Yep. Ever since her pregnancy-Elena felt that Lionel never had time for that woman. Out of annoyance, Elena silently comes out of her residence with Louis and searches for where Lionel is.
After some time searching with her car, currently, Elena and Lionel were in a Cave.

“ I'm busy with company affairs, El!” annoyed Lionel.
“ company affairs, huh? Hmh! Since when do you care about Fransiscus company, Lion!” annoyed Elena crossed both arms.
“ Lionel Carter! I warn you-to not have another lover or I will tell Louis if you want to betray him.” Elena threatened.
“ huh! You threatening me?” tanya Lionel gave her smirk smile.

“ there's one you forgot Elena. You and me in the same boat. If I fall-you think you're not drowning?” lionel's speech made Elena inflamed.
