39. Withstand Pain

All five obey what Melly says and directly line up themselves as usual without needing to be arranged.

"Greetings, I'm Raka son of Daddy Sandy and Mommy Nayla"

"Greetings, I am Zola son of Vader Zein and Mother Mery"

Greetings, I'm Ilham son of Papa Reyhan and Mama Shinta"

"Greetings, I'm Revan son of Papi Alex and Mommy Citra"

"Greetings, I am Clouds son Father Roy and Mother Bella"

Jessyca felt something she had never felt before when she saw the five handsome children before her. To him they were very worried, it came to his mind when he had a son. He glanced at Harem who spoke to Raka "He's Sandy's son and the woman who was called Harem. Who's that woman for the Harem?" inner Jessyca.

In contrast to Jonathan who immediately approached Ilham after knowing it was the son of Shinta woman who was always there in his heart.

"Hi Ilham, I'm Jonathan, you can call me uncle Nath. Because I'm your uncle, Mama Shinta's brother" Jonathan explained after being in front of Ilham.

"Uncle?" ask Inspiration

"Yes, I'm your uncle" Jonathan smiled broadly.

"Hey guys, I have uncle" cried Inspiration of joy. Finally he was able to show off himself who turned out to have an uncle. For a long time he wanted it, he wanted it to be like Raka, Zola, Revan and Awan, who all had uncles, who always told their uncles when playing together.

All turned their gazes to Ilham who was already in Jonathan's arms. "Today uncle treat you ice cream" said Jonathan who was welcomed by the five children.

The meeting in the meeting room was over, the five pairs of husband and wife one by one out of the meeting room, along with delivering the police and lawyers who will accompany Mery.

They are greeted with laughter from their five children with Jonathan, Jessyca, Harem and Melly.

"Mommy, Daddy" called Raka, she got off the lap of Harem and ran straight for Sandy.

Not much different from Raka, others did the same to approach their parents.

"Ma, Pa, we are treated to ice cream with Uncle Nath" said Ilham told Shinta.

"Mama's children smell the same chocolate vanilla" Shinta kissed Ilham who was in Reyhan's arms.

From afar Jonathan could only look at Shinta's happiness with his bitter smile. Jessyca noticed Jonathan's unusual facial features. He approached Jonathan.

"Jo, do you love Shinta?" ask Jessyca. Jonathan shook his head though his heart was anxious to say yes. Only he, his family and Shinta know his feelings for Shinta. Besides, Jonathan didn't want to share it.

"You can't hide it from me Jo" Jessyca sneered at Jonathan who lied to her.

"Did you see me like that?" Jonathan asked back. Jessyca nodded.

"Due to your attitude, Reyhan will be suspicious and forbid you to be close to Shinta" Jessyca reminded Jonathan and he went to approach Harem who had not turned to look at Nayla.

"Is she the girl who made you unable to accept my love, who made you come to Holland every holiday rather than return home to your own country?"

Harem just smiled in response to Jessyca's question, he didn't want to respond more. All Jessyca asks is yes, Nayla the girl she met seven years ago who stole her heart. But the girl had belonged to Sandy - a man she knew quite well while in England.

Jessyca could only sigh, trying to calm herself down. He watched Nayla from the way she spoke, smiling and laughing. "Beautiful" he muttered. There's nothing wrong if Harem falls in love with her.

"What do you like about him?" ask Jessyca to the Harem.

"Can there be none of me that can make you choose me Har?" Harem looked at Jessyca.

"Jes, you've got Jonathan" Harem said.

"She loves Shinta" Harem returns to meet Jessyca.

Jessyca chuckled "He even wants to help me to get your heart" Harem shook his head, his inner strange partner.

"Sadly, he wants to let you go for me after he gets your honor first" Harem grumbled.

"We haven't gotten that far" Jessyca assured Harem that looking at her in disbelief.

"One year married without..."

"Relationship of husband and wife" Jessyca cut Harem's words. "Don't do that, just kiss once when we're married" Jessyca said.

"How can you survive a relationship like this Jes"

"Because you're Harem, I'm keeping it for you. He'll let me go when you can accept me"

"I can't" Harem stood up leaving Jessyca who could only endure the pain in her chest. Harem's heart was so hard to get. Even after knowing the girl he loved was married and had children.

"Jes" Jonathan called Jessyca to come with him and the others, they decided to have lunch together today and will continue to walk around Bandung.

If Shinta and Reyhan are enjoying their togetherness with friends, in one of the Reshin hotel rooms looks like two people whose age is no longer young are talking.

"How is Syila, I've been visiting you and asking you nicely" Mr. Smith spoke.

"I can't betray Jay, Smith. Can't do. You knew that a long time ago"

"Jay is gone, I am there for you now Syila" Mr. Smith continued to ask Mama Syila to understand her feelings.

"Syila, you know I love you so much, I even used my sister's love for Jay to take it away from you"

"Don't bring up Smith's problem again, they're both gone, let them settle down"

"I even forbid Jonathan to marry Shinta, because I want you to marry me. I beg Syila, marry me"

"I won't demand you to stop loving Jay, won't. I just want you to marry me, don't waste Jonathan's sacrifice"

"Who sacrificed?" Jonathan asked.

While going to the restaurant at the Reshin Hotel to eat together, Jonathan permits Jessyca to pick up his cell phone left in the room. His room was next to his father's. He could hear his father talking to someone he knew was a woman's voice. Intrigued by Jonathan trying to listen to the conversation, he stood at the slightly open door. Clearly, her father was talking to Mama Syila.

Hearing what the marriage was talking about, Jonathan grew curious. He is shocked to learn the reason his father forbade him to marry Shinta. Angry, Jonathan gripped his anger. But he could not help himself when Mr. Smith his father used his name to beg Mama Syila. So he went in and asked.

"Dad knows how I loved Shinta a long time ago, but what dad did to me" Jonathan really doesn't believe what he knows right now.

"Even I have to endure the pain of seeing Shinta laughing happily with Reyhan" he said.

"Dad, you.... Akhk I should have known, you always do things that only reflect for you, you don't change"
