. Reza's cell phone keeps ringing and he guesses it's Arisa or maybe Sarah. He ignored and continued to drive his car somewhere. And along with his steps, he runs into Reza who brings some of the needs requested by the doctor for a referral to move Arisa's care to a more adequate hospital. When Dimas comes back out because he does not find Arisa, Dimas tries to contact Tio and tell him that he does not find Arisa. Dimas turned to the ambulance that passed him with a loud siren. He looked inside at the ambiguous ambulance inside there was Arisa. But he dismissed his thoughts about Arisa and decided to go to a garden that Daffa said the other day to Raisa. And again Dimas did not find a girl similar to Arisa. Dimas begins to feel desperate and he again blames himself for not understanding Arisa before he leaves.

. It took an hour to travel, finally the ambulance that brought Arisa to the hospital. Soon some officers took Arisa to a special examination room. Reza and Sarah endlessly pray for Arisa's safety.

The doctor goes out and calls Arisa's family, and Reza quickly approaches impatiently wanting to know about Arisa's condition.

"You're his family?" Ask the doctor and make sure.

"Yes my brother." Answer Reza quickly.

"And I'm doc's mother." Sarah answered the doctor's question.

"The condition is still critical, and your daughter is in a coma. I don't know when he'll wake up. And as recorded on medical records, there's a serious injury to his head and it's going to cause a brain defect and it's probably going to have a problem."

"What's the problem, doc?" Asked Reza who could not interpret the doctor's explanation.

"It's possible that even if you survive, your daughter will have a concussion or.." the doctor hung up the answer and seemed hesitant to say it.

"Or what doc?" Ask Sarah who was curious and scared.

"Or she won't wake up." The doctor replied with a heavy breath.

"I-I mean doctor?" Reza still does not understand, but he certainly does not understand but wants the doctor to explain more clearly what he means.

"Because the injury is so severe, miss will be in a coma in the long run." Answer the doctor later

"How long, doc?" The doctor responded to Sarah's question.

"I know less. But, do not stop praying that there may be a miracle on your daughter. I will work as much as possible for his healing."

"Thank you doc." Lirih Sarah responded to a nod by the doctor. Sarah sat back in a doldrums as the doctor passed from her presence. Somehow his days without laughter Arisa. Although it was only that short, but he really enjoyed his friendship with Arisa.
