Chapter 32: Feelings of Relief

FLASHBACK TEMPO DAY

POV (Harlow Elaina)

I panicked and worried about Satomi when I heard that she was going through a bad accident in a warehouse near first class.

I wanted to barge inside, but unfortunately I was too weak and could do nothing.

"Elaina, call Mr. Smith now! We're going to go inside the warehouse now."

Lina told me to call Mr. Smith immediately for fear that things might get worse.

"Eh?! You sure?"

"Just calm down, we can still be a little threatening if they do something bad."

Vijaya calmly said that, as if trying to convince me.

"All right, I'll call him now. Be careful, all of you!"

"Yes, I leave it to you!"

They all separated and left me alone when they called Mr. Smith.

I know why out of 5 people only I was told to call Mr. Smith. It was because I was the weakest among them.

No, I better not think about that too much. Now I have to run to the teacher's office to report the incident to Mr. Smith.

I was afraid to talk to her, but at any rate the stakes were the person I loved dearly. So I have to do it.

It shouldn't be like this, why am I even following the five of them?

Actually the five of us were gathered because Mr. West told us to bring his things to our own class which is 1-E. We couldn't refuse him either because his gaze was too frightening.

When we finished dropping off her luggage to class, we saw Satomi who was dating Fisa. For some reason, Lina instead told us to hide while following her.

Stalking someone on a date is a bad thing for me. But, I think it turned out to be a good thing because we all knew that Satomi was not doing well.

In a state of panic I continued to worry about him until a lot of sweat came out of my body. Now I have to report this incident as soon as possible so that Satomi is fine.

Though I was sure Satomi was strong, but somehow my gut feeling remained bad and that was what worried me.

I didn't call Mr. Smith because by chance Mr. West was out of the office.

I could see him mowing the grass by the window and then without thinking I approached him.

"Oh, Elaine. Hows it? Has it been brought?"

"Euhh.. uh. now help us!!"

With a breath of breath I asked her for help.

"What's wrong? Is it too heavy?"

"Uh. uh. uh. uh.."

"Calm down! Take a deep breath and then exhale. Then tell me what happened."

"Good."

I did as he was told and when I calmed down, I told him.

"Satomi is in danger! Please help him!"

While bowing my head, I asked her for help.

"What do you mean?"

"I don't know what's going on either, but Satomi's in danger."

"First class warehouse, he's there!"

I'm afraid of Mr. West's eyes, but I have to be brave for the people I love.

"Okay, let's go!"

Fortunately, Mr. West immediately invited me to go to the place I meant the warehouse.

Arriving there, I could see Satomi's situation was very bad. Without a second thought I immediately approached him and held onto the part of his injured face.

I was very worried and wanted to cry when I saw her like this, but I managed to hold her back.

Though I was very worried about her, but Satomi could still calm down while apologizing even bowing her head to me. She also stroked my hair very gently.

Of course this surprised me and I felt bad about it, so I told Satomi to stop and raise her head.

No, I instead told Satomi to keep stroking my hair because it felt so comfortable and luckily she didn't mind.

To be honest, I feel very happy that I can be spoiled by him.

Finished with the watch, Satomi immediately invited me out of this warehouse and I agreed.

"Why are you getting hurt? Are they very strong?"

"Well, sorry to worry you."

"I'm so worried, Hiks!"

I could no longer hold it in, so I cried as I could because of my excessive worry. I also felt relieved when I saw him still standing upright without faltering in the slightest, even he could still hug me now.

The warmth of his body, I can feel it. I wanted to continue being pampered by Satomi, so I continued to hold her tightly while crying.

"Elaina, I want to tell you something. Will you listen to him?"

Now I feel a little relieved and we are sitting on a bench near the drinking machine. We sat next to each other because the stool was too small and could only fit two people.

I ignored the confused Satomi and kept saying something that might mean something to her later.

"Elaina, you're a lot older now."

Satomi is not as usual, she immediately accepted my invitation to treat the wounds that were on her. Now we get off the bench and walk towards the UKS.
