Third Wife Paid Husband

Third Wife Paid Husband
Chapter 22

Anie looked at Leah's back. Leah's position was on Anie's back, she was quite busy with a cell phone in her hand. Anie unconsciously walked to settle like a thief. He wondered what Aron's first wife was doing.

"There's no way Aron's sleeping." Leah pulled a square object from her ear. "Or did he avoid my phone on purpose? What ... Aron's making out with his new wife?" gerutu Leah was suspicious.

Anie's head nodded in understanding why Leah was so focused on the phone in her ear. Anie finds Leah calling their husband Aron's number.

"Well my phone or your phone won't be picked up by Aron, Leah." Anie's voice broke the silence.

Aron's second wife stepped closer to Leah with both hands crossed behind her waist.

Leah was of course very surprised to find Anie knowingly appearing in front of her. Without the sound of footsteps, Anie appeared like a ghost.

"Why are you still busy calling Aron, if you already know what the answer is." Anie responded more casually. "Don't look for disease yourself. You're gonna be tormented if you forcefully call that guy."

Leah lowered her phone down. Leah's eyes turned soft. Anie felt sorry for Leah. Aron was outrageous to his two wives in Kalimantan.

Aron should be fair to all his wives. If Anie is treated less special by the man, Anie can be understood because she is only Aron's second wife. But to Leah, couldn't Aron be any better?

The situation that happened here clearly made Leah and Anie have a threshold, gray status. Widows, their husbands are still alive. I just got married a few days ago. But even if it is called having a husband, Aron has not even returned to Kalimantan for months. Only their money is sent regularly.

Maybe Aron forgot, a wife does not just need the husband's money. But also attention, and affection. Aron is too busy with his own world, to forget his two wives.

"Sometimes, I hate myself. Why did I never get pregnant," muttered Leah staring at her flat stomach. "If only I could get pregnant, and give birth to a child for Aron, it's possible that Aron would be willing to stay here with us. She doesn't need to remarry Andrea ..."

One thing has crossed Anie's head since the man remarried. "Is Aron really marrying again because he wants a child?"

"I don't agree if anyone says money is everything." Leah raised her head up against the chandelier on the ceiling of her house. "In this house we have everything. But are we happy? If the child does not have. Husband? I am busy getting married again."

Anie understands Leah's feelings, as a fellow wife of the man named Aron. At a minimum, Aron took the time to pick up his wife's phone. Sometimes Anie and Leah worry about something happening to Aron. But Aron is too cold, Leah and Anie's attention is considered unimportant.

Anie goes awry when going to respond to the sadness felt by Leah. Anie was afraid of mispronouncing, then made Leah's feelings more offended.

There is a feeling of unwillingness to stop in Anie's heart over Aron's third marriage. But unlike Leah who was a thinker, Anie was much calmer and relaxed. As long as Aron never forgets to send shopping money, Anie can still entertain herself by going shopping, she will have fun using the man's money as a form of venting.

"One day Aron will definitely meet us with Andrea" said Anie patted Leah on the shoulder. "Don't find out something that could make you feel hurt. You better go to the room and rest."

***

"Who's on the phone?"

Andrea pulled her hand back. He stopped picking up calls from Aron's phone lying on the nightstand.

Both of Aron's feet were wet, he had just come out of the bathroom. His stomach is still not good, he had to wara-wiri to the bathroom.

The man snatched his phone, checked calls and incoming messages. Aron immediately glanced at Andrea on the bed, then his gaze returned to the screen of his cellphone that lit up.

"Why? Who's on the phone?" Andrea raised her head.

"No," replied Aron keeping his phone out of Andrea's reach. Parahal Andrea had absolutely no intention of seeing the contents of the message. "It's not important. Just a vague spam message," Aron replied covering up his panic.

Aron showed strange gestures in Andrea's eyes. The man was wara-wiri while grasping the phone in hand without taking it off at all.

Andrea's focus was split into two. Honestly, seeing Aron Wara-wiri is not clear to make Andrea's head suddenly dizzy.

"What are you doing? My head's dizzy to see you walking to and fro like an ironing device!" reprimanded Andrea turned her eyes away from the lit laptop screen. "Your stomach hurts again?"

"Yes, that's fine." Aron nodded stiffly.

Aron's stomach was much more heartburn after seeing Leah's contact number appear on the screen. Andrea almost touched her phone. If only Andrea raised the call Leah, then the two spoke—so unknowingly Leah kecelosan about who she is, then Aron's plan will be revealed. Andrea could have asked to part ways with her, before the woman's mission was completed.

Andrea's gonna close the laptop. "I'll call my family's personal doctor to check on you. I'm afraid there's a serious problem with your stomach, and then you're gonna make me really bothered about taking care of a sick person!"

Aron. Andrea was too flippant as she spoke. Aron thought Andrea was worried so he intended to call his personal doctor. But the reason behind it all made Aron gulp down in disappointment.

"No need, Andrea." Aron keeps Andrea from calling his personal doctor. "I think my stomach is starting to improve. So, no need. I'm sleepy anyway. I want to rest after this ..."

"You sure, Aron?" ask Andrea to make sure.

"Yes. I'm fine." Afterwards Aron pretended to yawn.

He crawled up onto the bed, lying next to Andrea. "You don't want to sleep either? It's already night. It's not good to stay up late" said Aron.

"A little while ..." Andrea didn't close the laptop.

Aron lay on his back to Andrea. His phone was stored under his pillow, after Aron deactivated the square object.

Andrea was not suspicious of Aron at all. Andrea thought Aron looked strange as he endured the pain in his stomach. Andrea felt ordinary.

Just imagine if Andrea knew who called Aron last night, maybe tonight they would have a big fight.

Aron pulled his blanket higher. He pretended to be asleep, even though his heart was racing fast.
