The Undying Past

The Undying Past
PART 20 ~ WELCOME SIR

Grandfather Emir has now landed in Japan. He was used to visiting Japan so there was no need for a guide. In the past when he was young Japan was the second country for Emir's grandfather even he had a small house with a large yard as a place to unwind when his work in the homeland was out of control.

By taxi, Emir's grandfather now arrived at his resting house. Some maids lined up neatly when they saw the master get off the taxi. They had no idea of the coming of their master.

"Welcome sir," said the compact maids. They used to call the father to Emir's grandfather because the middle-aged man wanted it. The man thought the maids were part of his family.

"Thank you, how are you, "Grandfather Emir smiled widely while staring at the maids one by one as if he wanted to make sure of their circumstances.

"Well sir," Again the compact maids answered like elementary school children who returned greetings from their teachers. The Emir's grandfather chuckled at hearing that.

After finishing his stale conversation with the assistants, Grandpa Emir chose to rest for a while in his room. The middle-aged man was no longer what he used to be when he was young. Now he is easily tired especially just traveled far.

In the same country, there are just different places. Keiko was pestering Aleya who was busy concocting spices for her cooking.

"Sister, today I brought Celya to the house huh ?" Instead of helping, Keiko instead whined at her brother, like a child who asked to be bought candy by his mother.

"May but remind mama is equally papa, do not spoil Celya too much. It will be hard for me too" Aleya could no longer dodge. The job is a lot and can not keep an eye on Celya let alone just play together.

Visitors to his restaurant began to be crowded by Indonesian citizens who missed the food of the homeland. Aleya has been good at cooking for a long time. Every late house the cooking mama always called Aleya to help her. The reason is very simple and makes sense. No matter how high the education of a woman will certainly deal with the kitchen because there is the source of life of a family.

Let's say the late mother Aleya's mind is old-fashioned and obsolete but reality is like that. Not a few men out there make the excuse of a wife who never cooked for him as a justification for cheating.

"Thank you sister, just leave it to me anyway." Keiko hugged her foster brother tightly while kissing both cheeks in turn overwhelmed Aleya and ended up both laughing.

Aleya couldn't do much if Keiko asked her for something. His affection for his adoptive sister was incomparable to anything. Living alone in a state of pregnancy without a husband and then meeting with the family papa Akihiro full of warmth of a family makes Aleya unceasingly grateful to the Regent of Life.

After saying thank you, Keiko approached Celya who was seriously doing her schoolwork. Lucky Aleya has a nanny mbak Lia who immediately takes care of the letter of the move Celya. When Aleya unpacks Celya's suitcase, she finds a certificate moving her daughter.

"The same way aunty yuk," Keiko pulled a chair and sat in front of a little girl who could be sure if she grew up later then men would be clamps if they saw her.

"Ok, aunty wait a minute." Keiko put up her back and started tinkering with her phone. He started surfing with cyberspace and occasionally made a contest together with Celya.

Having a beautiful face typical of a mixture of Indonesia and Japan makes Keiko has a lot of followers on Instagram and now ends up as a selebgram. Keiko did not want to waste the opportunity that came to her let alone related to filling her coffers. Keiko is a girl who has a lot of needs. Although he comes from a family, he does not want to use his parents' money for personal use.

Finally Celya finished her task and immediately tidied up the scattered books. Every time to the restaurant accompanied the mother, Celya did choose to wait in her mother's workspace and do various things so as not to get bored waiting.

"It's over, Cel ?!" Keiko stopped her activities and smiled at the little girl she loved so much.

"Yes," Although her face looks beautiful and friendly but Celya never spoke at length if it felt unnecessary. So it sounds cold and tart.

"Ck, the girl can't talk that short. A girl has to be with everyone" Keiko doesn't like it when Celya talks as necessary. Every time Celya chimed in on other people's words briefly then Keiko would warn her. The danger if it reaches such a big Celya, is very worrying.

Again Celya did not chimed in her aunty. Celya just stared at a glance then neatly arranged her books and put them in the school bag. Keiko could only snort. This little girl completely drained her emotions.

Looking for safety, Keiko no longer protested. He didn't want Celya to sulk and didn't want to go with him. By muffling the annoyance Keiko held Celya's hand and said goodbye to the beautiful woman who wore an apron busy concocting spices.

"Sister, we go first, remember big brother must follow yes," Keiko hugged Aleya a glance while Celya cheered and kissed the back of her hand.

"Be careful, call your sister when you're home" Aleya returned a warm hug. Aleya would not be able to calm down before finding out if her son and sister arrived home safely.

Keiko nodded her head and linked her thumb and forefinger as a sign of Ok. Then the two girls disappeared behind the door. Aleya looked at her sister and daughter with sparkling eyes. Happiness enveloped his heart. Having them was the source of Aleya's happiness.
