Jeni follows him from behind, while Wanda comes out while pulling the boy with her.
Backyard of the western palace.
Aqira put a lighted candle on the pile of cloth, "hold him!" he said as he turned to Wanda. "don't worry." said Wanda tightly holding the boy's hand. "what do you want?!" snarl the boy while rebelling. Aqira threw the jade into the flames. The boy panics and tries to save her, but is taken into custody by Wanda.
The second floor of the eastern palace, where the three men gathered. Yalan was enjoying the view from the balcony, "what's there?" he said as he frowned. "hey, you two see this." he continued, looking back. "what's the matter?" said Jilixu who stopped the chess piece. "if you want to know come with me!" said Yalan who flew towards the western palace. The two stood up as they walked towards the balcony, "what is it?" jilixu said, narrowing her eyes, "shit, it's fire!" said Prince Yan who rushed after Yalan.
Currently, in the western palace.
"let go!" the boy who kept rebelling. Wanda let go of his grasp and let him save the thing. The boy dug the sand nearby and poured it over the flames to put it out. After a while, the fire was successfully extinguished, but the jade had already become dust. The boy was sitting limp, "why isn't there? it must be here." he muttered that looking for the jade in the remaining embers of the fire. "here there is nothing, maybe here." he said who continued to look for it.
"what's this?" yalan approached them. Wanda sighed, saying, "she lost something" he said, rolling his eyeballs "what's with your hand?" asked Yalan while slowly pulling Wanda's hand. Wanda pulled her hand slowly and replied, "hit things." she said, hiding her hand. Jilixu and the newly arrived Prince Yan walked over to Jeni and Aqira. "what's wrong with your hand?" said Prince Yan who grabbed Aqira's hand. "because of the droplets of candles." said Aqira. "what!? how did that happen!?" said Prince Yan who was panicking while pulling him quickly. Aqira threw out her hand and said, "don't touch" he said as he slowly blew his wound. Jilixu looked at Jeni's face, "don't look at me!" jeni said, turning her face away.
"leave him here, we'll just go" Jeni said as she walked to the front yard with her two friends. The three men were confused by their attitude, and left the boy alone. Jilixu pulled Jeni's hand slowly, "actually what is this?" he said while turning Jeni's body. Jeni looked up at him and replied, "they destroyed the child's belongings" he said, pointing at Aqira and Wanda. The two girls suddenly entered the room without caring about anything else. "you guys go back, I'll take care of this." Jeni said as she stepped into her room. "and… don't meet the boy for now." he continued, closing the door.
The three men followed Jeni's advice, while the two girls were watching the boy from the window. There were two shadows approaching the boy. "hahaha, in the end you won't be able to return" said a boy his age. Behind him was a little girl who followed him, "ckck, what a pity" he said as he showed himself. The boy was silent and ignored him at all. The boy was standing right where it was burned, "there's no point in being sad" he said as he smashed the sand into the boy's shirt. But it did not change the attitude of the boy, he remained silent like a statue. "already the brother, maybe he became deaf because of this" said the little girl staring at the child's face. "all right, I'm not going to make calculations for the disabled" said the boy stepping back. "goodbye my sweet sister." continued while leaving her. Both of them left the little boy alone.
Looking at those who were already away, the boy turned towards the window of Aqira's room while giving his smile. Wanda let out a long sigh while waving her hand, and the boy again barged through the window. Bruakk.. "actually they sleep while dreaming what?" said the guards who muttered to each other.
"clean yourself up and change your clothes" Wanda said as she picked up new clothes. The boy took it slowly and replied, "thank you" she said in a soft tone.
Moments later, the boy came out after finishing his bath and changed his clothes. Jeni approached her with ginger tea she made, "drink this and put it on." she said, giving her a fur coat. "oh yeah, how do you know what we're planning?" wanda said as she looked at the child's face. He casually replied, "i knew they were following me from the start." said as he brewed the ginger tea. "and I knew the jade was fake, because real jade will not melt even if exposed to fire." he continued while putting his glass on the table. Jeni sat on the bed crossing her legs, "watered too, what do you think Qi?" he said while looking at Aqira.
"we'll investigate it together" said Jeni. "oh yeah, what's the right name for her?" continue while thinking. Wanda refuted her chin and said, "what is hemm?"
Aqira closed her eyes slowly, "Xitian?" he said, leaning his head against the wall.
"the boy's name?" muttered Wanda furrowed her brows.
"beautiful name" said the boy cutting off the conversation.
"do you like it?" jeni asked while looking at her face. The boy nodded his head quickly.
"alright, just get here" Aqira said as she crawled to the bed.
"good night" he continued, pulling his blanket.
"alright, you go back to your room" said Jeni driving her out of the window. "yes." said the boy.
Jeni turned her back to Wanda, leaning against the wall, "I know what you're thinking, but for now don't.." "yes, you're right, just take it as a second chance for her." wanda cut Jeni's sentence.
Xitian is the foster sister who is brought home by Aqira after completing a mission in the western continent. He was one of the prisoners at the place where he was targeted. Seeing her appalling condition, Aqira finally brought her back to her base. Since then she has been the adoptive sister of the three of them and takes good care of her. One day while on a mission outside the city they leave Xitian alone at Aqira's house. Who knows, when they returned there were only traces of blood that littered the room and a corpse lying on the floor, which was none other than Xitian. After the incident, Aqira continued to blame herself for her death.
