Win Systems

Win Systems
Chapter 16's

"Yeah! Please get this off my feet!!"

Jay pointed at the leech on his calf while closing his eyes with a frowning face. The leech seemed to suck the skin tighter. He was getting more panicked for not daring to hold on.

Magdalene took the leech with her bare hands. Jay then dashed out of the muddy area.

"Let's escape! Get back here, Win! Usually you say that leeches can clean up dirty blood! Just been a city guy for a few weeks so belagu you, Win! Quick down!"

Jay lost. The grumbling and angry faces of Winardi's mother are scarier than those leeches. Jay inevitably ventured into the mud again.

After two hours, they finished planting rice seeds in four rice fields. It was also because Jay used a special style of leech fearing to get the job done quickly.

Jay is now in a hut in the middle of a rice field. Enjoy the breeze, black tea, and cakes made by Magdalena.

"Life here is good as well. Peaceful and noiseless" Jay murmured, closing his eyes.

"There is no need to work in the city. Your papah is a lot of rice fields. Have a one-acre garden as well" said Elisha surprisingly from behind.

"Don't surprise people, Lisa!"

"Misone is self-dreaming! Here I bring you lunch."

"Okay, just put it there."

Jay pointed at the empty side next to him with a look in the eye. Then, he fell asleep as if Elisha was not there and went back to daydreaming.

Elisha also goes straight after not being considered Jay. In his heart he waited for Winardi to drop him off as usual. But, Jay still did not move from his place.

'Is he no longer interested in me? Why would he be able to change after only briefly leaving the village? Should I dress up as city girls so that Winardi can look back at me?' inner Elisha was upset.

[Mom's maximum body satisfaction rate!]

[You successfully complete the mission and get a reward of Rp 50,000,000.00.]

The hologram screen becomes more transparent and fades. Magdalena is now clearly seen walking closer to the hut that houses Jay.

"Where are you from? Why so long?"

Jay took over the basket that Magdalena's two hands carried. He was shocked because the burden Magdalene carried was so heavy. In her heart she admired Magdalene for being so strong and beautiful.

"Why not ask me for help, Mom?" Jay was worried.

"Mamak just harvested the papaya all alone. Looks like you're so tired that you fell asleep. My mom won't wake you. You'll be back from work soon, too."

"Other times if I come, Mamak don't get tired like this. Why do I have good muscle if it can't be used to help my mama." This time, Jay also spoke truthfully without any theatrics.

Magdalena looked at Jay. He wiped the tears that were about to fall. I don't know why Jay feels there is something odd about the attitude of both Winardi's parents.

'Did Winardi never help his family? Until Mamak, I mean, his mother is blue every time I act like a real child.'

[You missed out on free information from the owner of the body yesterday. It's a pity ..]

'I still have morals, Sis. How can I kill just for the sake of snooping on people's personal information?'

[...]

"You changed a lot, Win. Seeing you grow up like this, Mamak and Papah are so happy."

"Yes, Mom. If you need help, just say it. I'm ready to help Papah and Mamak."

"Really?"

Jay nodded steadily.

"Then you can ask for help now, Win?"

"Yes, Mom. What do you want to ask for help?" Jay smiled very sincerely.

"This was the basket."

"No, Mak. It's heavy! Let me bring it home."

Magdalene kept taking the basket. Jay wants to ask her back, but Magdalene quickly leaves him.

"Sir, don't hurry the way. I brought the basket."

"No need. Said you wanted to help, right?"

"Yes, Mommy."

"You go to the backyard, yeah. Clean up our kids, Win."

Jay stopped suddenly. I was surprised to hear Magdalene.

'Whose son?'

And after looking at the backyard Magdalena was referring to, Jay knew what 'our son' meant. He laughed himself in disbelief.

[New mission, complete the task in the cage. Time limit before evening. There are three hours left.]

[If you can complete the mission for one hour, you will get a reward of Rp 150,000,000.00; two hours Rp 100,000,000.00; and three hours of Rp 50,000,000.00. Over three hours, the mission was considered a failure!]

"Haha! You're crazy!"

[Time left 02:59:15.]

Jay hesitates to get into the cage. He stuffed his nose with his fingers. With a bit of determination and a lot of hesitation, Jay finally walked into that spacious open room.

[Eagerness!]

"Fuck you, Sis!"

***

Jay wants to shed tears. He wanted to go home to the city or rather just stay dead in his original body.

At the moment, Jay is cleaning up the dirt using serok and bare hands. Magdalena lost a rubber hand t-shirt commonly used to hold cattle.

Jay is very pessimistic about completing the mission. He wouldn't mind if the cattle could still be counted on fingers. However, Winarno had fifty cows, eighty goats, and somehow hundreds of chickens in a neatly lined cage box on the outskirts of the room. And Jay has to clean up all by himself!

"Why should Winardi work if his parents are rich? He can open his own business instead of trying to find work to his own poor in the city," grumbled Jay.

[Time rest 01:30:00.]

"What am I supposed to do with all this shit?! The crack was too small and almost broke! Add the mission time, Sis!!"

[You can push all the dirt at once with your feet.]

[Betakoin exchange rate is currently falling drastically. Your investment failed. You can only rely on the system now.]

"Aaaaaargh!!! Ahhh ... Aaaaah!!"

Jay yelled in disgust as his feet began to touch the manure of the cattle. Jay's voice came into the house and Winardi's parents heard him.

"That's the Winardi why, huh, Pah? Mamak wants to see Winardi first in case something happens," said Magdalena worried.

"Leave it, Mom. Winardi's an adult."

"But pity Winardi, Pah."

"Mamak didn't hear Winardi groan so loud? Give him time to pamper himself. Let him also quickly realize and want to get married."

"What do you mean, anyway?"

"Later he will also realize for a long time that solo play is not able to satisfy him."

"This book ...."

There was a soft knock from the door. Magdalene welcomed the arrival of old women and took a seat in the living room. Winarno also came out by pushing his own wheelchair given by the hospital.

"Bu Surti, it hasn't been here in a long time." Winarno smiled widely.

"Yes, Mr. Win, I'm sorry I've been a little busy lately and just been able to come. I came here to pay back the goat-buying debt last month, sir."

Winarno and Magdalena looked at each other and smiled happily. Magdalene hurriedly went in to retrieve the neighbor's debt notebook.

Don't get me wrong! Winardi's parents aren't loan sharks. Because of their kindness, their neighbors often borrowed large amounts of money.

Neither Winarno nor Magdalena ever had the heart to see the distress of others. Although the person being helped is not necessarily honest when asking for help.

"Bu Surti's debt totals two million rupiah for the purchase of five goats, yes."

Surti took two million dollars from a black plastic bag. Winarno who saw it so not be. But, he was also unwilling to refuse the money as they needed it the most at the moment.

"Pass, yes, Buk." Magdalene finished counting the money.

"I want to buy another goat, too, okay? Next week my granddaughter is getting married."

"Can, can once. But, now we don't accept credit."

"Yes, ma'am, as long as the price is the same on the market. I've checked in the city, the price of goats is rising now" Surti explained, handing over a goat price leaflet.

"How much, Mom, the price?"

"Five hundred thousand per tail. I want to buy ten. It's five million, yeah." Surti gave up the money.

Magdalene led Surti to pick her ten goats. They meet Jay who seems devastated after completing the mission.

"Win, Miss Surti wants to buy ten goats."

"Choose it" said Jay.

Magdalene whispered in Jay's ear, "The price of the goat goes up, Win. Now five hundred thousand per tail. We can have a good meal tonight."

"Who says the price of a goat is five hundred thousand?!" exciting Jay.

Jay jumped out of his seat. He walked towards Surti. Then pull the grandmother's shoulder to face her. The two of them face each other in a defiant manner.

'Sis, find out the identity of this person! Don't fake gray hair and wrinkles!'
