Not knowing what encouragement, Sunny came back to the place where he met Ben a few days ago. Do not want to deny also if he wants to hear the explanation and reason Ben, who until this moment is still trying to approach him.
Maybe it was just a misunderstanding like Ben said this morning. Sunny was also consumed with jealousy and emotion back then, so she didn't get to hear Ben say anything and today, she wanted to hear it. Heard an explanation from Ben.
Cafe doors flashing. Sunny turned his head and found Ben still wearing his work suit which added to the charm and attractiveness of the man many times over. Dozens of pairs of eyes watched the man who was walking into the cafe and panned straight towards one point, where the sun was.
Unlike a few days ago when they greeted each other with shy faces, today Ben actually put on a riled face. His crescent moon bead was seen shrouded in a fog of unease and also, worry.
“Order drinks first Sun. I'm thirsty.”
Sunny only replied with a nod. He then ordered the same menu to be fast, and Ben was the same, he ordered the menu a few days ago he ordered.
After the waitress had gone away from them, Sunny and Ben looked at each other. “So, you misunderstood Juwi?”
Ah, so her name is Juwi?
“Sun, she it—”
“Ben, this should be our last meeting. After that, we walk each.”
Ben chirped. The words he had been stringing up since he was on his way to the cafe, came out just like that after hearing Sunny speak like that.
“Why?”
Sunny chuckled wryly. Ben really doesn't know himself, he thinks.
“Ben, you already have your woman. Did you not realize you had hurt that woman? Oh my God, Ben.” shrewd Sunny as he shook his head, not out of thought.
Instead of bulldozing Sunny's words, Ben instead laughed while pounding the table to attract the attention of some visitors.
Maddened.
Ben's turning crazy.
“Jeez, Sunny. Are you jealous?” ben asked, still laughing. Now he holds his stomach that has felt cramping due to laughing too hard. “You're jealous of Juwita?”
Sunny frowned. Why is Ben laughing so?
“Jeez, Sunny, Sunny..” Ben continued now standing and bent over grabbing Sunny's head for her swab. “Juwita is my cousin's brother. He whom I ask please buy a ring for us.”
Oops, Ben realized that he's been talking too much. Then he cleared his throat, poked his dry lips and confirmed the location of his black coat, then sat neatly while folding both arms on the table, just like the kindergarten student who just got scolded by the teacher.
As for Sunny, his heart was like watering the soothing water of heaven. His stomach was like being tickled by the flowers that were blooming, and his heart was pounding unruffled.
Ben gnashing. It is misbehaving and moves indistinctly.
“I-it..”.
“You bought the ring for us?” repeat Sunny with a face that began to be draped in a red hue.
Rice has become porridge. Ben scratched the nape of his neck that was not itchy at all, then smiled clumsily while nodding. “I-iya. I bought it for, us.”
Sunny. He smiled timidly, trying to hide the overflowing and explosive happiness in his heart.
“Sorry didn't tell you this. I just wanted to make a little surprise for you, Sun.”
Ben grabbed Sunny's palm, rubbed it gently and held it firmly. “I... want to make a memorable little moment.”
Sunny was fixated, he stared fixedly at Ben's face which now directed his palm to land on the thin pink lips of the man's dream. Ben kissed the back of Sunny's hand for a little while with his eyes closed. “Sunny, I love you.”
This phrase, became paid for Sunny's long wait. Her tears were unstoppable. Sunny was crying happily. In the end, the relationship was more than just a friend he got from Ben. He will be a figure who stands and bears the status of a lover beside Ben.
“Do you love me too?”
It didn't take long, Sunny gave a nod that made Ben smile wide until the sickle bead formed a straight line that Sunny liked very much, and the fist he moved down hinted 'Assa, Yes'.
Then in the next minute, Ben reached into his suit pocket. Taking out a heart-shaped black velvet jewelry box, opening and showing a pair of beautiful rings that had made Sunny misunderstand.
Suddenly the sweet moment became the center of attention, even one of the perpetuating it in his phone. The waitress who delivered the order also stopped when she saw Ben standing up from the chair, then kneeling in front of Sunny.
“Ten years, we harbor and hold feelings for each of us. Up to my tired point, I decided to go back to see you, my Sunshine.”
All visitors look overwhelmed by the struggle of both harboring feelings.
“Will you marry me, my Sunshine?”
Sunny smiled, rubbed his tears back down, then nodded without thinking much. “Yess.”
The answer received applause and euphoria that was so boisterous. They also feel the happiness felt by two lovebirds who now link the ring to each other on the ring finger of the couple. Then Ben hugged tightly and kissed the top of Sunny's head.
“I promise, I'll always loving you, till of my life.”[]
