Liked the guards?

After finishing the bath, Shena and Sean go downstairs to eat together. As Shena descended downstairs with Sean, she circulated her gaze through the floor below.

The furniture in the house really looks very expensive and classy, Shena glanced at the main door that was open, outside the villa were seen some bodyguards sitting guard.

Sean looked at Shena who was looking outwards. "Do you like any of them?" ask Sean.

"Huh? Whatchu mean? who do I like?" Shena did not understand the meaning of Sean's question, as it was uncluttered and headless.

Sean stopped his steps, making Shena also stop his steps. "Because you've always been watching them" Sean said.

Shena shook her head and resumed her steps towards the dining room, she felt useless as well explaining, because she herself had never thought that way. Is it a problem if Shena notices the guards? Wouldn't it be if Shena had to recognize them one by one?

Sean stopped his steps on the threshold between the living room and the family room. "You are silent, you justify my words!" sean said again, sounding a bit of dislike in his tone, and Shena was actually made a headache by Sean.

"Sean, what do you mean? am I wrong if I look at them?" pissed Shena.

"No, I just want you to remember my words before, and remember your promise as well" Sean said casually as he continued his steps and sat his body on the dining table chair.

Shena could not say anything more, she could only follow Sean to sit down and eat. In the dining room there were several middle-aged female servants standing at some point on the dining table.

When Shena and Sean sit down, they serve Sean and Shena well, such as turning the plate, pouring water.

At the dining table there is a lot of food, such as wanting to receive dozens of guests, even though the only ones who eat are Shena and Sean.

Sean and Shena ate in silence and deliciously, so that not long after one of the guards came to the guard's dining room and whispered to Sean.

Sean listened carefully before he finally nodded, and ordered the bodyguard to leave. After the bodyguard left, Sean stopped eating.

"I'm full, I want to go to the workspace first because there's something to take care of. After eating, you can go straight back to the room to rest" Sean said as he got out of his seat and left the dining room.

Shena who happened to be full chose to finish her meal and was silent at the dinner table, she was still thinking about Samuel earlier. "Mrs? Is there anything the lady wants?" ask one of the servants standing behind the Shena.

"No, I'm just going back to the room." Shena went up and climbed the stairs to her room on the second floor in a hurry.

Arriving in the room.

Shena went straight up to the top of the mattress and leaned on the back of the bed. "How could I have married my ex-boyfriend's sister, but did Sean know about me and Samuel before?" shena muttered in wonder.

He remembered Samuel's words, and still did not believe in the status that Samuel and Sean had. Not to mention Samuel's words about him never loving Hannah.

Shena really made a headache with it all, she chose to search for her phone and make a video call on her two best friends.

"I'm good, I'm sorry I didn't say much to you guys" Shena replied.

[It's okay, we understand, it's just that I want to ask you about Samuel. Is he really your husband's sister?] This time Chery is speaking.

Shena sighed heavily, and nodded slowly. "Yes." Yeah."

[Shena, did you win the lottery? You were hurt by Samuel, and married to his brother? Cool,] Chery said again making Dinar laugh while Shena fell silent.

"But I feel ...."

[Do you feel guilty about that man? Shena, you don't need to feel guilty, that man is already cheating on you. You also don't know if Sean is his brother, then why feel guilty?] cut Dinar directly approved by Chery.

Shena fell silent to digest what the Dinar said, and she understood it the least. It's just that he wanted to ask Sean later, about whether he knew about himself and Samuel?

Shena, Chery and Dinar ended up chatting for so long as well as chatting obscurely. So that the door of the room was open and Sean breezed into the room.

Shena looked up to see Sean. "Are you done?" his question, which was immediately answered a nod by Sean.

Dinar and Chery who heard that, immediately turned off his phone without saying anything more and without saying goodbye. Shena frowned when suddenly the video call had been cut off, but she chose to ignore it and put the phone on the nightstand.

Sean sat on the edge of the bed next to Shena. "Who just called you?" ask Sean.

"Dinar and Chery."

Sean simply nodded, then the atmosphere in the room felt extremely silent as both of them were silent.

"Sean!" call Shena break the silence. Sean turned to her with raised eyebrows.

"Did you know about my relationship with Samuel?" ask Shena.

"No, I know that man was Samuel this morning" Sean replied honestly.

Shena was silent, while Sean's eyes were already squinting at her. "Why? Are you sorry that she's your sister-in-law?"

Shena frowned at Sean's statement. "Whatchu mean? regret what? I'm just asking," Shena's annoyed, Sean has always been like this, judging himself arbitrarily.

"Maybe, how do I know your heart right now. Shena, I just want you to remember what I told you, and I want you to remember what you promised!"

"Of course I remember, I won't regret it either because ...."
