Chapter 22 - Recruiting Mao Miao
The Golden Bodhisattva Orb is a sacred treasure owned by Nalanda Temple which is the foundation and the most important object in the Temple.
Nalanda Temple is one of the affiliates in Heaven who pursue the very famous Buddha Dao. The majority of the Monks made the place a holy land, as many Monks who had been forged there had risen to new heights to become Bodhisattvas into pillars of Buddhism.
One of the most famous reasons for the temple is the Golden Bodhisattva Orb. The treasure specialized in heaven-defying formations! The person controlling the Orb would be able to set up a formation beyond common sense. Even more powerful than that, it was capable of communicating with Dao or being very close to him. That was why the Monks who came out of the Nalanda Temple would be very close to understanding the Dao of Buddha.
Not infrequently there were even those who had ascended to become Bodhisattvas.
But because of an incident that befell the Temple of Nalanda. The heavily guarded Golden Bodhisattva Orb was successfully stolen by someone. After much effort, all the Monks and Bodhisattvas managed to capture that person. But not for Orbs, it disappeared and became a mystery.
