...Sunny Ep.08|More Than Assumption|...
If sunlight takes 8 minutes and 17 seconds to pass through the average distance from the surface of the sun to the earth, then it doesn't take that long for Ben to find his own sunlight.
Yeah, there, the sun looks so different from the others. Ash brown unravel girl, wearing sky blue satin shirt, hair neatly tied into one, one, and of course what never changed from the sun was his face which was still the same as ten years ago, still very beautiful in the eyes of Ben— or maybe all men, were waiting for him. Waiting with a sparkling look, lips paint a sweet smile, and a deer bead that highlights the warm presence.
Ben walked over, and was greeted by a sweet smile belonging to Sunny that will never be timeless. “Hai.” said as he reached out and was greeted by Sunny.
“Hai.”
Ben knew clearly that Sunny was as nervous as he was. Sunny's palm felt very cold and watery, it was already proof that someone was nervous, right?

This time it was Sunny's turn to laugh. “Okey. Choose a drink first. Haus.” joked Sunny while reaching for a book containing legendary menus from cafe YOLO. “You drink what, Ben?”
Ben who is also reading the menu, looks confused because everything looks good and he wants to order every menu listed in the book. “What do you think is the best drink here?”
“A-I also do not know.” said Sunny stammered, because honestly he also did not know about this cafe. He had only heard his mother tell a story about his youth in this YOLO cafe.
Almost five minutes they were busy flipping through the menu, finally they gave up, Ben gave the first interrupt. “Okey, we need clue.” he said, then flipped and raised his arm half high to call one of the waitresses.
Sunny laughing. Not knowing anymore, his teeth may have dried his enthusiastic crotch he showed laughter to Ben. As for Ben, he also likes to pay attention to Sunny's laughter that has continued to expand since he came.
After the waiter makes a recommendation, and both agree, the order is determined. They chose Americano with extra espresso and smooth caramel, and two maple pancakes. While waiting for their order to come, Sunny and Ben chat a lot about college, first plunged into the world of work, and others made Sunny and Ben did not stop showing off their rows of white teeth.
Until the door's clattering sound was not heard by the two. Suddenly someone appeared, with the look of a face no less cheerful than Sunny standing by their side of the table.
“Hai, Ben. Why not answer my phone?” ask the beautiful woman, narrow-eyed, white-skinned, tiny-nosed and lacquered, honey-colored shoulder-length hair, and pure white skin and body proportions that, Wow, are perfect.
Sunny's eyes narrowed full of telisik, then looked at Ben who looked a little wrong behavior. “O-oh, are you here? I did not hear your phone call.” replied Ben then stood awkwardly, had kicked the table body to cause noise, then gave a light and short hug to the woman who made Sunny a little uncomfortable.
“Automination!”
Seeing that closeness, making an assumption came to Sunny's mind. His palm involuntarily crept the small bag rope that was above his lap, his jaw stiffened faintly, and his expression turned disappointed. Yes, Sunny was disappointed because in reality, everything did not match up as he expected.
Her bead was misty, and she couldn't show it in front of the happy Ben.
In the next second, something that the woman took out from inside the bag, made Sunny feel small and there was no longer any hope. Her heart was pounding chaotically, her heart was throbbing with pain, and her throat felt dry when she saw a heart-shaped black jewelry box extended to Ben.
Ben opened and smiled in satisfaction after seeing the contents. “You are the most reliable.” said Ben while shuffling the mane of the woman who looks younger.
O God. I can't see this for much longer.
Sunny stood up for a moment, on the grounds of going to the bathroom to pee, he left two lovebirds who were drunk with romance.
It was his fault of hoping too much all this time. It's wrong to assume for ten years Ben will still remember him, and wrong Sunny too, why he dreamed too high. And behold now, he was thrown down hard upon the earth to a crumble, destroyed leaving no remnant.
Sunny stared at her pathetic reflection on the large glass toilet. As much as possible she framed the expression on her face like the first time they met earlier. Well, as much as possible, even if it's very, very difficult.
“You can Sunny. Because you are the unyielding princess of Snow and Winter.” she said encouragingly to herself. Then she grabbed her little bag and walked out of the toilet with a rigid 'soaked' step.
“Sorry to leave you guys,” funny Sunny pleasantries. He glanced at the woman sitting next to Ben. They match. Then he also saw the order they had made earlier, already lined up neatly on the table. “And Ben, sorry. I had to hurry because there was a client who suddenly asked to meet.”
Ben catches a lie from Sunny's gesture. “Ah, so yes.” replied Ben flat without disconnecting the view from Sunny's face.
“For this order, let me just pay, as apology.”
“No, no. I'll pay—”
“Please, let me pay for it.” jolted Sunny a little surprise the two presences in front of her. “I paid, as an apology, okey.” continued Sunny with lower intonation than before. He looked at Ben who seemed to not accept and frowned. But the man chose silence. Okay, from now on call him nameless. Because the man's name is a little..sucks, or disappoints?
“Good. It's up.” break up Ben finally, do not want to add to the runyam and become public consumption like a television drama series.
Sunny bows fifteen degrees to Ben, and also, the woman Ben hasn't been able to introduce him to.
“Bye.”
Sunny disappointed. He raised his own expectations. He wants to go home soon and cry loudly behind the blanket, cursing Ben who turns out to have a partner. They even look harmonious and deserve to live happily together, let alone have bought a ring that seems like it will soon take their relationship to a serious level.
Sunny could not stop saying God's name. It fell off. The Ben he was hoping for wasn't the Ben he used to be. That man has changed. And what Sunny just realized, Ben and himself really can no longer be together, even if only limited to friends. Because Ben, found his life partner. []
