Angel was surprised when she reached the hospital to see a handsome baby lying next to Hana. The little girl could not believe it by asking what happened to Hana's stomach which was no longer bloated. But after Stefan explained, Angel understood.

Stefan also explains to Sera what happened during Stefan and Hana's stay in America. Stefan tells Sera that the perpetrator who was so mercilessly cruel to hurt the people around the Smith family was not Gabriel, but Michele who has been detained and given the punishment that is commensurate with his actions by the police.
