The Trapped Princess
The Queen's Touch

"Hi Ara!" Sapa Gigas with a cheerful voice, his huge body looked like a huge rock when it was struck by the sunlight that began to appear.

"Hi Gigas, are you on a morning patrol?" asked Ara who was now moving from her safe place on the front tree of the Elrick residence all night.

"Yes, my sift has ended by doing patrols this morning. Next I was going to the barracks to rest and have breakfast. How're you? Do you want to come?"

Ara shook her head, "this is where I am Gigas. I must keep my oath of chivalry."

"What did you say? Knight's oath?" gigas asked while gawking so distrustful of what he heard. How can a princess do a knight's oath?

Gigas stared at the building behind Ara, "do you swear to be the bodyguard of His Highness the Crown Prince?"

Ara nodded quickly.

Gigas seemed to create a magic circle that looked like a giant transparent balloon. "Your Majesty, what exactly are you planning? I think it's dangerous to be next to His Highness the Crown Prince for now."

"Don't forget, my name is Ara. Beware Gigas, even if you're making soundproof magic, we don't know if there might be some people who can break through it!"

Gigas lowered his head, "I'm sorry Ara."

Ara smiled, "not to be repeated again. But may I ask what you mean by your words regarding the danger next to His Majesty?"

"Lately, His Holiness Elrick has been getting a lot of terror, both in the form of writing and sudden attacks" Gigas replied honestly.

"Did the King and Queen know it?"

Gigas nodded, "actually I thought that His Majesty the King and Queen had known the person behind all of that, but they seemed to hold themselves back as if waiting for evidence to punish those people."

"How could anyone do that? Shouldn't they be punished immediately? It was a betrayal," Ara looked furious.

"Of course, Ara, but a rash act would only trigger a war, and His Majesty would definitely not want many innocent people to get hurt." Gigas stared at the Crown Prince's residence with a slight sigh, "it seems that the plotters realized that His Highness the Crown Prince is a little different from His Majesty the King and Queen, so they want to seize the throne from him."

Gigas changed the direction of his gaze to Ara, "that's why Her Majesty the Queen Mother increasingly intensified the search for Her Highness the Princess, because only the Princess could save the kingdom with the ability in her."

Ara smiled, "His Highness the Crown Prince is more capable and worthy of Gigas. I did meet him just yesterday, but I'm sure that I see the future King in him."

"It seems that someone is approaching, go Gigas, you must be tired and hungry." Ara obliterated the soundproof layer Gigas had made, "ohya and I wanted to ask."

"Are only the royal family, General Arion and the two of us able to do magic?" ara asked curiously because yesterday Alardo was so surprised to see him create protective magic.

"No Ara, there are many royal high-ranking and magic school students who can do it." Gigas smiled, "but when you ask if anyone can do magic like you? then the answer is only the royal family and General Arion, I won't even be able to rival you."

Ara returned to using magic and chose to sit on top of the tree while observing. Shortly after, a group approached the residence of Elrick, consisting of several female and male servants, at the front Ara captured the figure of a woman who was exactly the same as the one in Isabel's memory. The woman even looked unchanged in the slightest, extremely beautiful with a warm aura emanating from her body.

"The Queen's Majesty has arrived!"

Some of Elrick's servants saluted and opened the door for the Queen, they let the Queen in as if it was a common thing they do every day. Curiosity arises in Ara's mind. Her eyes seem itchy to know what the Queen and Elrick are doing in there, but of course she can't get close.

As if knowing the calamity of Ara, Isabel's memory conjures up footage of the Queen Mother using her divine eye abilities. Ara closed her eyes and focused, she was indeed not the Queen Mother but at least the same blood was flowing in her body, so there was some possibility that she could also do the same. After gathering the energy from within, Ara also dodged the natural energy and fused it together, focusing on her two eyes then she opened her eyes and gazed towards the residence of the Crown Prince.

Ara gasped, not only could her eyesight penetrate the wall, but also her hearing was extremely sharp.

"Mother heard from your father, that you have a personal bodyguard now," the Queen Mother said, holding Elrick's hand, a red glow shone from her body and flowed into Elrick's body.

"True Mother, she was a disciple of General Arion who had made a knight's vow to become my personal bodyguard."

"May you meet him?" ask the Queen who looks more like a plea.

Ara felt her heart thump, there was fear if her identity was revealed.

"Ara please come here," Elrick's voice echoed within Ara, this was a telepathic call that could be made between master and his knight. Ara took a deep breath and made sure that her aura had been sealed, she also tidied up the veil she was wearing, then with magic she moved quickly and appeared inside the Prince's room.

"Honor the servant of Her Majesty the Queen, honorable servant of His Highness the Crown Prince," said Ara as she bowed to the two who now seemed to be enjoying a snack while sitting side by side.

"Sit here" the Queen patted a pillow sitting beside her.

Ara did not dare to argue, she also sat down according to what the Queen wanted, but she still could not look at him.

"So what's your name, son?"

Ara gathered up the courage within her and slowly raised her face until her two eyes met the Queen's pair of eyes. "The romance of His Majesty, but His Majesty can call me Ara."

A knot smile was engraved on the beautiful face of the Queen, her right hand outstretched lightly rubbed Ara's hair down, until Ara felt a warmth that resembled Isabel's touch, but even the warmth the Queen gave off seemed to thrill her heart. Then suddenly the Queen pulled her hand and turned to look at Elrick.

"My son, from tomorrow what if every meal we eat together in the middle of the lotus lake?"
