The next night after they all came home from vacation, they returned to their rooms. Hannah had finished her bath with her son. After bathing and dressing shortly afterwards, Jihan fell asleep.

At exactly 21 o'clock, Jihan was asleep in the dream, while Hana she was still sitting and leaning her back on the bedside next to her son. Lately in the time of Hana himself then he will dream more.

Jihan is a no fussy kid. He does not ask much unless he has been promised then he will always remember and collect it.

Jihan never asked about where her father was now. It was as if he had understood the situation and did not ask his mother much about his father.

Hannah was grateful for this. Maybe for now he will be a little calm, but it is not possible forever he will be like that. There will be a time when his son will ask about his father.

When that time comes, the only way he will take is to tell his son everything. Hana will definitely tell everything to her son, when Jihan is old and understands the situation.

The daydream stopped when there was a knock on the door of his room. Hana immediately put on her hijab and opened the door.

When Kalista was inside, he immediately closed the door. Hana and Kalista sat on the sofa.

Kalista who heard the words of Hana, was proud of the determination and patience of her best friend. He immediately grabbed his best friend's hands. Hana clasped her best friend's hand and resumed her story.

" Maybe this is the end of my patience all this time waiting for Mas Arlan. I gave up Lista. I wonder why maintain a relationship, if one of them is no longer nervous. Let me give in so that no more hearts will be hurt."

" God does not condone divorce, but if the relationship brings more harm then the wife has the right to ask for divorce."

"Btw, have you ever met your husband?"

" Even before I knew about this incident, I had met with Mas Arlan. But I'm the only one who saw him, he didn't. At that time I saw Mas Arlan with a woman who kept holding his hand. At first I did not want to suudzon the same Mas Arlan, but after I knew it myself I understood why Mas Arlan's attitude became like this.

After saying that, Hana lowered her head trying to hide her sadness. Kalista immediately hugged her best friend and stroked her back.

" The patient is Han. I know God must have a beautiful story behind the disaster that is happening to you now. All you have to do now is be patient in the face of this. You're a strong woman, a tough woman, so don't want to look weak in front of Mas Arlan."

" Thank you, you are my best friend."

Hana tightened her embrace. After a long conversation, Kalista finally returned to his room.

In the Qur'an Allah SWT says,

الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنْفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ

“Lelaki is the leader for women, because of the advantages that God gives to some humans (men) above others (women) and because they give lust with his treasure” (Q.S. an-Nisa’: 34)

God calls the husband the leader, so that the wife and family members submit and obey him, as long as it is not for worship.

In another verse, Allah says,

وَعَلَى الْمَوْلُودِ لَهُ رِزْقُهُنَّ وَكِسْوَتُهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ

“It is the duty of the father (one who gets a child) to give a living to his wife and give her clothes in a reasonable way”(Q.S. Al-Naharah:233).

When one of the two partners does not carry out his obligations, either because of deliberate or because of limitations, the party wronged by his rights, may file a separation.

God forbid an irresponsible husband to his wife, to defend his wife, in order to further his injustice. He keeps his wife stuck in bed, having a husband is never responsible.

and in the Qur'an Allah SWT says,

وَلَا تُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًا لِتَعْتَدُوا وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ

“Do not defend (with reference) them to give harm, for thus you persecute them. Whoever does this, then he has wronged himself.” (QS. al-Baqarah: 231).

Similarly, women, she has the right to sue for divorce, when her husband who does not carry out his obligations. Just as the husband must not trouble his wife, the wife can also free herself from the distress caused by the cruelty of her husband.

Sayid Sabiq said, I,

وإن على القاضي أن يزيل هذا الضرر.  وإذا كان من المقرر أن يفرق القاضي من أجل الغيب بالزوج فإن عدم الانفاق يعد أشد إيذاءا للزوجة وظلما لها من وجود عيب بالزوج، فكان التفريق لعدم الانفاق أولى

It is obligatory for the judge (KUA) to eliminate anything that harms the wife. When it is understood that the judge may separate the husband and wife because the old husband disappears, while not giving a living including hurting and mendzlimi the wife, more painful than the disgrace of the husband, then the authority of the judge to separate husband and wife for not giving a living, is stronger. (Sunah Fiqh, 2/288).
