Chapter 46: The New Squad

On a clear morning, Hermund was at the prison door with the minister and Ownn of the association.

They were ushered in by some soldiers to go to the prison and see all the members of the Blood Ruby.

As they headed to the cell where they were locked up, they saw three women and ten men.

"You are the Blood Ruby members hired by the king of the Valmurg kingdom?"

With a body trembling in fear they nodded in response.

"Don't worry, I'll release you, provided you can join the Night Raven organization or become an assassin butler run by this minister on my right side"

The prime minister said "i only need six men and the rest of them go to Night Raven"

"Then I won't deny your kindness, minister" Oweln said thankfully

Fermund stopped them and let them decide.

"Decide now, don't keep us waiting" forced Fermund

They also had no choice and followed the wishes of the minister and Ownn.

They were released, the minister ordered a butler assassin accompanying him to take them to Fermund's old mansion, and he told them to train the six men.

Similarly to Oweln, he headed for the association mansion with his bodyguards and escorted the seven men to the Night Raven headquarters to train.

Fermund returned to the palace with the minister in a horse-drawn carriage, there was some work he had not done.

Upon arriving at the palace, Hermund immediately headed to his study and saw a paper containing information about the territory of the Valmurg kingdom, for Fermund this information was very useful for the subsequent invasion after resting to govern the conquered territories.

Fermund also sometimes saw reports of developments from all his plans for his kingdom.

He saw a paper from the port city of Lenfica that Corvina's subordinates formed a group of poor and lower class people, as well as small business owners, all of whom united and built a business empire,their group is called Seathrone Gold Coins Corps.

"What a good name, but what the hell is this Gold Coins name, can't they think of a better name"

Then Fermund turned to reports of indemnity to free the slaves, many of whom released their slaves, but they did not want gold, but other more valuable goods.

It was written that Corvina used her money to buy a magic stone the size of a fist, and exchanged it for a slave that had to be released from the bondage and her master's magic contract.

The slaves had already been sent to various academies in the capital, there were some slaves that Corvina brought to be taught about business and made her personal accountant, while others, they were placed in dormitories for a while, after the construction of the housing complex on the land that Corvina had bought, they would live there.

"The rich gold-producing lady is very kind to all those people, I have to give her a gift" Fermund said.

Fermund put the paper down and looked at another report, the report was about the merchants who came to the three cities, they managed to make a profit even though they sold their goods for half the price, he said,and written in the report, they want to set up shop there.

He therefore informed his subjects, Corvina, to control the merchant and to establish a network of merchants in the three cities.

After looking at all the reports, he looked at the map of the Valmurg kingdom, he wanted to make a second wave invasion, he planned to attack the city in the western region of the Valmurg kingdom, he planned to attack the city,especially the western border that borders the Kingdom of Avelion Theocracy which glorifies the vicar of the vice-god as the leader of the country.

Fermund immediately arranged a new army of not too many, accompanied by Sky Hunter.

"3,500 troops from the west would unite with Vasileon's forces to attack the western region of Valmurg's kingdom and the one leading this army was Bruvas, he was the nephew of Sir Brenston of the Brunther family"

Fermund alone in his study devised a plan for a faster conquest, wanting to show the world not to take his kingdom lightly.

He sent a letter to the Brunther family and the duke of Wenster to unite to draw up a new army and go to conquer the western region according to the strategy of Fermund.

As usual, Fermund sealed the letter in the envelope with a wax seal indicating that it was an official letter.

Fermund sent a guard to deliver a formal letter to the Brunthers in the west.

"Deliver three other envoys to the three cities to convey the formation of a new army to attack the western region" Fermund ordered

The guard lowered his head and left, just after he left the room, another soldier came to Fermund to give a letter.

When Fermund saw the seal of his wax seal, he was surprised that the letter came from the House of Brestan in the south.

"I don't think they sent me a message about whether they stopped hiding and coming out of the first place"

Fermund read the letter, saying that the House of Brestan wanted to join the war, they sent an army of 4000 soldiers including heavy infantry and Sky Hunter.

"Tell my uncle to unite with the Bruvas army in the west, hurry up and tell me this because I just sent a letter to get Bruvas to lead the wenster duke's army"

The envoy said that if he could forget, he asked Fermund to write the command on the paper.

Fermund wrote the command he had said earlier, he pinned the paper to the messenger.

The messenger ran as he folded the paper and put it in the small bag he was carrying,he quickly had to return to the Brestan family residence before the Bruvas army was fully formed and set out for the western region of the Valmurg kingdom.

Fermund got out of his chair and picked up the wine in the closet, he sat back down and drank the wine as he relaxed his body.

He saw his sister drinking tea in the gazebo, Feona arranging flowers and Felis, he was reading a war strategy book.

Fermund enjoyed his calm at the palace while waiting for the invasion to begin

Fermund had received help from his relatives, an army of 7,500, large enough to be divided into several batslions and to conquer several cities quickly.

He hoped that his forces would be able to fully capture the western region, after which, he said,the troops in the west and in the south will unite to take all the enemy cities in the east with the soldiers in the territory of his conquest must also follow.Fermund can't wait for it to become a reality,but he knew that everything he expected could not be in accordance with reality.
