52 - Wedding

It has been two years and almost three years Ayra and Maudy studied in London. Now they are sitting in a cool park with their respective activities. Ayra who was busy listening to music through earphones and Maudy who was seriously staring at the screen of her phone.

"This song is crazy. You want to hear me, Mod?" ask Ayra.

No answer from Maudy made Ayra turn to him while calling his best friend's name. "Mod?"

"MAUDY!" ayra's shout made Maudy aghast in shock.

The girl looked at Ayra from the side while grimacing her ears. Ayra's shout managed to make her ears ring violently. "Of you, Ra .. yells all over?" ask Maudy.

"Gue won't yell if you don't budge!" ketus Ayra's.

"Diem ah, I'm watching again" said Maudy, then he looked back at the screen of his phone.

"Husual deh lo, if you've seen must have forgotten the same person next to him. Yes, I want to listen to music" said Ayra

"Everybody's laughing in my mind .." said Ayra while living the song performed by Justin Bieber titled 'that should be me'.

"Oh my God! My voice is really good!" yelled Ayra while smiling happily.

"Rumors spreading 'bout this other guy."

"Do you do what you do when you do with me."

"Does he love you the way I can."

Ayra hugged Maudy's shoulder as she continued to sing. "Did you forget all the plans that you made with me, cause–" The brown-eyed girl stopped singing and also stopped her music.

Ayra's view switches on Maudy's phone screen. The next second Ayra's forehead shriveled perfectly. "Who else is watching live Instagram, Mod?" ask Ayra.

Sontak Maudy turned to Ayra while moving her phone away. "E-no, I'm watching another Korean drama, really," Maudy lied.

"It's obviously live Instagram. My eyes are normal" said Ayra.

"B-not this drakor, Ra," Maudy said.

Ayra was silent for a moment looking at Maudy in disbelief. "What are you? I want to watch dong too," said Ayra while trying to grab Maudy's phone, but the activity stopped.

"Don't! You can't see" said Maudy, making Ayra open her eyes.

"Can't you?" ask Ayra.

"I-yes can't. You see this drakor 21+ lo do not like, right," explained Maudy at the end of the oddity.

The brown-eyed girl nodded her head slowly, then she looked back at Maudy. "Now I like it!" ayra said as she grabbed Maudy's phone.

"Yeah!" shouted Maudy.

"Wlee!" Ayra stuck her tongue out at Maudy, then laughed.

The girl's gaze switched on Maudy's phone screen. He looked seriously at the screen of the phone which showed a live instagram. Ayra widened her eyes after knowing the owner of this live account.

The deg!

One of Ayra's hands was holding the cell phone she put down. Until accidentally the music on his phone back on because of Ayra's hand.

Cause baby I didn't.

Ayra's tears rolled back down her cheeks. His chest felt tight, his heart ached many times over. The girl sobbed in tears watching the live instragram. Who is none other than the live wedding of the man he loved until this moment–Elgara.

That should be me holding your hand.

That should be me making you laugh.

That should be me this is so sad.

That should be me ....

The song sung by Justin Bieber that revolves around Ayra's phone, is very similar to what Ayra felt after knowing Elgara was married. Ayra's tears started to flow more and more, her heart breaking into pieces.

"aaa! No. .. no ...." Ayra shouted hysterically.

Maudy quickly hugged Ayra trying to calm the girl down. Maudy cried to see her best friend cry like this. Maudy could feel what Ayra was feeling right now.

Honestly, Maudy knew from the beginning about Elgara getting married. Maudy desperately hid this to Ayra. Because he did not want Ayra to be sad, but right on Elgara's wedding day, Ayra immediately knew it herself.

"Gue doesn't accept Maudy ... Elgara should be mine .." said Ayra as she sobbed in tears.

"Udah Ra," Maudy said as she rubbed Ayra's back.

"But why did he even marry Sama–"

"Enough Ayra, enough!" maudy snapped while holding both of Ayra's shoulders.

Maudy wiped Ayra's tears as she said, "You know how long and how close you are to someone. Not necessarily she'll be yours forever!"

"It's all fate that determines Ayra, how much we try to get what we want. If that's not his destiny, we'll lose!" obviously Maudy.

"Please Ayra, wake up! You don't stay silent in this feeling–"

"The feeling that keeps on tormenting you! Get up! There are many other lives you have to live" Maudy explained.

After hearing Maudy's explanation, Ayra fell silent as she cried. Ayra confirmed Maudy's words just now that she had to rise up in search of another happiness.

And now Ayra realizes there are still many things that make her happy, not just Elgara. Ayra promises herself to rise from this feeling and begin to forget Elgara.

Ayra knew it was not easy to forget someone, but she believed she could slowly forget Elgara.

"Well, that's a good idea, too" Nana praised, then the girl asked Maudy to join her live.

A few seconds later Maudy joined the live with them. At once they all waved their hands at the camera, it was replied by Maudy.

"Hi Mod, you don't miss me what?" ask Shafira.

"Yes, obviously, I miss you" Maudy said with a smile.

"Eh, which show do you have?" ask Maudy.

Sontak Anres grabbed Elgara's shoulder for the man to get closer to the camera. Elgara waved his hand at the camera with a smile.

Maudy smiled broadly. "Wiiihh .. who married. Congrats yes, El! May the marriage last," said Maudy.

"Thanks, Mod," Elgara said.

"Maudy, where's Ayra?" ask Nana.

Maudy was silent for a moment. Maudy's gaze turned towards Ayra who was beside her. The girl was still crying, as Maudy stared at her quickly Ayra shook her head.

"Em .. I'm no longer the same Ayra, she's in class" Maudy lied.

"Yaaahh .. when I miss Ayra," said Nana and Shafira simultaneously.

"Later salamin deh, to Ayra," said Maudy.

"Then you both have time. It could be vidcall with all of us," said Brio, who is taken by all.

Maudy nodded her head. "Okay, I'll tell you later."

"Eh, how's Mod, you got Daddy's sugar?" ask Nana.

Maudy widened her eyes. "Hush! It's public watch, pea!" maudy.

"Gue can't last long. Again, yes, for those who have an event! I can only pray" said Maudy.

"And for you Mario, don't forget to send me a package this Sunday. Waiting for! Bye everyone!"

After Maudy shuts down her live, she hugs Ayra again. The girl had calmed down a little, although Ayra wanted to cry back when she heard Elgara's voice.
