Unexpected Friends
Chapters 24. Him Show!

The bell rang, the trio went back to class.

Eliz was still shrouded in confusion as he watched his friend make up. It's not a problem, it's progress. But this is too soon.

"What's wrong with you guys?" Ask Eliz. Then the two people he was referring to looked at him. Alice who was doodling her book was forced to stop to reply, "Well, I'm still upset. But I don't want us to be apart forever. Like that."

Alex, Abigel, and Maria.

The name Eliz had in mind. She knew Alice's anxiety about being left alone again. "I want to trust you. Besides, I know how to activate my powers and Naoki is protecting me."

Eliz and Fumika gulp down rough saliva. Then look at each other. 'You know too?' The same question they raised without a sound. Then they do the sign code without Alice's knowledge.

'Do we have to tell him?' About what Eliz would say. Then greeted by a headband by Fumika, 'He will be shocked. Just leave.' Raising his hand with a silent sign.

After the two of them finished their sign, Eliz said, "Thank God." While forcing a smile.

"Btw his teacher hasn't arrived yet. Come on Fumika sat on my front desk, still empty." It was Eliz's orders that made Fumika move. "OK, let's spill the tea¹, what did you do during the breakup?" Eliz opened the topic.

Alice then held her hand high until Eliz and Fumika carefully looked at her. "Know not?" Alice said as she lowered her hand. "After parting ways with you I'm chased by Oni, youh." With the tone made as sweet as possible, Alice included an implied meaning to satirize Fumika.

And the person he was referring to immediately knew the insinuation. "A-alice... I've already apologized." Fumika said weakly due to the fact she risked her friend's life for the second time.

Alice was satisfied with Fumika's sour expression, then continued, "I ran all the way to the school greenhouse. That's the plantation area, i'm a right?" Eliz and Fumika who noticed nodded, then Alice continued back.

"There I met Haruka's sister. She told me the story of her best friend-Ayumi- who made me realize to forgive Fumika." From this, they understood why Alice could forgive Fumika so quickly.

"You should thank Haruka's sister, Fumika." While brandishing her finger, Alice looked at Fumika sharply. Then it says, "Yes, yes." By Fumika with cold sweat coming out of her temple.

Alice continued her story until it was over. The friends understood. "Love is a beautiful sister." Eliz commented while pretending to wipe his tears.

Then continued Fumika who discussed the story of the Death of the Assassin Kaouri that Alice missed. Alice nodded in understanding while listening to Eliz's story alternating with Fumika until moving on to another story. "Sir Enji was locked by Na-Ehem's sister Na-Ehem's name alone-so as not to be found by the killer."

This time they were sitting on a floor with a table so that their chat was not caught. Alice complained several times because her head hit the short table. While Fumika who suggested this idea his hands scratched hard iron stool. Eliz? His sitting position was the most uncomfortable as it was almost out of the table.

But they didn't pay much attention to it and continued to tell stories. "I'm swearing to god, Pureya is cruel! What would it be to kill them? Brother Na pity." Alice's comments were frustrating while whispering.

"Eitherway. The motive is still mysterious. But what I caught, it looks like he did it for fun." Reply Fumika while rearranging her sitting position by pushing the chair away.

"wait. When 'Yumi' said, before Kauri was killed he said 'wanted to die' and asked if he was a scholarship boy, after that his head was hit by a rock, right?" Fumika interrupted her own words then took out a notebook containing her notes which she placed on the nailed alma mater.

... "*So you want to die?" Kaouri origin gave the answer. But he nodded. "Are you a scholarship boy?"

...So while Kaouri was still sobbing, the rock she was holding quickly hit her head until Kaouri had no time to shout*...

"That means he was made a 'Pawn' by someone. And funfact, all his victims except Kenji's brother are Scholarship boys." Fumika. They also cleared slowly. But there is according to Alice there is an odd pronunciation Fumika. "Why did he know Kaouri wanted to die?"

Suddenly...

'BRAK BRAK!!'.

The sound of a loud punch on Eliz's desk shocked them. "Teacher's in!" Shouted a boy who had hit the table so that it made us surprised. "Geez, Cewe's a gossip." Then the silence went by.

They did not think too much about the man's innuendo and then rushed back to their respective seats.

When Alice woke up to sit down again, Eliz called her name, "Alice." Spontaneously he looked to pay attention to Eliz's intentions. "Later after our 11th class - IPA 9 to meet Enji's sister."

Alice smiled mischievously as she thought, "Ohh, second date?" Eliz's cheeks were blushing with shame. He quickly interjected, "B-no! Enji's sister there's a need for you."

Alice was confused by what Eliz said. "What do you mean?" Ask Alice. He replied, "But don't be surprised. Actually..."

"Son't you know my powers, right?" Before Eliz finished putting his words together, Alice interrupted him. "Elizabeth, I had enough of this things. My real nightmare."

Eliz could not reply. He was at a loss for words to persuade Alice. But, Fumika from her desk turned her body towards them while saying, "We will protect you." Fumika's words certainly made Alice flinch instantly.

"And again, there is a 'Prince' who will take care of you." Between pleasure or shame, the words Fumika made Alice cover her face with her fist.

"Who? Who's Alice cabal?" Yugi said out of nowhere listening to their conversation.

"Fu-Fumika shut up!"

"Na - O - Ki~"

Fumika's short words make the class immediately excited by the saying, "Ohhh!" Now they have joking material for Alice. While the perpetrator is increasingly unsteady against the ridicule of his classmates who misunderstand.

"What are you guys talking about?! He and I are friends! In-he looks like my family's pet dog." Shouted Alice defending herself.

"Alice is evil, likened to a dog."

"Naoki! Naoki!"

"Eh, are they dating?"

"Don't know."

"Happy's wedding!"

But it seems to add to their talk. Alice tried to think of a way to be free from speech. Finally he got an idea.

"Fumika, Momo how are you? Your favorite monkey doll?" Gasp, everyone in the class is holding their breath because they get additional gossip. Fumika gave a rude snort and replied, "Eliz put on make-up in class!"

Of course Eliz who had nothing to do was riding a pitan. Then he replied, "Yugi is gambling with the other boys!"

"What?! Let's play cards!"

Eventually a chain of blame struck class 10 - IPA 1 was growing, until the teacher actually came to their class saying, "Your noisiest class knows!"

"Ha.. Huh!!!" Naoki leaned against the 10th class window - IPA 1 while calming his mind. At first he was paying attention to the Trio who seemed to be back together again.

But it could be that Fumika says she is Alice's 'Prince' in front of their friends. And again, why would Alice equate it with a Dog?!

The words were still clear in the head so he could not concentrate properly. A red hue suddenly appeared, yet there was no warmth from him. "A.l.a..." Even Naoki seemed to be stuttering instantly.

"Yo, Mellow Prince. How's the stakeout?" Kaouri suddenly came somewhere and approached Naoki from his right side. Naoki was surprised, but tried to calm down. "They'll find Enji." Answer's flat.

Then came the sighting of Kenji and Ayumi below, waiting for them to come down. Forced, they go down and shelter behind shady trees together. Although actually heat and sunlight does not affect them.

"Really, this is completely out of plan!" Kenji said in frustration. According to him if Alice doesn't go their plan can go smoothly.

Yet it seemed that the person he was referring to was still daydreaming. Looking straight ahead. "Naoki, Naoki!" The call from Kaouri was enough to resuscitate him. "What do you think MP is?" Kenji asked who was strangely worried.

Naoki was silent for some time. His face grew pale and when he saw his fist there was no shadow. Even his fists were becoming more transparent like his dead friends. "My time is running out." Naoki muttered suddenly.

"I know what Enji wants from Alice. He wants to talk to me." He was then greeted with a question mark by Kaouri, "Yes, why?"

"Will Alice forgive me for lying to her?" No one can answer. They were silent in their own daydreams.

The exit bell rang again at 12:00

After the randomly selected Provisional Class Leader said his greetings and followed by the other students, the teacher left the class to leave them to clean up their respective items.

The trio - Alice, Elizabeth, and Fumika - are busy putting their stationery back into the bag. "Are you ready for Alice?" Eliz asked while wearing his bag.

Alice was reinserting her book and then closing the zipper on her bag. When he finished he put on his bag and stood facing Eliz hesitantly. "You're not going, are you?"

Eliz chuckled at Alice's words, "Wasn't he the one who ran away?" The reply was crisp then walked out of her chair followed by Alice.

Fumika waited for them at the classroom door while looking around bored. "Let's go." Fumika said after finding them near her.

"By the way, do you know where Class 11 - IPA 9 is?" Alice asked curiously. Eliz was silent. For a moment he thought, then replied, "We just wonder~" With his innocent look.

Alice and Fumika are very disappointed because it means they will go around in circles to find a class.

After wondering here and there, the Trio finally managed to find class 11 - IPA 9, Enji class. They were looking for Enji who was leaning on the balcony watching the school scene.

"Snooty Boy!" Call Alice after seeing her. Enji looked then with his spirit walked towards Alice. "Hi Alice's. Sorry to bother you, but I'd like to have a request."

"Want to communicate with someone?" Guess Eliz interrupted Enji's speech. He only nodded because of what Eliz was saying.

Alice was doubtful of what Enji said. Every time he tried to see the 'other nature' he was wretched. He was puffing his mouth in fear. Imagine the terrible things that might happen. His throat was suffocating and his heartbeat was not in rhythm.

Before he refused Enji's request. Suddenly a voice rang out in his ear saying, "It's okay, you're not alone." His words were so soft and soothing. On the other hand, it feels familiar.

"Huh?" Alice turned around to find out the person who was talking to her. Then all he found was a tall, big man who beat his size and Eliz. His skin looks dark because the sky is cloudy. His brown eyes stared intently at Alice. It was like a prey that met its predator.

Reflexes, Alice retreated slowly while standing guard in front of her. "Sister Akbar wants to come with us?" Fumika's words made Alice dart. "Yes dong. At first I stopped by to see Enji, but there seemed to be something interesting."

Her voice was different, inner Alice.

"Oh yes, introduce me to Akbar Sudirman, from Central Java. Nice to meet you." Class Brother with this scary look turned out to be just a scary 'look. Alice was embarrassed and rubbed her neck groggy.

Eliz and Alice begin to briefly introduce themselves. Then, "Sorry brother, where did you come from?" Alice said in pleasantries.

"Middle Java, deck."

"Where is that?"

"Emmm... You know Indonesia?"

"Huh?"

"Bali, you know Bali? Bali is in Indonesia. Well, in Indonesia there is Central Java."

Alice muttered, "Ohh." Slowly because you understand. "Indonesia is an island nation, right? Then Central Java is on Java, right?" Alice confirmed, then answered thumbs up by Akbar. "Feed!" The reply.

Although Alice did not understand Akbar's intentions, she could guess if it was a compliment.

"Okay, where are we going to start the ritual? Do you need anything Alice." Enji's words make Alice shudder because she thinks Enji thinks he's like a witch who needs strange potions. "W-we just need the stuff that Na's sister has." Alice replies still goosebumps.

"Who's Na's sister?"

"Shuaht!"

Alice was confused, "Is her name Na's sister?" Ask Alice to make sure. Then answered a nod by Akbar who already understood the purpose of Fumika as the name 'cover' Naoki. Eliz tried to explain slowly to Enji so that Alice would not see him.

"Long story, but Na's brother is Naoki's brother." Eliz told Enji. Then a nod.

"ilright? So what's valuable to Na's sister, Enji's sister?" Alice was suspicious. But he did not turn around and asked back.

Enji thought for a moment, then replied, "Sister... Na(?) like to write, maybe we can find his book in the 'gulp' damned room." Enji gulped while talking about the cursed room. Hearing his name alone almost made his trauma recur.

"No, Alice took it. Now it's in our room." Reply Eliz while holding Alice's left hand. "Yes, we'll go to the dorms first." Alice added while tidying back her hair that was messy with the wind.

As Alice tidied her hair, Akbar caught a glimpse of something strange in her arms. Then he asked for a moment, "At a moment Alice, what's going on in your arms?"

Alice clenched so much that she stopped tidying her hair. "Can I see?" Akbar said pleading. Reflexes, Alice extended her hand and revealed a bracelet that she had not taken off from last night.

Akbar took a cursory look, then found the words that surprised him, "This... This is the bracelet I gave 'Na'." He said as he refrained from saying Naoki's name.

"Correct? Then you know the writing here?" Alice was as surprised as Akbar. But he was happy because he finally knew who the owner of this bracelet, although unfortunately he was not with them. Akbar cleared his throat for a moment, then replied, "It's read..."

"Oi, oi. After we find the right place. Right now we're not getting ready for Alice's summoning." Fumika quickly cut off Akbar's words and irritated him.

Alice who just remembered her strength was active if she said the 'last word' approving of Fumika's words. And then Eliz. "Better then chaos." Elizabeth hugged her two best friends tightly.

"Okay, how about Rooftop?" Said Enji giving advice to them. "The funds are quiet and broad. Relax, there's a fence if you're afraid of heights." Add it to believe.

Akbar nodded in agreement. "Okay, let's go." Speaks excited. While the Trio was still discussing whether they would lament.

"As far as you are."

"I agree with you."

"Okay, so we agreed yes."

Alice, Eliz, and Fumika respectively voiced their opinions. Then the final result they agreed to go to Rooftop.
