Weary. The king is tired of the nightmares that always haunt him. A dream that never once left and let him sleep quietly. Fear and trauma strangle him every night. Makes him never sleep well for a dozen years.

Even dark and lightning can make him who looks dashing become weak and difficult to breathe.

No one knows how he is. Except for his family in the first year it happened.

After undergoing therapy, the dream did not come to his sleep. But only for a few moments and everything came back to how it was. As if not allowing her to be happy by tormenting her in a dream.

And now, Rani becomes the first person to find her frightened in sleep. He even unconsciously hugged the girl tightly. Hope Rani doesn't leave him in fear. Wish the girl didn't leave like her two real parents.

There is a sense of comfort that infiltrates the heart when he feels the warmth of Rani's body. But as soon as his consciousness recovered and calm came to him, the King released their embrace slowly. Feeling ashamed is also guilty for the girl who has officially become his wife.

"Sorry" he said calmly. Trying to rebuild his wil.

"Sister King is okay?" the girl asked worriedly to him. Does he clearly seem to be in a sad state?

Rani must have seen all the worst of it.

"Hem." felt something strange with the appearance of the girl in front of him, he looked at Rani from head to toe. "You?"

***

The king did not scream. He's not screaming. But anyone can see the fear and sadness in his face.

How the tears are dripping. How the cold sweat came out. Rani saw. Make Rani's heart like a baggy. What dream can make the King look weak like that?

Rani wants to re-hug the King, when the man takes off his embrace. He wanted to say "Everything was fine and whatever happened was just a dream... There's me here." But even his tongue's a little too stupid to say that. He could not just embrace the king.

Rani followed the direction of the King's gaze staring at the man's clothes he was wearing. The king asked with a confused and strange expression. "You?"

"Ooh this.." he held the end of the hoodie belonging to the King who was oversized in his body. In fact, he had to use a safety pin to reduce the waist size of King's pajamas so he could wear them. Also the hijab she was wearing for the wedding.

Rani grimaced when she saw the King remain calm. If he was in the position of King, he would have laughed out loud seeing someone with a look like him. "My suitcase doesn't exist, brother."

Rani had searched every corner of the hotel room but could not find the whereabouts of her suitcase. And when he opened the closet it just made him embarrassed himself.

Maira swapped her suitcase for two very sexy lingerie pieces. Don't wear it, just seeing it makes him ashamed.

Rani stood up and moved away from the bed when she saw the King sigh and get up.

"I take a shower first. We're going to a party that my friends are hosting."

"But brother" prevent it before the King steps away. "Rani's clothes?"

"Let's ask people to bring you clothes."

The person the King asked to deliver the clothes turned out to be Maira.

Maira came after the King finished his bath and was tidy with a black leather t-shirt and jacket in matching color jeans.

Maira laughed at her appearance who was still wearing the King's clothes. "Why didn't anyone say you had a party?" Maira asked still giggling. "But seriously. Sister-in-law is so cute to wear King's clothes."

When peeking into it, Maira gave her pastel brown pants, black shirt and outer complete with matching colored hijab. All new goods, with prices still listed.

"Is this going to the food or what?" his murmur saw the dresscode he was wearing was also King. Can coming to the party be this relaxed? why you should wear black clothes.

"The party's a motorcycle boy, brother-in-law.. Don't imagine the parties that your sister-in-law has come to if your sister-in-law does not want to be disappointed. I hope my sister-in-law isn't even there." Maira pushed him into the bathroom to get changed. "I'm waiting here. Let me dance."

It seemed like he had to get used to the authoritarianism of all the King's families. Including Maira. Lucky for their authority solely for their good.

That's right Maira said. The party this time was not like a party in his shadow. A party far away from his world.

The party was held in a magnificent house that was transformed into a night entertainment venue with lights and deafening frenetic sounds.

He was locked at the entrance. Want to turn around and go home instead of having to go in and follow a party like that. Especially when he saw the many bottles of drinks presented on the table that Rani was sure it was an alcoholic drink.

Although never tried. But Rani isn't stupid to know what the drink's reaction will be. And his feeling says to stay away from there.

"Come on. We won't be here long."

Rani stared at the kettle of her hand that the King held as the man spoke. Whether the man is conscious or not when he does.

The king's large, warm hands slightly reduced his fear. Gave her a little courage and a sense of security.

The king greeted each of his friends. The man did not take his hand off for a second. Even occasionally embracing his shoulders in an insignificant way when there are people who intend to be disrespectful.

The King's jokes and his friends make him even more uncomfortable. They asked how many times the King had fucked her before marriage. What is this marriage because he who is pregnant until the King who intends to go long for life is suddenly married. Until the question of one of them, enough to make him shocked.

"Not your bedmate Rere, Ja? how can you marry this girl?"

Rani blinked her eyes quickly. What do they mean it was Rere that he knew? Rere King and Adit's best friends?

Rani already knows the King is a hobby of sleeping with women. But he never thought the proximity of the King and Rere not only limited to friends. But there's a hidden relationship in it.

"Toilet where's sister?" his whisper pulled the King's arm closer. He needed space from his surprise. What else the atmosphere of the party that makes it crowded makes him want to immediately end the party and go home.

"I'm taking it." Rani knew it wasn't a question. But the king didn't have to drive him just to go to the toilet.

"No need. Brother Raja just stay here. Brother just point at him. Rani won't get lost, don't worry" he said in a joking spit.

"Not just lost. Maybe you won't come back." the King whispered. "This is not a safe place for you to roam alone."

Rani shuddered at what could happen to her inside this house. There was no other option to let the King take him to the toilet.
