A Cup of Black Coffee

A Cup of Black Coffee
Chapter 89

Sarah went back into the room the doctor who examined her.

"Mom Sarah?" greet the Doctor while greeting the couple's husband and wife.

"Let's sit down Mr. Azam, please" he told Azam, after reading Azam's file.

Although confused, but Azam still obeyed the words of the Doctor in front of him.

"What do you feel?" ask the doctor while opening a book to record the patient's complaint.

"My throat hurts Doc, lately also I often nausea, maybe my magh relapses," replied Azam.

"Okay, any other complaints, sir? Please lie down I will check the condition of the father," asked the Doctor.

Azam said then lay down on the hospital bed.

After examining Azam's throat, the doctor asked Azam to take off his clothes. There is something that makes the doctor sure the cause of both diseases.

A fairly large rash was on Azam's back. Maybe Sarah never noticed it because she didn't care that it was her husband.

Upon seeing the Doctor sigh Sarah knew that something bad had happened to the two of them.

The confused Azam could only immediately put on his clothes, as he felt that he was not wearing clothes either.

"Like Ms. Sarah, I would also advise Mr. Azam to do an overall check," the Doctor broke up while writing something on paper.

"What is my pain Doc?" ask Azam at last.

"Temporary allegations, looking at all the symptoms that you suffer, I assume you have HIV. But for more details, we will do blood tests and also further examinations on Internal Medicine specialists and Skin and Genital Specialists,” explained the Doctor.

Azam gasped in disbelief, his mind was empty, how could he be exposed to such a disgusting disease? He always used safety at work.

It can be said that only one woman does not wear safety. But he doubted if the customer was the one who infected him.

The subscription is not just any woman either. They were all average lonely socialite mothers.

"No way, I'm sure the doctor must have been misdiagnosed!" elak Azam was sure.

"I therefore ask that my father and mother check in their entirety" replied the Doctor patiently.

"No, I refuse!" reject Azam and then rise to leave the Doctor's room.

Sarah thanked him and immediately followed her husband. She said to the doctor, just make a check-up letter for her husband. He will again persuade Azam.

Azam's breath went up and down in anger. He felt it was impossible to have such a disease considering that his customers were not from among ordinary women.

"Mas!" sarah said while blocking the husband's hand.

"You want to be evasive, after all the symptoms of the disease you're experiencing?" fickle Sarah frustrated.

"What the hell are you Sar, there's no way that I have such a disease!" snapped Azam.

"Then let's prove, if we obey the doctor and it turns out the result is negative, instead of us calm down? But if we refuse, ask your heart, is it possible that you are not covered with anxiety?" lick Sarah.

"I ask you to check the mas, if necessary we will go to another hospital, to be more sure," Sarah asked as she dragged her husband back.

Azam had to obey his wife's request even though he kept evasive in his heart if he had the disease.

After everything was done, they decided to go to another hospital.

The doctors diagnosed the two with HIV and asked them to do a full check.

Inevitably Sarah and Azam return to do tests in different hospitals. Their little hearts already feel that they indeed have the curse.

The two did not talk much in the car. Their minds became confused.

How will their lives be?

Why do they have this disease?

That's how they think. Not believing for sure.

"What exactly is your job?" ask Sarah at last.

Azam pulled his car over. Sarah herself could not contain her disappointment and heartache.

"What do you mean?" elak Azam did not accept it.

Sarah turned her face and looked at her husband. It is like this that the husband still avoids his mistakes.

"Don't lie anymore. Are you not tired? This disease is you who brought. Where did you get so much money in such a short time?"

There are no explosive emotions like Sarah's habit, she is tired of blaming fate. He resigned and received all the punishment of the universe that must now be passed.

All the mistakes and sins he had ever committed came to his mind. Maybe this is the punishment she deserves, Sarah thought.

"Take me to Aunt Tania's house. At least for the rest of my life I want to apologize to those who love me sincerely" Sarah said weakly.

"You're not gonna do anything. Not necessarily we are sick as the Doctor predicted! Come on Sar, we're just plain sick" said Azam, who still rejects everything the Doctor said.

"As for you, please take me, I beg you," he asked once more.

Azam hit the steering wheel, but still did what his wife asked.

He cursed in the heart of the woman who had been using his services. He believed that it was the woman who transmitted the dangerous disease to him, because only she always asked for his services without any protection.

At the Afdhal residence, Zhafran sat speechlessly listening to the words of Fathur's cause and Mala visited her parents' house.

He was a little surprised when the two people who were the hope for him and the father in helping their foundation had their own conditions.

It's not wrong, but if they ask Hulya to handle the foundation in the future. That meant he had to hand over his leadership to the younger brother.

Then what will he work as? Staff biasedah? thought Zhafran.

Seeing his eldest son speechless with a sad face, made Afdhal unbearable.

Agreeing to Fathur and Mala's request is tantamount to dropping his son's pride, Afdhal thought.

The middle-aged man had decided it was better to sell his foundation than to hand over the leadership stick to his daughter.

After all, he was not too sure that Hulya was able to lead his foundation.

"How about Mr. Afdhal and Mas Zhafran?" ask the impatient Mala.

"I agree" replied Zhafran confidently.

All were shocked to hear the words of the famous man firmly.

Hulya even blinked her eyes a few times, in disbelief.

"Bang, are you sure?" afdhal asked his son.

"Zhafran believes Bi, after all, is actually Hulya who provides more useful input to the foundation. It's just that we often underestimate her just because she's a woman."

"Abi should have entrusted the leadership of the foundation to Hulya. Zhafran was sure Hulya was able, give abi's daughter support, do not look one eye at abi's daughter's ability," Zhafran's pinta softly.

No more to the stubbornness of Zhafran as usual. There was no more arrogant attitude that the man usually showed.

Zhafran was like a new person to his family. Yet their little hearts were delighted to see such a huge change in the man of their pride.

In the minds of Zhafran's parents as well as Hulya, it was probably the breakup with Zahralah that made Zhafran a different figure.

The man probably learned a lot from his loss yesterday.

"Abang sure?" hulya asked with teary eyes.

"Abang sure, please take good care of the foundation. Be the wise leader of Hulya," Zhafran gently asked.

The two brothers hugged each other, something they hadn't done in a long time. The warmth lost due to the many problems that hit their families because of their own actions, now seems to return.

They are now aware of all their mistakes and want to improve their lives in the future.

"So everyone has agreed? All right, father and mother please prepare for this wedding," said Mala calmly.

"Do you have to be quick?" ask Huma worried.

"Faster is better" Mala replied confidently.
