"Mother.don't leave Marsya, Mom. Marsya please. Sorry Marsya. Ibuuu...."
Marsya shouted to Surti, who lost consciousness.
"Moe.....!"
Residents heard Marsya's screams, until they came to provide assistance to Surti. Inevitably, Surti was declared dead when assisted by the chairman of the neighborhood who helped him.
"Moe....!" Marsya shouted back.
A middle-aged woman, rubbing gently on the back of the girl who looked shocked, heard her mother's departure.
"Call your cousin Jasmine, does he know about your mother's departure?" Mr. RT's wife reminded Marsya.
The face was looking for the existence of the phone, choosing to sit beside the body of Surti who was lying stiff, covered with two long pieces of cloth.
Time shows at 02:35 in the morning. Marsya constantly contacted Jasmine, but there was no answer. He thought about contacting Steiner, because the oriental man, always answered a phone call from him.
"Mas, lift...!" Marsya is still sobbing.
So long Marsya waiting for answers from the couple, heard a call again from Steiner's number.
"Buck...!" Marsya was crying.
"This is Mba, Marsya. Why?" Jasmine replied very calmly.
"Mba, Mommy... Mother Mba... Mom died...!" Marsya's cry broke.
"Innalilahi wa innailaihi...! What'sthetime? Sorry, Mba's phone is still off. All right, Mba get ready first."
Jasmine placed Steiner's cell phone in utensils, approached her husband, giving the news to his beloved husband. How surprised he was, hearing the news, for there was no sign that Surti would leave them forever.
It didn't take long, Steiner and Jasmine, were in Surti's house. It is clear, how broken the heart of a Marsya, will lose the mother. Many times he fell unconscious, when going to perform rituals on the body of the paradise.
Jasmine placed Marsya's head on her shoulder, gently rubbing the cousin's head that still looked weak.
"I'm sorry, Mba. I'm really sorry. For having disappointed him as a child, who could not be devoted. Even making a wound, even Mother left because of me, Mba," Marsya cried in Jasmine's arms.
Jasmine took a deep breath, "calm down, everything will be fine. You have to be sincere."
Marsya hugged Jasmine's body. Only Jasmine was the one he had at the moment, after Surti's departure.
Steiner was busy welcoming the arrival of distant families, even the closest family who wanted to express their condolences to the Marsya family, especially Jasmine.
All the necessities for the funeral had been completed by Steiner, as per the regulations at the Marsya residence.
Ba'da Zuhur, all gathered in the mosque to mourn the bodies. How painful Marsya's feelings, when the door is sorry, do not speak from the lips of the mother. It was a hard slap for the single girl.
"Mother..I'm sorry...!!" Marsya shouted out loud, making Jasmine again hold the girl.
Tears reluctantly draining from her two beautiful eyeballs, a very heart-wrenching destiny, are Marsya's greatest regrets.
The burial time was very short, it did not feel they were sitting next to Surti's tomb. Marsya was sitting there. Accompanied Jasmine was still accompanying her cousin.
"We're going home to Mba? It's noon, we haven't eaten. We pray for Mom at home. Don't get too drawn up."
Jasmine still persuaded the girl who was still crying in the gravestone bearing the name of the mother.
Like a lightning bolt, when Surti breathes his last, without any sign of leaving forever.
Steiner, had been reluctant to approach the girl. He prefers to leave them both, in a cottage available at the cemetery. So much regret in his heart. It can hurt both women at once.
As it was almost evening, the sun was still shining brightly, even very stinging, Steiner approached the two women who were still wrapped in grief.
"We're home?" Steiner gently rubbed his wife Jasmine's back.
Jasmine nodded, "Marsya, are we going home? At least we're clean first. If you want to come here again, then Mba's friends."
Marsya stared pushyly at Steiner, her eyes reddened, even looking angry and disappointed. He stood fixedly staring at Steiner's face without thinking about Jasmine's feelings.
PLAAAK, PLAAAK,
Marsya slapped hard at Steiner.
"Marshi...!" jasmine was shocked to see the cousin slapping her husband's face hard.
"Yeah!" Steiner fell silent.
"Because of what happened to us, Mom left me forever. I'm honestly disappointed in you! I regret everything! I make sure I'll never be willing to be your wife, Mas!" Marsya uttered in a loud voice.
Jasmine replied to Marsya's statement, "never blame the circumstances! Mba, don't like your attitude!"
Marsya was crying more and more, she refused to be friendly with the situation. Instantly his body weakened and fell unconscious.
"Ko, carry Marsya to the car."
Steiner did all Jasmine's orders, lifting the tiny body up their car.
Jasmine hurried to open the car door, then passed away leaving the funeral.
Regrets always come too late, even after we have lost the most meaningful person in life.
