Rania was walking casually down the aisle of the hospital which looks crowded because it entered the clock. This time it was the canteen. Yes, the worms in his stomach were protesting there from hunger.

But strangely, Rania felt that someone was following her. Until Rania arrived at the hospital canteen, the strange taste was still there. But every time Rania looked back, right, and left there was nothing strange.

Long story short, Rania ordered warm orange and chicken soup as her dinner menu.

Seven nights or 30 minutes later, Rania had just finished her dinner. Rania turned on her phone screen when she felt it vibrate several times.

[Darling, where are you?]

[Darling, I'm done. Come back, we eat together.]

[Don't worry me, honey. Please!]

And sixteen missed calls. Rania smiled to herself whenever a new notification appeared on the main homepage.

Knowing the message had been read, Shaka immediately pressed the video call button.

"Honey .. Where are you, anyway?" decak Shaka is upset.

"You didn't find me, did you? If you're looking, you'll meet, "keh Rania.

"You're in the cafeteria, huh? Well ... means you've eaten, dong." Shaka looked upset.

"Well, I bought food, huh?"

"All right, all right, Morgan, huh?"

"Cieee .. who is happy ..." teased Rania.

"Yes that. This is me just calling Papa. But I told you, I'm in the hospital, honey. Yeah ... make a surprise,"

"His words were otewe," chuckled Shaka. But Shaka's gaze changed when his eyes caught something behind Rania that was familiar to him.

"What then? I'm tired of dong" complained Rania.

"No, just a minute. I'm running this, okay,"

"Yes already. That's weird, deh." Rania disconnected her video call.

Not long after, Shaka had arrived at the hospital canteen. Gegas, he's looking for his wife's whereabouts.

The corner of his lips lifted upward as he found the figure he was looking for was laying his head on the table.

"Darling .." greeted Shaka with his signature gentle smile. Rania was still shaking, while Shaka only saw Rania's head that was behind her.

"Darling, how are you quiet? Angry, huh?" Shaka moved to the other side of Rania. And how surprised he saw Rania was closed peacefully with a nose that came out of blood.

"Astaghfiullah! Honey!" peekit Shaka's. The handsome man immediately carried his wife to the IGD which happened to be located not far from the canteen.

"Suster!" shaka Exclamation. The medics swiftly took action. Rania is immediately taken to the patient's gurney and Shaka is not allowed in.

Shaka said he immediately contacted Aslan, Alvin, and Adi. Shaka asks them to investigate the mastermind behind the incident. Aslan panicked violently, just now Nova was allowed out of the hospital, now Rania's replacement must be treated.

With all the abilities he has, Shaka is very easy in this investigation without police interference that can sometimes be silent if there is money. Alvin searches the hospital's CCTV, Adi intimidates the canteen clerk when there is interference in the poisoning, Aslan contacts the hacker and professional detective who works with SHD Group.

Rania's condition was declared critical because of the poison that had entered her stomach. Fortunately, Rania quickly got treatment. So, the doctor can immediately remove the poison in Rania's body before the poison eats away at Rania and her fetus.
