also brushed Leina's hand away, "Zizu's T-shirt will prove it" said Refisa while throwing Leina's body on the bed, "When everything is revealed, you want to come with me?"
