41. A room

Aura was not excited about her activities today. He still thought of Rayyan who had saved him yesterday.

Aura felt the need to talk to Rayyan, especially about her help first that Aura had not realized and never said thank you.

"Aura, are you sick?" wilow asked who saw Aura not speaking to her at all today, even until the working hours were almost over.

And Aura only shook her head weakly to respond to her friend's question.

"Did something happen? You can talk to me like always" Wilow suggested.

Now Aura was crying instead and Wilow became awry to see Aura's attitude that confused him.

"Well, after this we'll talk to each other, okay?" Wilow felt Aura needed a friend to pour out her grievances.

And this is where they are now, in a garden cafe that is not too far from the building where the two work. Wilow forced Aura to come with him there after working hours until Aura agreed.

"So you met Shandy yesterday? And Jeno?" asked Wilow who was surprised by Aura's story.

Aura nodded. "It's not just them, I've also met Rayyan."

"So you're saying, Rayyan was the same person who saved you when you were a teenager?" wilow asked with eyelids glaring at Aura.

Wilow is out of words. It seemed like Aura had gone too far to treat Rayyan all this time. Even this friend did not realize that Rayyan had helped him first.

"I think it's only natural that Rayyan is angry and disappointed in you, Ra. I'm sorry, that's all I can say right now because I'm out of words because of all this."

"But I also just found out that Rayyan was the one who helped me back then, last night's events made me aware and reminded me!"

"Let's know, I think you should go after him before he actually leaves and you come back to regret it!" Wilow warned Aura with his stern remarks.

Aura entered her Apartment and somehow Wilow said that Rayyan had loved her for a long time and kept ringing in her mind.

Somehow Aura's heart was moved to head into the room, slowly pushing the door and coming back.

Aura moved slowly towards the nightstand because he accidentally saw a picture frame placed in an inverted position.

Aura flipped the frame for the sake of looking at the photos that were there. The more she cried when she saw if it was a photo when Rayyan said the wedding pledge in front of the Papa. Aura is also seen in the same photo, he is unconscious and lying in a contrasting patient dress.

The photo throws Aura at the memory of her accident and when she wakes up, her parents tell her that she was married to Rayyan.

Aura's cry grew even more so, she was truly sorry now but all of Rayyan's belongings were still left in her place, making Aura have hope that Rayyan would definitely return to her side.

I don't know what she's feeling right now. Did Aura start loving that man? What was clear now was that he was eager to hug Rayyan.

Aura looked at the clothes that were there, at least it could treat her longing. Yes, Aura began to admit that she missed that figure. Why is everything just happening now? When Rayyan was gone? Should Aura love that man at the wrong time?

And a unique box that accidentally fell when Aura saw the contents of the closet - actually made him more interested to know the contents in the box.

"What's this?" Aura muttered. Curious.

Aura pulled the tape that became the adhesive of the sides of the box, making the box open completely. Aura was unnerved as she got all about herself being there.

"Gosh, where did he get all this?" inner Aura felt speechless.

There is a picture of him as a child that is juxtaposed with a photo of a handsome little boy. Aura was sure it was Rayyan and the man purposely juxtaposed the photos of the two of them like this.

Aura flipped the photo over and found a handwriting that seemed to have been written by Rayyan on purpose. In the writing, Rayyan said that he really wanted a happiness for Aura.

May mine, Aurora, always be covered with happiness. Until one day, I will be able to make her happy.

And the questions in Aura's head were getting more and more to ask the man. When did Rayyan love him? Why Aura only remembered their first meeting when they met at her parents' house at that time. Where did Rayyan get her childhood photos? What from her mother, did Bi Dima give it to Rayyan? But, why?

What made Aura even more filled was a ring box that was there. It was a ring that Aura believed to be their wedding ring.

Aura knew Rayyan had never given her the ring, because the man understood that Aura could not possibly wear it, so Rayyan could only keep it like this - even if the ring had been bought.
