16. Met you

The blazing sunlight that blinded the eyes, obscured Felix's increasingly weakened vision.

"Hey!! Wake up, you're alive?" Shouting someone made Felix quite distracted by that noise.

"Hey!! Come on, wake up, don't die." Slowly Felix opened his eyes. "I'm not dead" she said slowly, making the little girl flinch. Felix's head which was originally on the little girl's thigh successfully hit the ground.

"Ughh.." erang Felix began to feel pain in part of his arm, Felix felt his arm that had been fastened with a cloth that was like a tear from lace that was attached to the dress.

Felix turned his gaze to the little girl who was now hiding behind a tree. Somehow Felix felt a familiar aura at the girl.

"Half devil." Felix muttered, with the direction of Felix's hand asking the girl to approach him though timidly but slowly the girl approached Felix.

"Who are you?" Ask the girl carefully. Felix laughed. "I think I'm a few years older than you." Felix said as he flicked at the little girl's forehead. "Who's your name?" Ask Felix. "I'm Thea, Altheana lunal amalilys," her reply made Felix laugh to hear the girl pronounce her name with a lisp. "don't laugh!" Althea.

"Sorry, my name is Felix." Somehow Felix felt comfortable being near this little girl when this was the first time he met the girl.

For a few minutes they talked at length about the little things, but somehow it was fun.

"You're not afraid of me?" Felix asked, "why is it subtle to be afraid?" Ask the girl back. "I'm a monster, I'm the same as the villain in the book, I'm evil to my sister." Felix said pointing to the book held by Althea. Althea put on a puzzled expression seeing that Felix flicked his finger and a fire came out of his little fingers.

But instead of her fear Althea instead curious about it and asked Felix to do it again. "Hmm.sister is not a monster willing to be shrewd no matter how big brother is human, just a little different but said different father is good loh!" Felix was stunned by Althea's words. "But I'm evil, I don't treat people well." Felix had a sad expression remembering the words of his father.

Althea touched Felix's cheek and rubbed her gently, trying to calm Felix down in the same way as her father did.

"Tell me that you don't mind." Althea smiled sweetly.

"So, I'm an only child so I don't know how she's got a brother" Althea said after hearing Felix's story. "I'm sure you wouldn't like having a brother." Felix smiled wryly. " Keep? I don't think so, maybe I'd be happy if I had a brother like Felix's sister," Althea said innocently making Felix chuckle.

"You want me to be your sister?" Felix asked, "no!" Reply Althea firmly. "Why?" Felix asked, frowning. "Sister will already have a sister, so Thea wants to be a sister's friend, a special friend maybe hehe.." Felix is stunned by Althea's words but attempts to neutralize her facial features.

Right maybe if he opened his heart a little bit Alex wasn't that bad, just like this little girl Alex is just an innocent little boy of money who knows nothing so Felix shouldn't hate Alex.

"Then next time I'll know my sister to you," Felix said, sparkling Althea's eyes. "Yes know! Promise," said Althea as she held out her pinkie with pleasure Felix welcomed her.

From then on Felix sometimes came to the Amaryllis residence to play with Althea. He began to repair his relationship with his brother.

"Sister," call Alex. "Why? You want something?" Felix asked softly, Alex shaking his head. "When can I meet that girl?" Alex asked innocently Felix smiled and ruffled Alex's hair.

"Quickly."

Time passed by and the word "quickly." It turns out that not really as fast as that age Felix who has begun to approach maturity makes it more busy every day, important tasks began in his work as the crown prince of the empire.

Not knowing Alex is now growing well, too, he is good at various fields although his nature is quite different from the brother who has a hard dominant nature while Alex is more open and free.

In the middle of the night where Felix is still busy with his work Alex suddenly appears in a tree that is next to Felix's study.

"Sister, you're too serious! I even almost forgot your promise that wow really her word you miss that girl so much but never visit her at all." Felix did not answer with words but with a small fireball that led to Alex.

"Hey! What kind of brother endangers his sister like that!" Alex protested, "what kind of brother disturbs the composure of his tired brother!" Felix doesn't want to lose. "That color I want to take you for a walk." Alex said emphasizing the word streets.

Finally that night the two of them flew in the form of birds towards the Amaryllis family residence, Felix's once happy expression instantly changed.

"Alex just stay away" Felix said after realizing what was going on here. The black fog that surrounded the figure of a man Felix longed for, the same fiery red eyes as his and Alex's but these conditions were different. "Sir him," Alex hangs up his sentence. "He's just like us half devils." Alex stunned.

His Awakening and Althea were different he had just first seen a very dangerous awakening like this, his general half devil strength was much easier to control considering there was still a sense of humanity from themselves but this one was completely different, Althea was really far out of reach.

Felix had just stepped in but Alex quickly prevented Felix with his vines, "you'll die when you touch the fog, brother," said Alex made Felix wake up. His second eye blushed like a jewel.

Felix is confused as to what he should do as to how his way of protecting Althea, awakening Althea really is very scary but nevertheless he can do nothing.

From a distance the voice of Duke Amaryllis who called out the name of his daughter sounded, slowly the fog that was around Althea began to fade a little and not as dangerous as earlier, Felix sighed.

For several days Felix and Alex disappeared from the imperial palace, during which time Felix and Alex watched Althea on guard when Althea's power was out of control.

But for these few days all they discover is how Althea considers her power a curse, a curse that makes her unable to smile anymore.

*Flash back end*

Felix sat next to Althea, clasping her hand, closed her eyes and kissed Althea's hand.

"please remember me."

the awakening of a half devil is much faster than that of an ordinary demon, usually occurring between the ages of 10-12 years and usually the power that is released when awakening can be directly controlled.
