They entered Vasileus' room and sat on the sofa, Vasileus had brought some papers that Fermund had sent.

"The clan chief, it turns out that the king had already investigated the five elite members, all of whom were on this paper, as well as the king sending a letter to the clan head"

The envoy handed him a letter and all the papers contained the information Fermund had given him.

"It's your pay, now go"

Vasileus paid the clan members and told him to leave, he would focus on the paper.

Now Vasileus unfolded some of the papers and gathered them, there was important information from the five elite members that Fermund had investigated.

Vasileus also read it, Vasileon who next to him also read, as he read more, he slowly knew everything.

Vasileus also allowed the four elite members to read it as well, they were shocked, and only found out that there were many hidden things from the five elite members.

"I don't think they're doing this in secret" Dain said

"Everything he does is forbidden by the kingdom, they exploit magic stones and hoard them" Corvina explained

All the elite members already knew that the five elite members of the nine elite members had hiddenly committed forbidden actions.

"But who made them do this, was they helped by someone" Vasilea asked

Vasileus answered him without hesitation to them because he already knew.

"The five of them are pawn elders as well like my brother, they are given the freedom to do so because there are elders who guarantee their safety"

They, the four elite members heard Vasileus speak and think of him, they then understood why they could freely do the hidden thing

Vasileus grabbed a nearby envelope, opened the envelope, and read Fermund's letter.

Vasileus understood the contents of the long letter, and explained that he would come to the clan bringing many assassin members from Night Raven to purge the clan.

"Tomorrow the king will come here carrying many assassins from Night Raven for clan cleansing, but before that we must make all the clan members aware of the crimes of the five elite members" Vasileus explained

"Is it true that the king will bring many assassins, open soldiers?" ask the thick bearded man

"The king will bring the assassins to slaughter them all, so from that, you four elite members, must gather all your subordinates into one and prepare against the other five elite members." Vasileus warned

"And also we have to put a strong person we trust to keep the storage room so that no one can steal the body parts of the dragon" Vasileon said

Vasileus agreed and ordered Vasileon's subordinate

The four elite members resigned, they gathered their subordinates and troops.

The three brothers secured a paper containing the information to use as evidence.

"Sister, since their intention is clear, so to be careful, we must keep the pocket of the dimension of the king's gift" Vasilea said on guard

"Truely, this bag is a precious thing, I won't let anyone steal it" Vasileon replied

The Valdis clan was facing a conflict that eventually caused discord, on the one hand all the clans were willing to obey Vasileus and the king, but there were bullies whose existence threatened them.

That afternoon, the four elite members who sided with the clan head formed a coalition to fight against the five elite members who were their enemies

Although the four elite members were outnumbered, they almost controlled the entire territory of the Valdis clan, while the five elite members only fully controlled some parts of the clan's land.

Not to forget they put a lot of guards in the storage area of the clan so that the enemy believes that the dragon body parts are stored in that place.

Meanwhile, at the palace, Andreis along with fifty assassins from the Night Raven organization, for the sake of the mission, Andreis explained all the things that would be done tomorrow at the residence of the Valdis clan.

And Fermund now saw them while eating a snack with his two sisters.

Suddenly Fermund said to them "you like to watch the theater, no, then tomorrow we will see it, the title of the theater is a pool of blood of old bastards"

"That sounds exciting, I won't be able to see it" Feona said

"I can't wait to see it, I even want to participate in the theater" Felis said

The two sisters understood what her brother said, when her brother said the word "theater", the real meaning was that they would see the original drama and intrigue without any theatrics.

It was getting dark, the three of them were now in his room and asleep, and by the time the sun had risen, Hermund was already preparing with his assassin.

He set out with his two sisters and Andreis and fifty Assassins wearing their organization robes that had the crow emblem on the back.

Fermund rode in a horse-drawn carriage with his two sisters Andreis, Hermund ordered all the assassins to leave first and meet the clan head.

The charioteer spurred the horse to walk faster, and after a while, they reached the Valdis clan residence and were greeted by Vasileon along with some of the clan soldiers.

"King, all the assassins you sent are waiting in the big hall, follow me"

"Hehe, it turns out they can be polite as well, usually they're all grumpy" Felis said

Vasileon simply fell silent withholding emotions and ushered them in

Fermund asked Vasileon about the movements of their enemies.

"So they're moving?" Ask Fermund

"True, when they tried to enter the clan's storage room, we trapped them and surrounded them, but many escaped and returned to the land that belonged to their master, as we chased there,they have made a simple defense in the form of a blockade of wooden stakes and piles of stone as a wall"

As they walked in, they entered the great hall and met Vasileus.

"King, they have made an act, and the evidence of their crime is unusable because they took out their original form" Vasileus explained

"Then wait for what else, you're surrounded by territory, and my assassins will infiltrate their territory"

Soon all the armies of Vasileus were ready for battle, they gathered around the five men, and they saw before them the defense of the enemy.

There were many magicians stationed at every corner of the defensive line, it seemed like they were magicians skilled in long-range attacks.

Vasileus ordered all his troops to build a battle formation, his witches were at the front to overcome the enemy witches.

Fermund was at the back with Vasileus and Felis and Feona were protected by Adreis.

"Assassins, break through this line of defense and make way for my army"

The assassins moved forward, they used wind magic for their quick movements, coupled with their shadow illusion ability which made them look numerous.

The assassins moved quickly and slit the witches before they cast their magic.

The magicians behind the stone wall had been overcome, now living, the Vasileus troops who broke through their defenses and advanced further and further into the enemy territory.
