Dr. Rania gets out of her car when she reaches the Alan family's humble abode. The beautiful doctor can't leave Alan at home. But because for two months Alan's mother and two younger siblings no longer came to see Alan, Rania's doctor was very curious. Although the doctor who handled Alan's mother said that the woman's condition was fine, Rania's doctor still felt like he wanted to know how the actual situation was. What else the beautiful doctor also knows how Alan's mother really hopes for the recovery of her eldest son.

Doctor Rania looked around. Alan's family home was so simple and was in the middle of a densely populated village. The road to his residence is also not easy considering that Dr. Rania uses a car.

The beautiful doctor greeted the child very kindly and then distributed the snacks he bought. “Amira..” Dr. Rania Lirih. Amira was always cynical about him.

“Doctor want to say something here?” Amira asked looking at the lazy doctor Rania.

“Eem.. I'm here because you've never been home to see Alan.”

Amira laughed at what the beautiful doctor said. The girl found it very funny if it was true that the beautiful doctor came because his family had never visited Alan again. Though it is clear that the beautiful doctor who paid the burly creepy man to keep watch at his home so that Amira and her mother and sister could not enter even if forcibly in his house.

“As long as you guys don't come much good development Alan. Even Alan started to open both his eyes.” Rania's doctor said she didn't care about Amira laughing at her.

“Doctors don't pretend to be stupid. Obviously it was the doctor himself who forbade me and my family from going to the doctor's house. Doctors even hired some body guards to keep watch at the doctor's house. Thankfully, I am not stupid. I always lied to my mother and sister about Alan's condition. I pretended to go back and forth every day to the doctor's house to see Alan's condition. And my mom believes in what I do.”

Doctor Rania frowned not understanding what Amira was saying. Body guard at home was assigned to guard. But they were paid by Stefan, not by him. They are also Stefan's men and Rania's doctor never knew they were there to prevent the arrival of the Alan family.

“Now the doctor feels victorious not because it managed to keep my family away from Alan's sister. I am honestly confused. What is my family's fault until you rich people do this to us. We don't have as much money as you. But at least please do not oppress us by using everything you have.” Said Amira with both eyes glazed glass.the girl is actually very sick because it holds back the longing for her brother. Dr. Rania groaned in frustration. Stefan's been so outrageous. Stefan made Amira hate him even more because of a misunderstanding. Stefan even paid people to keep watch at his house so that the Alan family could no longer know how good Alan was.
