365 Day Contract

365 Day Contract
Chapter 42

Jihan came out of the bathroom in full and neat clothes. The woman sat down in front of the dressing table to dry her hair and apply thin makeup on her face. In the corner of the room, there was Shaka who occasionally glanced towards Jihan. The man who was finishing his work had lost his concentration since Jihan dodged and did not say much.

Shaka stepped up from his seat when he saw Jihan grabbing his sling bag finished making up.

"Where are you going.?" Shaka stops in front of Jihan, deliberately blocking the road.

"Stay at Mama's house. I gave Mama Sonia permission this morning." Reply Jihan while shifting in order to get out of the room. Because Shaka was standing right in front of him.

"You don't have my permission.?" Shaka stared flatly.

Jihan smiled faintly.

"Now Mr. Shaka already knows I want to go to Mama's house, so no need for permission again right.?" Jihan.

"I'm leaving first sir, the cab's waiting ahead." Jihan passed towards the door, but her steps were quickly lost to Shaka. The man got to the door and locked it.

"Wait a minute, I'll get ready first." Shaka said as he passed to walk in closet. Don't forget to bring the room key until Jihan can't get out.

"Ckk, that sucks. Who wants to jump an iceberg.!" Jihan grumbled, but the woman could do nothing but wait for Shaka to open the room door.

...*****...

Both are now in the same car. Shaka really forced to come even though Jihan had been rejected. The man gave some money to the online taxi that had been booked in Jihan's message, then told the taxi driver to leave.

"You want to stop by the cake shop first.?" Ask Shaka. He opened the chat for the first time since his luxury car left home.

Jihan shook her head quickly.

"No need sir. The food we buy also eats a lot. It'll be next time I go home." Reject Jihan.

Shaka just nodded small and did not argue. But as she was about to drive past Jihan's cake shop, Shaka turned her car around and parked in front of the famous pastry shop.

"Cong you come here, sir.? I told you not to." Jihan Protest.

"I want to buy it for Juna with Mama. You wanna wait here or come with me.?" Shaka took off the seatbelt and rushed to open the car door.

This time Jihan let in without protest again. He will not forbid Shaka to care for his family. It is precisely Shaka's kindness that can make Juna and Mama Dewi believe that Jihan's marriage to Shaka is really real. It is not a marriage based on a contract.

"I'm waiting here. Mr. Shaka just buy enough cake yeah, not too much." Jihan reminded. Something too much is not good either. Fear of disappointment Juna and Mama Dewi too imprint when it comes to accepting the bitter reality.

Shaka nodded in understanding, he then got out of the car and went inside the store.

After 10 minutes, Shaka returned with 3 large paper bags in his hand. Jihan had let out a sigh just looking at Shaka from inside the car. Though Jehan was reminded, but still bought a lot of cake. Or it could be a standard 'little' according to Shaka is so.

"You want to open a cake shop, sir.?" Cerocos Jihan joking.

Shaka smiled faintly and placed all the paper bags in the back seat of the steering wheel.

"All for combat ammunition let's not spare midnight." His word.

Had Jihan been able to read Shaka's mind, she might be nagging Shaka while yelling pervertedly.

...******...

Jihan narrowed her eyes in a distance of about 10 meters. He sharpened the view to make sure the big green motorcycle was actually in front of the terrace of his rented house.

Jihan was obviously curious about the figure of the owner of an expensive motorcycle that was left parked in his yard. With quick steps, Jihan hurriedly entered into her house. Shaka left far behind.

Mama Dewi came out from the kitchen towards the living room after hearing her daughter's chatty voice calling Juna.

"you just entered the house screaming. Just another shower." Tegur Mama Goddess.

"How's the honeymoon going.? May your granddaughter be yes soon." Mama Dewi said while hugging Jihan.

Her mother's words could not be answered by Jihan. For fear that the answer would be a hurtful hope later on for his parents. So Jihan chose to be quiet.

"Do'a is Mah. I'm the same Jihan's been trying." Said Shaka who had just entered the house. She greeted her mother-in-law's soup and ignored Jihan who was looking at her with a sharp look of annoyance. Shaka's mouth is too dangerous. Jihan got embarrassed even in front of her own mother.

Jihan chose to divert the conversation by asking about the expensive motorbike parked on the porch of their house.

Mama Dewi suddenly glanced at her daughter-in-law, because Shaka had told her not to tell Jihan.

"Why did you see Shaka.?" Jihan looked suspiciously. "Don't tell me the bike's from you, Mas.?" Guess Jihan's sure.

"What if Mba Jihan wants the bike from Bang Shaka.?" Seloroh Juna who just finished wearing a change of clothes. Juna went to the living room and sat down next to Shaka.

"Juna, why didn't you tell Mba.? Don't accept gifts from people." Jihan's tone was full of emphasis, there was disappointment also in the look in her eyes at the younger brother. The price of the bike was not cheap, but Juna was so easy to accept Shaka's gift without asking for his opinion first. Obviously Jihan was disappointed.

"Bang Shaka Mba Jihan's husband, just like Brother Juna himself, right.? What's wrong with Juna receiving a gift from Brother himself." Reply Juna.

"But Juna,,,"

"Have not been in trouble, I forced Juna to accept the bike. At home is also not in use, it is better to use Juna to go to college." Lerai Shaka cuts off Jihan's speech.

"Mama has told Juna to return the bike if later Juna can buy his own motorbike." Mama Dewi.

"You don't have to worry." He was soft on Jihan. Mama Dewi seemed to know what her daughter was worried about. Probably don't want his family in the cap matre or taking advantage of Shaka.

Jihan let out a heavy sigh, but did not argue anymore. Three against one, obviously Jihan lost. Talk like anything is free.

"It's a gift from Mas Shaka." Jihan thrust two paper bags at her mother. Two more for Juna.

Two other people from that generation immediately thanked Shaka. Their daughter-in-law and sister-in-law were very kind and understanding. Who is not grateful that Jihan has a husband like Shaka.

"May your marriage always be happy and have children soon." Mama Dewi said.

"Aamiin," replied Shaka, commenting on a smile. Jihan immediately glanced at Shaka because she sounded very excited when meng'Aamiin'kan do'a from Mama-in-law.
