Jenar's car has been successfully lifted up by several people from the police, also from Alister's subordinates who helped until the car was successfully taken from the ravine. The gap was not too deep so they did not have difficulty evacuating the severely injured Jenar and the Great. Both were taken to hospital in ambulances. Lovely, who was sitting with her son, continued to cry as she clasped the hand of the Great lying unconscious in the ambulance that was walking towards the hospital. The boy had an oxygen mask. And Lovely looked so worried to see the little Great found seriously injured.

Jenar was in the ambulance at the back. Jenar's condition is worse than Great because it turns out, he tried to protect the Great when the car fell. The police who found them, saw Jenar was on top of the Great with a position to hug the little boy.

Within minutes, the ambulance arrived at the hospital. Four nurses, waiting for two patients, hurriedly opened the ambulance door and helped the patient get into the hospital. Both are treated in an IGD room with different doctors. But because of their severe condition until they were hastily operated by a doctor.

Lovely sat waiting outside with her body trembling in fear. He who was limp and agitated at the thought of his son's condition and that of his aunt, could only sit in the waiting room while occasionally looking into the operating room.

Alister, sitting next to Lovely, tried to calm Lovely's anxiety by rubbing her back. “Don't be too agitated and worried! They're gonna be okay. And as the name suggests, Great is a very great kid. He can definitely go through this critical period.”

At the same time, Mr. Arman and the others arrived. They all come to Lovely and Alister waiting in the operating room.

“Nak Alister!” exclaim Mr. Arman.

Alister stood up when he heard Mr. Arman's call but said nothing.

“How are conditions Great and Genar?” ask Mr. Arman worried.

“They are still being treated by doctors inside but said the doctor, Jenar's condition is more severe than Great. His head was bleeding a lot and his waist was hit by broken glass because it protected the Great,” said Alister who looked sad.

Mr. Arman who heard that, immediately suffocated. Mrs Armiyanti and Levon quickly held off Mr. Arman who was about to fall because he could not hold his limp body. Shock certainly. Even Mr. Arman, who is now assisted by Levon, is unable to speak anymore.

Everyone was silent about their worries. But Mrs Armiyanti who pity saw Lovely sitting there contemplating, walked slowly approaching her son. Without saying anything, she sat down and hugged her son and at once, Lovely let out a sad cry in her mother's arms.

“You must be strong, son. Rest assured that everything will be fine.” This time, Mrs Armiyanti wanted to continue to be by her son's side even though she felt that the thing she did was too late but at least she felt useful as Lovely's mother.

About four hours passed, the operation was completed and the doctor came out from inside. Everyone who was waiting, immediately approached the doctor.

“How is the condition of my son and also my aunt Doc?” ask Lovely.

“His son's condition is still in a critical state but the operation is running smoothly. Unfortunately for the other patient, we couldn't save him. Patients lose a lot of blood. His head was badly injured and surgery could not save him. We tried everything we could but God willed another.”

The doctor's explanation made everyone surprised, not expecting that the doctor could not save Jenar. Lovely immediately sat there, while Mr. Arman rubbed his entire face that felt sad to lose Jenar. However, Jenar was his sister. Of course there is a sad feeling to hear his sister is gone.

So did Levon who did not expect the death of his aunt. He only hoped that Jenar would be jailed as punishment for his actions.

The doctor is still talking to Alister and Levon about Jenar. Lovely couldn't listen to him anymore. He sat quietly with a sad face mixed with regret that suddenly appeared in his heart. His regret that he should not have returned to Indonesia. That way, this will not happen. She and her son can live happily abroad, and her aunt can live happily with her marriage of course.

Half an hour passed, the Great was transferred to the ICU room, while the body of Jenar was brought home by Mr. Arman and his wife.

“If you want to take your aunt away for the last time, just go. Let me take great care here!” said Alister who was in the ICU room with Lovely.

Lovely didn't say anything. His eyes still looked at the Great who was lying down with the help of an oxygen mask.

“Love!”

Lovely still doesn't say. The woman even let out her tears but she immediately turned her face away while rubbing the tears quickly from her cheek.

“I know you're devastated by Jenar's departure but don't blame yourself. It's nobody's fault. Maybe this is the way, already destiny.” Seeing Lovely's silence, made Alister understand that Lovely must feel guilty and also hit so as not to dare to take the departure of Jenar.

Lovely eventually turns to look at Alister but looks unhappy at Alister. “Maybe it was fate but it was my fault too, until aunt died and Great came to this. If only, I wasn't selfish, and cared even more about auntie. This is not all going to happen. And what I'm most sorry about is, I'm not leaving here. Great how many times have I asked to come back to America but I ignored it. If I listened to him, this would not happen.”

Alister does not accept Lovely's words but he does not want to argue when the Great is in critical condition. He chose to give up. “You need time alone. I won't bother you, but I'm still waiting outside. If you need anything, you just call me.”

Alister finally walked out of the room, and Lovely didn't care about it. He was calm to see the man away from him. But when the door closed, Lovely let out her tears that she tried to hold.

“Great, wake up son. Mama promised that if Awesome wakes up, Mama will join Great to return to America. Great to hear it.” Lovely held her son's hand and lowered her tearful face there.
