16. Background

The matter of Aura's pregnancy, which was finally known by her extended family in Indonesia, brought Papa Sky to the umpteenth meeting with Rayyan.

"What did you call me to come?" asked Rayyan politely.

"Alright, I told you that your answer today will determine my decision." Papa Sky took a deep breath before finally speaking again. "Marry Aura, because she's pregnant right now" she explained.

Papa Sky's words suddenly made Rayyan flinch from her position. Although she did expect to marry Aura long ago, but she never expected that her actions would actually make Aura have to conceive outside of marriage like this.

"Have you heard my words, Rayyan?"

"I-I heard it, sir." Rayyan's voice was shaking. Although from the beginning she had already thought about this possibility due to the events of that night, but the fact that happened if Aura was really pregnant greatly shocked her.

"good. If you don't have any business, follow Aura to Germany."

"Let me finish all my work, sir. Give me three days." Rayyan seemed to think for a moment. "No, two days. I'll finish it all in two days."
