Chapter 40: The Truth

Still in Chang'an Pavilion,~

Chu Xian was now still waiting for Xu Chang'an to wake up, and after 1 long hour finally Xu Chang'an opened her eyes.

"Why are you here? Bai!" Xu Chang'an asked Chu Xian. Then it understood after looking at Bai Suchen who was standing beside Chu Xian.

He had told Bai not to tell Chu Xian of his condition. Instead of telling, it is better to hide it. After all, he did not want to get Chu Xian involved in his own matters.

"Hey-hey, don't you want to tell me about what happened to you?" Chu Xian who saw the reaction from Xu Chang'an was immediately aware that Xu Chang'an did not want to tell him about this.

Then Chu Xian went into the kitchen but still did not find LingJi. Not getting a result, Chu Xian went back up and intended to ask Xia, just because Xia could fly and break through the wall it would be easier to find LingJi's whereabouts.

"Xia!" call Chu Xian outside Xia's room door.

"What's Chu?" Xia pulled out his head half on the wall next to the door.

"Can I ask for something?" Chu Xian first asked Xia's willingness.

"May I be. But what would you give me, so that I could help you?" Xia did not want to do things without making a profit.

Chu Xian fell silent, thinking from where Xia learned to be smart. Considering Xia used to be nothing like this before.

"Alright, you go out first..." Chu Xian asked Xia to come out first.

"No want! Do you want to do something embarrassing again to me?!" Xia was wary of Chu Xian asking him to come out.

“Good..” Chu Xian really did not know what to say anymore and felt that Xia was not only smart but too smart to be a ghost.

Seeing the silent Chu Xian, Xia chose to enter her room again.
