The Trapped Princess

The Trapped Princess
Eleanor's Request

"Reona, if I leave, please take care of Prince Elrick. He will be a great leader, but the obstacles he passes will not be easy either. Please protect her, Reona."

Reona wrapped her body, "the servant promised to always be beside Prince Elrick and protect him, but where did His Majesty go?"

Eleanor smiled wryly, "that's Reona."

Reona's memories flashed in Gentala's head, like a dream. Eleanor's request to Reona is echoed in Gentala's memory.

"You have seen it, and return to your body, Gentala. Your Highness must need you" Reona tried to resuscitate Gentala.

"I know that you still can't forgive the royal family, but isn't it important now that Your Majesty?" ask Reona.

"MMMMM......" Gantala growled in annoyance, but she could not deny the truth of Reona's words. He knew that Eleanor needed him. Gentala opened the portal and disappeared without saying any more.

The instant the aura of the emperor dragon disappeared, the queen mother, king, queen and white clan appeared to be sitting limp, as if they had just lost a lot of blood.

"Grandmother, father, mother" called Elrick as he approached the three who were sitting limp.

"Reona please call for help" Elrick ordered.

"Okay, Your Majesty," Reona said as she flew away.

Elrick uses his powers and gives a bowl of water to everyone with magic.

"Ayahanda, what exactly is going on? Why is the protective dragon so wrathful?" elrick asked when he saw his father's condition gradually improving.

"Elrick, take your grandmother and mother home. There's something that Father and General Arion have to do" Aaron orders without answering Elrick.

Elrick knew that maybe now was not the right time to discuss what had happened, he obeyed his father's orders. He embraces the queen and queen, and makes a portal to take the two home to rest.

"Looking at him being able to use portals and magic, I thought I'd be happy, but I wasn't" Aaron said after seeing his son disappear.

"I warned you first, but you won't listen!" Arion gave a rough sigh. "Related always comes too late, but that doesn't mean there's no way to fix it."

"If Eleanor had come to her aid, would she not have been seriously injured? Arion, what should I do? My daughter almost died twice for coming back to this world!"

Aaron seemed to stare bitterly at Arion, there was despair and guilt reflected from him.

"They're coming" Arion gazed at the flying red dragon carrying the healers, accompanied by Luke, Olsen, Alardo and Blevine. "Let the healer work first, Aaron."

Aaron nodded lethargicly, his eyes looking distant. The healers who came directly took care of the King, General Arion and the white clan.

"Our respect Your Majesty, General Arion" said Alardo and Luke simultaneously, as the red dragon flew away.

"Mr Alardo, do you know where Ara is?" arion asked while receiving treatment from the healer.

Luke seemed shocked by Arion's sudden question to Alardo, he circulated his gaze and found the white clan elders. Luke quickly telepathizes, "Dad, what's really going on?"

The long-bearded man answers Luke's questions and explains everything that happened.

"Protect Alardo, don't interfere if you're not given the order!"

"Sorry General, I'm busy escorting the white clan to perform the ritual and head straight back to the battlefield" Al replied after severing his telepathy with Luke.

Arion's eyes peeked into Alardo's eyes, "I hope you're wise in your decisions." Arion brought his face closer to Alardo's, "where is His Eminence Eleanor?"

"What are you doing General?" a man with a long white beard approached the general who appeared to be intimidating Alardo.

"You always come on time when your niece is in trouble, Agnor." Arion answered the question of the white clan elder without turning his face away from Alardo, his hands clutching onto Alardo's powerful clothes. "I asked your father about the whereabouts of someone who might now be fighting death, but he covered it up selfishly. Isn't what I did right, Agnor?"

"Arion relax!" said Aaron tried to mediate.

"Shut up! If you feel guilty, shut up!" snapped Arion with a booming anger, his emotions uncontrollable.

"Take him off General, my nephew is not a traitor, who will let someone die without a care."

Arion looked into Alardo's undaunted eyes staring back at him. The courage and determination of Alardo's heart make Arion disturbed, he can not master his emotions.

"If you don't take it off, then don't blame me for interfering!" Agnor tapped her wand.

"ARION STOP! IT'S ORDERS!" Aaron activates his energy that has been restored by the healer. "If you still consider me your king, then stop Arion!"

Eleanor's helpless shadow haunts Arion's mind, unable to live if something bad happens to Eleanor. Arion took off the grip of his hand, he stood up and walked away without speaking in shaky steps.

"Please forgive Arion, Agnor! He's in a bad shape, I hope you understand."

Agnor nodded obediently, "of course Your Majesty."

Aaron approached towards Alardo and patted Alardo on the shoulder. "I'm sorry Arion, Al." His hand stopped patting Alardo on the shoulder, he looked Al in the eye, "I know behind your decision, there is only a sincere good cause. I'll wait until you give me a chance on a father like me."

"Your Majesty," Alardo bowed before the King. His heart raged to hear his King succumbing for his daughter, knowing that the King deserved a chance, but this was not the right time.

"I believe you, then please protect him Al. Tell me if you need any help" Aaron said, patting Alardo on the shoulder.

"I'm leaving, sorry for everything that's happened" Aaron said, disappearing into the portal.

"Are you okay, sir?" Luke examined Alardo closely.

"Stop Luke, I'm still intact and breathing, you don't have to worry." Al smiled faintly at the worried face of his cousin who had always called him by master since childhood, "it seems that you're the one to worry about more."

Agnor let out a long sigh looking at the interaction in front of her, "seeing you can still joke at a time like this really pisses me off. Do you realize you could have lost your life five minutes ago?"

"Hey calm down uncle, don't worry too much, you'll have more gray hair!" Alardo embraced his uncle's shoulder with a wide smile.

"Dad's hair has been all white, gray hair has increased no difference!" suhut Luke innocently.

"What did you say?! Are you saying that your father is old? You bad boy!" Agnor chases after the fleeing Luke with her grin.

"Mr Al, quickly run away before the old man chases you!" luke shouted as he continued to run to avoid his father's pursuit.

"LET'S GET YOU BAD BOY!!!" Agnor screamed as she brandished her wand, chasing after Luke who had no desire to stop.
