“Angel school first yes dad.. Thanks for dropping off Angel.” Angel's smile as she reached out to Stefan intending to crucify the man.

Stefan was silent for a moment before finally receiving Angel's helping hand and letting the little girl kiss the back of his right hand.

After yelling at Stefan, Angel got off Stefan's car with a series of beaming faces. The girl had never felt happiness like now before. But this morning because I saw Stefan kissing Hana, Angel was so happy.

Stefan lowered his car window looking at Angel who cheerfully entered his school environment and joined his peers. Stefan smiles. His feelings were no longer what they used to be when they looked at Angel. Stefan felt he no longer needed to remember anything about his past. Her determination with Hana is to be a good parent for Angel. The real little girl has no real family anymore because Susi and her affair have died together in a plane crash while intending to escape both from Stefan.

Stefan sighed softly and then drove his car back from the front gate of Angel's school to his company.

Elsewhere in the residence of Dr. Rania.

Alan looked at the sky of his room. Since opening her two eyes that were always on her mind was the question of where Hana was. Because when Alan opened his eyes it was not Hana that he saw but the woman that Alan never saw at all.

The woman was, of course, Dr. Rania. Women who painstakingly care for and ensure their condition is getting better and better.

“Time for breakfast Alan. After that you can take your medicine.”

Alan turned his head slowly to the doctor Rania who was sitting on the chair beside the bed where he lay.

Dr. Rania had indeed removed the hose in the esophagus Alan and Alan was able to return to eating like a healthy person in general. Although indeed Alan must consume food that is really mushy and easily digested by it like porridge.

Alan opened his mouth wanting to say something to Dr. Rania but his voice did not come out at all. The man could not do anything but turn his head to the right and to the left it must be with a very slow movement. Even to just raise your hand feels very heavy and Alan has not been able to. Alan could only move his finger with a very slow movement as well.

Doctor Rania smiled. Alan does still need a short time to really heal completely. What's more after the accident Alan suffered a severe injury even to the point of bleeding in his brain.

“You don't have to worry Alan. I will try my best for your recovery. What matters is that you have to be passionate. Because that way you will quickly recover Alan.” Doctor Rania said.

Alan smiled hearing that. The man did not know who the beautiful doctor named Rania was. But Alan really felt very grateful because the doctor always treated him painstakingly. Even from the story of his mother who Alan knows is the doctor Rania who always ensures the best for him.

Alan really wanted to see Hana. Because since he opened his eyes Hana has not been seen at all. Her mother and her sisters didn't even say anything about Hana. Alan wanted to ask but could not make a sound.

“Alan, sorry.” Said Dr. Rania while thrusting a spoonful of porridge on Alan.

With great painstakingness Rania doctor fed the bowl of porridge to Alan until finally it was not left. After that Rania's doctor helped Alan take his medicine.

“Now it's time you clean Alan.”

Alan just resigned to remember he could not do anything now. But even though he could not do anything, Alan did not feel pessimistic. Alan remains optimistic and confident that he will recover as usual.

“Hana.. You where? Why have you not been seen since yesterday. Aren't you thinking of me? Don't you care about me anymore?” Alan kept asking questions.

Alan closed his eyes as Dr. Rania began to wipe his body. Actually Alan is embarrassed to remember himself and doctor Rania is a stranger who does not know each other. Alan also felt bad because for half a year the doctor Rania was the one who took care of him, wiping his body twice a day morning and evening. That means that Dr. Rania has seen everything from Alan.

Finished cleaning Alan's body, Rania's doctor continued his activity, which was to help Alan therapy to move his hands slowly.

Alan had a hard time raising his hand. Alan was not discouraged. Alan was sure he could. Alan was impatient to get back to the activity as before. Working and transporting Hana who indeed every day has a busy teaching at the kindergarten in the village where they live.

Alan looked at the doctor Rania was so painstakingly helping him. Alan had no idea why the beautiful woman was so kind-hearted as to take care of him. Her mother said Dr. Rania was the doctor who was assigned to take care of her. It made Alan think about what he would pay the beautiful doctor after he recovered later. Alan had no savings to pay. Coupled with the lives of her mother and her two sisters who are now somehow.

Deringan's cell phone Rania made Alan also glance at the flat object that was above the nightstand.

“Before Alan, I pick up the phone first.” Doctor Rania then took her cell phone.

Alan saw the beautiful doctor smiling as he stared at the flat screen.

“Ya Stefan.”

Alan frowned upon hearing the beautiful doctor mention a name that seemed familiar to Alan.

Doctor Rania gets up from her seat and slightly moves away from Alan to talk to Stefan who called her. That left Alan unable to hear anything that Rania's doctor talked to Stefan over his phone. But Alan didn't mind that. The man considers doctor Rania to be away because there may indeed be important talks with anyone who is currently talking to him.

Alan looked back at the sky of the room. His body felt very stiff and heavy. To just move, Alan felt very troubled.

“Yes God.. Please speed up the healing process.. I want to quickly recover from God.. I want to go back to what I used to be. Working to finance the lives of slave families, also protecting slave families and loved ones.” Alan again asked the creator for his recovery.

“Hana.. You how are you now? Don't you know I'm conscious yet? why haven't you come to see me yet, Hana? I miss you Hana.. I want you here with me.”
