. "What do you mean?" Rayyan stopped from her steps and stared fixedly at Arisa who also stopped. At first Arisa lowered her head, then turned her head and threw a smile at Rayyan.

"Nothing..."

"Stop acting like that in front of me." Rayyan grabbed the rough shoulder of Arisa and looked at her more sharply.

"Are you going to stay in the shadow of Rama? While you don't see the people around you and already love you, maybe even some of them love you really and want to see you happy every day." Rayyan immediately changed the look of Arisa's face to be flat, but also sad.

"Did you also see someone who loved you?" Rayyan nodded at the question.

"Who? Who screamed when they saw me? No Risa. I don't see any sincerity in their eyes."

"It hurts.." whining.

"Heart...." Arisa looked up, and clearly her face paled.

Rayyan swiftly carried Arisa and returned to the room of Dimas. Some nurses and officers told Rayyan to take Arisa in the push-cabin, but Rayyan did not push her and still took Arisa half-run to Dimas' room. Dimas was surprised to find Arisa in pain.

"What did you do to Aris?" Dimas asked half-screaming while helping to put Arisa to sleep.

"You think I'm gonna do what, huh?" Rayyan did not lose screaming. Now Dimas no longer saw Rayyan's cold face, all he saw was an expression of panic, worry, and anxiety.

"Let me check first."

"I don't want to go out." Dimas turned to Rayyan who was looking at him with a pleading gaze. But Dimas did not care about it and immediately checked Arisa's situation. A nurse came in.

"I'd guess. Arisa should be in surgery soon. But will the operation work? You have to live Aris anyway. I don't want to see you go." Mumbles Dimas screeched.

"I want to talk to him." Dimas said to the nurse, and responded to a nod. After the nurse left the room, Dimas turned to look at Rayyan.

"Is something wrong? Is she okay? What makes him feel that pain? Tell doc. I want to know."

"Be quiet. I don't want to say it if Arisa herself doesn't tell you." Dimas grabbed his phone, then called a familiar name.

"Tio. Get to the hospital and meet me. I want to talk." No greeting or answer, Tio disconnected his call.

Dimas turned to Rayyan and looked at her fixedly.

"You like Aris?"

"More than that. I love her."

"But did you know Aris loved my sister?"

"It's precisely because of that. I don't want to see Risa constantly in your sister's shadow. I want to make her life happy."

"Because what do you love him?"

"Do you think I have a reason? I don't know myself. I just follow the strange feeling of always wanting to be with her. Arggghhh you know it sucks. I can't sleep thinking about her smile, even in my steps, feeling empty if Risa isn't around." Rayyan was frustrated with the answer.

"There's something I can't tell you, but it's the reason why Arisa doesn't want to love anyone else but my sister." Rayyan increasingly did not understand what Dimas said.

Rayyan approached Arisa now looks calm. With hesitation, Rayyan grabbed Arisa's forehead, stroking all the way to the tip of her bangs.

"Aris... What's sick?"

"Now it's not." Arisa smiled.

"Why not obey?" Tio asked back to drop her tears.

"I'm fine, brother. Really."

"Tomorrow we'll schedule and you won't refuse."

"But I want to go to Rama's tomb first. Can you?" Initially Tio fell silent, but eventually nodded in response to Arisa's request.

"Rayyan.. Can you go first? I want to talk to Tio in private." Rayyan glanced at Arisa.

"Later to follow. Say sorry to Sein." Rayyan nodded and left the room.

"What is he hiding?" Rayyan muttered as she closed the door.

The two men were chatting with serious faces. Arisa just closed her eyes, saying nothing if the sister already knew the truth.

"I'll call my friend. And I hope he can help Aris." Dimas nodded.

"Why not my heart?"

"You're kidding Tio? If you give your heart to Aris, you're not just dead, but Aris could be heartless."

. Arisa opened the door of the room without knocking.

"Sister princess." Shouted Seina enthusiastically spread her hands.

"You okay?" Rayyan asked after Arisa was beside her. Arisa just nodded in response to Rayyan's question.

Arisa greeted the mother first before hugging Seina. Mother was a little surprised when she saw Tio enter.

Tio's cold, but Tio knows how to be ethical in the older ones.

"Where is the other one?" Ask Tio.

"Ohh Raisa's not coming with aunt. They're different campuses." Answer Tio.

"Hemmm when you want to see them again side by side."

"Did you see the two of them together?" Ask Rayyan.

"Early before moving to Surabaya."

"That's been a long time mom.... I'm still SD, right?"

"Yaaa is possible."

"Definitely different is mother. nearly 12 years we in Surabaya. And just moved back here 2 years ago." The debate between the mother and the child left their guests speechless.

"Raisa and you must be the same." Guess you're staring in Arisa's face. But Arisa just smiled not answering.

"Not mother. even though the face is the same, but still they are different people." Rayyan replied nonchalantly noticing that someone was astonished and as if the remark was reminiscent of the exact same Rama saying it.

Arisa lowered her head trying to eliminate the sense of tightness and forgot back those words.

"So, you've noticed one of them? Who will be your daughter-in-law?" Tanya Mommy looked at Rayyan seriously, but it was very clear the tone was a mockery.

"Entahlah. I haven't got the answer yet. But if my choice is wrong, I won't choose both." Arisa turned to Rayyan who was staring at her sharply.

"Sister. said the handsome doctor's sister, Sein, home tomorrow. Brother to Sein's house huh.. Sein wants to play with the princess." Arisa turned back silent looking at Seina, then looked at Tio. Tio just turned his face away as if avoiding Arisa's gaze which always made him melt.

"Arise. Don't you have an appointment this afternoon? Yesterday you kept reminding brother. But you forgot yourself. Come on before it's too late." Arisa frowned trying to digest with what Tio said. But Arisa immediately understood that Tio was trying to avoid the conversation so as not to go further.

"Yes, brother."

"Sister princess is leaving?"

"No business, dear." Arisa's saying threw a smile.

"You didn't say there was any business." Rayyan looked up at Arisa.

"He seemed to want to avoid. But from what and from whom?" Rayyan Mumbled.

"Mother... Arisa pamit." Back Arisa kissed mom's hand before leaving.

"I'm also aunty." said Tio.

"Be careful you guys. Say hello to your mom and dad.!"

"Good mother." Arisa smiled sweetly.

Arisa and Tio pass by leaving the room, though it is heavy-hearted because Seina whines and cries as Arisa leaves.

"Sister. tomorrow. pick up. sister.. princess.! Sein.. would like to see you again. Sein wants to. sein fit home.the sister's daughter is home." His words were interrupted by sobs which then became hard.

"Sein can't be like that. Sein, don't be selfish. Big sister doesn't promise to bring big sister tomorrow." but Seina just sobbed.

"Have...why are you crying like that? Here's mom hug." Said Mother who hugged her youngest daughter.

"Mother's daughter's sister...."

"Yes, her daughter's sister has some business, baby...."

"But Sein wants a sister tomorrow..."

"Don't do that. later her daughter's sister can't focus on her business if Sein is like that."

"But Sein wants to wait for the princess' sister."
