Alan sighed while staring at the stars in the sky tonight. It was his routine every night on the balcony of his room. And every time his eyes looked at the star, Alan always saw the shadow of Hana who smiled sweetly at him.

“Until this second I really can't forget you Hana. Your sweet smile always looms over me every time I stare at the stars in the sky.” Alan's inner smile stared at the thousands of stars.

Alan doesn't know when he's going to stay that way. Living with the shadow of Hana's smile that always makes her feel miserable alone.

Doctor Rania nodded her head. The woman then folded her hands under her chest preparing to stare at Alan who would go to great lengths on his own to be able to climb onto his bed.

Alan groaned in pain as his body hit hard to the floor. The man fell helplessly on the floor with a gasp of breath.

Doctor Rania shook her head not expecting what Alan said.
