Chaos at the Party

"You want to humiliate me in front of everyone. You're totally crazy Alister. Now let go of me! I don't want to go crazy with you." Lovely tried to pull out her hand which was held tightly by Alister.

Alister stopped his steps and instead turned to push Lovely again against the wall. Both of the woman's shoulders, she presses until Lovely can't move.

"It hurts!"

"sick." Alister smiled cynically instead, "i hurt even more when I saw you getting engaged and making out with your boyfriend. What's-her-name? I don't want to know."

"That's my right to be associated with anyone. And I have no obligation to take care of your feelings because you can't take care of people's feelings, Alister," Lovely said.

Alister smiled smirk, mocking Lovely who turned out to be jealous of him and Jenar. "So you're jealous of your aunt. In fact, it's just a normal thing. Doesn't mean anything to me but I don't think it makes you hurt and mad at me."

"I don't care what you do, Alister. So please, let me go!"

Alister let out a long sigh while closing his eyes to calm his emotions. But after that, he again pulled Lovely away from there.

"Alister, let me go! Off!" rebel Lovely.

"I want to end all the things that make me unable to calm down." Alister said as he walked quickly towards the party.

Lovely doesn't want to go with Alister until he's forced to bite Alister's hand to get away. Alister stopped walking and grimaced painfully as Lovely bit her. However, Alister still held Lovely's hand despite Lovely's pain.

Seeing Alister who would rather endure her pain than let go of her hand, made Lovely feel guilty but Lovely did not want to soften on the man.

"You're still like this Alister. Don't you know what will happen if you pull me to the party? People will blaspheme you. Your good name as a respectable businessman in this city will be ruined by your own actions Alister. Didn't you think about all that?" Lovely tries to persuade Alister to let him go.

But Alister smiled cunningly. "Lovely, I do business because of my own abilities and my own family. It's not because of people looking for news. I don't depend on them at all. So, what do I care about their talk? All I care about is myself. If I don't like it, why should I continue? It was the same as destroying my own happiness. Then, the point of living in this world, what does it mean to not be happy?"

Lovely runs out of words to persuade Alister until he is silent at the sight of Alister. Alister doesn't want to waste time. Today not wanting Lovely to continue her marriage with another man, she must end her relationship with Jenar and show in front of everyone that in fact, she wants to have Lovely.

Alister again continues her steps pulling Lovely to the party. That made Lovely even more worried and scared of everyone. Especially for Jenar. He doesn't want anything to do with Alister, destroying Jenar's feelings.

"Alister, please don't do this! I don't want to go there! Please, let me go! I beg Alister!" Lovely doesn't know what else to do until she begs Alister.

Alister again stopped his steps and he immediately let out a rough sigh due to the stubborn Lovely. Then she looked at Lovely who was looking at her.

"I want to ask you, you're begging me because you don't love me or because you care about how Genar feels?" alister asked with a cold look on his face looking at Lovely.

"Both."

Instantly Alister laughed, laughing at Lovely's reply. But at once, he had a cold face in front of Lovely, and a smirky smile appeared on his face. "I know that you love me very much. Because you can't give yourself to me if you don't like me. Jenar's problem, I can believe that you are like this because you care so much about her feelings but do you know that Jenar never cared about your feelings Loly at all. He only cares about himself, with his own pleasure, with his happiness and with his future no matter your future. So why should you care about her, Lovely?"

"Don't you know Alister! You are the new person in our lives. You don't know anything about us."

"Oh yeah." Alister smiled obliquely. "what if I show you, that I'm right and you're wrong?"

Lovely looks confused to see Alister. While Alister, back on the road pulls Lovely to the party venue. Lovely tried to break away when she was at the party. However, even though he tried to escape and Alister let go, it was too late as everyone's eyes were fixed on him and Alister.

Jenar who saw Alister holding Lovely's hand, then hurriedly came to them with an unhappy look on her face.

"What happened to Alister, Loly? Why did you come together this way?" Jenar asked as she looked at Alister's hand that was unwilling to let go of Lovely.

"True, I don't really want to hurt you because you're good to me, and my family, but I can't just keep quiet when I know that this isn't true," alister said that makes Jenar and Lovely more confused.

"What do you mean Alister?" ask Jenar.

Not answering Jenar, Alister turned his back, facing the guests standing behind him. He looked at them all with a serious expression. "Today, I called off my engagement to Jenar. We're not getting married."

Everyone was shocked to hear Alister's words. Especially Jenar and Lovely who were standing behind Alister.

"Alister, what does all this mean? Why did you suddenly cancel our wedding? Why?" jenar asked in anger at not accepting Alister to decide for himself.

With her innocent expression, Alister turned to Jenar. "I don't love you. I agreed to the fiancee because I didn't want to disappoint my mother who wanted me to quickly have a relationship with another woman. After all, we're engaged because of Jenar's cooperation. And one more thing, I should be engaged to your niece but I'm engaged to you because your niece can't be engaged to me because of running away with the man she slept with. You planned all this just for my fiancee because I'm Alister Sandero who can raise your degree. You want honor, a position in the business world through me. Isn't it?"

Jenar was surprised until the woman fell silent and stared at Alister. Lovely was shocked to know the matter. Then, Alister pulls Lovely closer to him. "What if I told you that the man who slept with this woman was me?"

Jenar clenched her hands together, holding back her anger after hearing all of Alister's words, and she blamed Lovely that Alister was this way because of Lovely. Furious, Jenar slapped Lovely in the face. Everyone was shocked to see Jenar slapping Lovely instead. Especially Levon and his two parents who hurriedly approached them.

"Aunt Jenar, hold your anger! Don't be rude to Loly!" said Levon who was now standing in front of Jenar, protecting Lovely behind her.
