3. Alena's father-to-be
Vioni was still shocked by what happened to her. Though he only fell because he was hit by someone, but his consciousness seemed to decrease. After a few minutes of silence, Vioni immediately received a helping hand from the man in front of her.
"Thank you" said the girl with a small smile looking at the man who had just helped her.
"Either. Are you hurt?" ask the man.
"T–no. Thank you for helping me." Vioni nodded and passed from before the good man.
For some reason his heart suddenly thumped as if it wanted to jump from its place. Just this time Vioni felt embarrassed when dealing with the opposite sex. Moreover, the man had eyes as sharp as an eagle with sea-blue colored eyeballs. Really, even though for a moment, it could already make his feelings drift apart. Though all this time many men approached him, but as if his feelings were dead, he ignored the men.
What's wrong with me? I must not be attracted to any man because I have been betrothed, Inner Vioni warned her.
The girl further accelerated her pace to the point that one could no longer stare at her back.
"Sir, is there something?" ask the assistant to his boss.
"Nothing."
"Are you sure, Mr Max?" The assistant again asked because he saw his master constantly staring at the exit of the hospital building.
That man is Maximilian Green. The 28-year-old young entrepreneur, who managed to bring back the glory of his family that had once gone out of business. In fact, his wealth has now increased with him who also invests in the health sector. Not many people know about it because Max deliberately let others spread bad rumors about him. Meanwhile, elsewhere, more precisely in a Japanese restaurant, Vioni has just arrived. He immediately entered the room that had been previously reserved by Vanila.
Apparently he had not come, Inner Vioni as soon as he opened the door of the VIP room.
Vioni chose to wait for Vanila's arrival while enjoying a glass of avocado juice. It was his favorite drink, again no one knew it.
Where's the kid going? Why is he not here yet? muttered Vioni while staring at her cellphone lying on the table.
The girl grabbed her phone and called Vanila. Long enough for the call to be answered by his twin sister.
"Vanila, where are you? I've come to the restaurant you want!" vioni exclaimed in annoyance.
"O–h, Brother is here? Sorry, I overslept, brother. Can you hold on a second? I'll be ready soon!" sahut Vanila with a typical voice of people wake up and it was successful to make Vioni widen his eyes.
"ila, are you intentionally pranking me? Did you deliberately make me sit in a restaurant I don't like like bod*h people?" vioni asked in annoyance as she had waited for over an hour there.
"Sister, I didn't mean it like that–"
"That's it. I don't want to wait anymore. We better cancel this meeting!" break Vioni.
After saying that, Vioni ended his call and left the Japanese restaurant. Today she really felt like a bod*h girl who would do anything for her sister. Now he does not care anymore if it will be scolded by his parents and om and tantenya though.
Vioni immediately stopped a taxi passing in front of the restaurant, choosing to return home and preparing to receive a practice she would surely hear from Resa and Marvel.
The girl's body became weaker as she entered the taxi. However, Vioni still tried to keep his consciousness from being lost during the trip.
