Trapped On The Bride's Night

Trapped On The Bride's Night
68. Because you!

Rayyan had just come out of the bathroom when she heard her phone ring out screaming. He immediately grabbed a flat object that was lying just like that on the bed. It turned out to be a call from a food delivery courier who was waiting in front of the apartment unit.

Rayyan was so unwell, it seemed like her long bathing activities with her wife-made the courier wait quite a long time there.

Still in his bathrobe, Rayyan opened the door and found a food delivery courier with a pitiful-looking face.

"I'm sorry, Mas. I took a shower" said Rayyan with a face.

The courier immediately stood up and looked as crisp. Finally the food order was successfully delivered to the concerned because the order has opened the door. If not, maybe he should pay for his food with his own personal money.

"It's okay, sir. I think the guy left earlier. I hit the bell a few times, and called but there was no answer. I thought I was being bullied" the courier said frankly.

Rayyan felt bad. He took the food order and paid a lot of extra money.

"Sir, this is too much money."

Rayyan smiled wryly. "It's okay, Mom. Make it Mas aja. Again I'm sorry, because I've been waiting too long."

"But-but, Sir?" The courier was shocked to hear Rayyan say if the excess money was for him, the problem was very much, even exceeding the rate of food orders ordered.

"It's okay, Mom. I must have lost a lot of time that I could have used to receive other orders. Once again sorry and thank you still waiting here," said Rayyan sincerely.

The courier immediately shook Rayyan's hand, then was so carefree when leaving the apartment corridor by bringing an excess of 3 pieces of red money from Rayyan. There was no sad face in his face anymore.

Aura seemed to dry her hair in front of the dressing-table - as Rayyan walked into their room. Previously, the man had already placed a package of food on the table in the dining room.

"Who, Mas?" asked Aura who knew that Rayyan had received a phone call and then passed to the front.

"The food courier you ordered."

"Geez!" aura said half-screeching. "I totally forgot, Mom!" with a face full of regret.

"I forgot too." Rayyan thinned his lips. "But I'm sorry about that too. Not good, the courier waited in front for a long time. Though I had ordered the same building guard so that the courier would go upstairs to deliver our food, I might have forgotten."

"It's because of you, Mom. We take a long bath" murmured Aura, but Rayyan could hear it.

"Lho, what am I?" Rayyan, who had just picked up the shirt from the closet, stared at his wife. "It's not you who don't want to be happy" he stressed.

"Udah ah, I'm a very laper!" Aura whizzed out of the room.

Rayyan chuckled at her position, then put on her shirt while following Aura who had walked first.

"Eat a lot, let the energy recover," said Rayyan kissing the top of Aura's head at a glance as the woman was busy opening their food parcels.

Rayyan sat on the dining chair and waited for Aura who prepared the menu of the order earlier. Seeing his wife who deftly poured water, then sat beside him to eat together.

"Tonight we ate it alone, Mom."

Rayyan nodded, usually eating in the house of Aura's parents with a crowded formation.

"You sad?" ask the man later.

"No, Mas. I just remember when we were in Germany at the time."

Rayyan began to chew her food and silently listened to Aura who returned to speak.

"We also often eat together, eating kayak gini. Breakfast as well. You remember that, Mom?"

"Yes remember, what the hell part I forgot" Rayyan said.

"I'm sorry, Mom. I'm wrong with you a lot."

"Hmm, start .. already, now you eat a lot. Because if you don't eat, I don't eat either."

Aura chuckled at her husband's words. "Lebay, uh you .." she sneered.

"I'm serious, how could I eat if you don't eat either."

"Yes, yeah."

"Mas, so during the stay at the ranch, your grandmother who was the guard? Did you say Aunt Inggrid left after escaping the certificate that turned out to be a fake."

"Oh ..." Rayyan finished the water in her glass before finally answering Aura's question.

"There's ART too, honey. Mbok Jum and Mbak Niar. They were there I hired to take care of Grandma because Grandma didn't want me to take care of them. Even if I come, Grandma doesn't seem to like it. But it's not possible that I let my grandmother live there alone, especially there is a plateau far from the crowd. The houses are not kayaking in a crowded city."

"I'm so lucky" Aura admitted.

"Guess what? Nebak what?" asked Rayyan who continued chewing her food.

"If Aunt Inggrid is lying, there's no way you're abandoning grandma like she said it was."

Rayyan only responded to Aura's words with a thin smile because it turned out that his wife had begun to recognize him and could guess his character who could not just leave his hands.

"Ehm, what about Grandma's food and needs there, Mas?"

"Everything is arranged Mr. Deri, honey. I'll take it all, there's no way Grandma didn't eat there. Yes it is my sin" Rayyan said at last.

However, what made Rayyan choke later was Aura's next statement.

"I want you to take dong there, Mas. Look at the farm you met with your grandmother."

Rayyan scratched her temple at a glance. "No, yes" he said slowly.

"Why? It must be cold and the view is also good. I'm going there, Mom. Kan, you said we needed a vacation for the honeymoon. Just goin' there, huh?" aura whine.

Rayyan did not want to invite Aura there. When he saw it, his grandmother did not like it, especially if Rayyan brought Aura. Rayyan was afraid that Aura would be offended if her grandmother refused their presence there.

"We're honeymooning somewhere else, Ra. Don't go there."

"You don't want me to know your grandmother, Mom."

"It's not that." Rayyan looked at Aura fixedly. "Grandmother does not like me, I'm afraid you are offended by the attitude of the grandmother later. Grandma is not your wise Oma, Grandma is different, Ra," he explained.

"I feel like Grandma would change."

"Oh my goodness, baby. I told you not to equate grandma with you who wants to change. Even I lived for years and Grandma would never look for me, so she was glad that I never went back to see her."

Aura grasped Rayyan's fingers. "We haven't tried yet, let's go there. If it turns out to fail to tear Grandma down, we'll go home soon. Yea?"

With a heavy heart Rayyan finally nodded.

"But there's a condition, huh?"

"Condition?" asked Aura frowned.

"Yes, the condition is that while you're there you'll have to make sure of me."

"It's easy, you don't know if I've learned a lot about cooking" Aura said confidently.

"Times?" rayyan's Response.

"Yes, Wilow is just as addicted to my other food as I am."

Now Rayyan laughed, making Aura grunt because of the reaction of her husband who seemed to make fun of her.

"Review ya, Mas. I'll make good food don't get hooked."

"Yes, try to prove it later," challenged Rayyan and Aura increasingly determined to make her husband quiet with his delicious cooking.
